I need assistance with a charge on my credit card from a hotel in Austin, Texas, that was overbooked during the ice storm. The charge was $[redacted].11, ending in [redacted]. I haven't received a refund since February 22nd. My bank statement shows the transaction went through, but I haven't been refunded. I spoke to a live chat agent, but nothing has happened. The transaction shows as complete, even though I didn't stay at the hotel due to overbooking. I used a friend's Groupon account, and the room was booked under my name and card. I bought a riverboat trip in London with an evening meal and dancing in November 6th, [redacted], using my Barclays Visa card ending in [redacted]. Due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdown, I couldn't use the trip that was planned for my friend's Christmas gift, as he was away in South Africa until February 19th, [redacted], and then we were restricted due to our age. The riverboat cruise was supposed to take place by March 31st. I've tried to contact you through emails and letters but haven't received any response. Good evening, We are the VIGAMUS Museum in Rome. Today, we encountered difficulties in redeeming the coupon with the code DRFA7FE4FB. The code expired on January 14, [redacted]. I purchased Groupon deal number [redacted]0 with order #[redacted] on December 7, [redacted], for $79.20. Before I could use it on February 2, [redacted], I received a cancellation notice from Groupon. I requested a refund but was only offered Groupon Bucks, which I find unfair since I did not cancel the deal. Despite my attempts to seek clarification on how to use the Groupon Bucks, I was not given clear instructions. Consequently, I decided to use the amount towards a $99 Groupon purchased on March 1 for a 50-minute signature massage bundle at My Spa. Now I have two charges on my credit card, one for the cancelled Groupon and another for the new purchase. I believe this issue needs to be resolved promptly. I expect a response from Groupon soon. This situation is frustrating. I used Paypal to purchase a membership for Dams Club, but your system is unclear, resulting in duplicate charges. Despite canceling one, it's still showing up. I'm attempting to cancel to avoid having multiple memberships. I'm disappointed that the phone support only has a useless recording, not a person to assist. Please improve your system for user-friendliness, unlike Groupon's convenience. I'll stop using Groupon if this evasiveness continues. It's concerning how some companies claim to be customer-friendly but fall short. Please contact me urgently.

Hello, I ordered a voucher for a friend from your provider LE PALMA for 2 people: "Forfait Etape" at Espace Paloma for 2 hours with the code VS-NHNH-5L96-PXSJ-G3WL. Their appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, 02/03. Due to the current health conditions, they called the spa on Monday to confirm the appointment but received no response. When they arrived on Tuesday, the shop was closed without any information posted. After leaving messages and calling again, they still did not receive a response. This unprofessional behavior led to a disappointing experience where they took time off work for relaxation but found the spa closed without any communication. I purchased a Groupon deal for gutter cleaning on a 3 story house on January 22, [redacted]. Paid $[redacted].00 for the service. After exchanging texts, the contractor came on March 5, [redacted], and claimed we needed additional work costing almost $[redacted].00 more than the Groupon price. Declining the extra cost, my husband opted to handle it himself. The contractor mentioned that I should contact Groupon for a refund of the $[redacted].00. To my surprise, the voucher shows it was redeemed on January 30, [redacted], which is untrue as the company never showed up at that time. I am disappointed with this experience and hope Groupon can resolve this issue and refund my money promptly. I purchased a Groupon on November 11, [redacted], and visited the salon on November 14, [redacted]. Instead of the service I paid for, the salon owner provided a haircut. I paid for the haircut but was not satisfied with it. I sought a refund through American Express, which was initially granted but later reversed by Groupon. I requested American Express for a refund again, but have not yet received it. Strangely, the Groupon for the original service does not show up in my account as if it was never bought or used. I bought a 20 x 16 Canvas print for $13 on sale, thinking it was a great deal. Upon redeeming the voucher today, I found out that I had to pay $15.79 for shipping and handling, which ended up costing me $28.79 in total. This was more than I expected, and I could have gotten a similar deal elsewhere. It would have been helpful if the offer had mentioned the additional charges. I feel a bit deceived by this and would appreciate some clarification on the matter.

I need to cancel my order for a sofa cover that was accidentally placed. I would like a refund for it. Hello, my partner and I received a gift voucher from Groupon for a stay at the Hogs Back Hotel and Spa in Surrey. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the hotel is closed until May 17, [redacted]. As a result, we are unable to use the voucher during this time. I am requesting a refund for a Groupon coupon I purchased as a gift for dance lessons at Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The coupon number is #[redacted]2. I had difficulty redeeming the coupon due to the studio being consistently closed and located in an unsafe area. Despite contacting Groupon about these issues and being assured a refund, I have not yet received it. I also faced problems with another Groupon purchase related to a dog kennel. Hello, my name is Marsha Whipple. I purchased some Groupons that I am unable to use. The merchant did not respond when I called, and upon visiting Gypsy Corner's address, I found it to be a residence. The woman at the house explained that her son's business in Plantation had closed down several months ago, and he only used her address in Coral Springs, where he did not reside. I am seeking a refund of $96.25 for the body wraps Groupon. I also bought my sister a 5 session pilates Groupon, but she won't be able to use it for a few months due to upcoming surgery. Even today, almost 4 months later, they still show as "Delivered" but have never actually reached me. I received no notification from the courier, the address is correct (other orders have arrived). My Groupon registration is under the name Andrea Gornati ([redacted]). The orders were gifts, and Groupon assured that all purchases made during that period would be delivered before Christmas. Our appointment on February 23 at 9:30 a.m. led us on an hour-long wild goose chase as the supposed business location from Google was incorrect. Turns out, they do not have a physical address and just meet customers at a state dock. After finally locating them, I got a call asking if we'd still pick up the boat. After all the confusion, I agreed, but due to the search delays, it would be closer to 11:00. The person got upset, saying they can't bring the boat whenever. They then abruptly marked the Groupon as redeemed and ignored my $[redacted] payment. Despite following all instructions, my attempts to reach them have been in vain.

Hi, I bought a Groupon today for a facial with Tatiana for $48. The merchant had a scheduling issue and couldn't make the original appointment time she emailed me. I requested a refund, but it was issued as Groupon credits instead of going back to my debit card. I need the refund to be credited back to my DEBIT CARD, not as Groupon credits. I purchased the Groupon today and am unhappy with the customer service from the merchant. Please confirm that the refund will be transferred to my debit card. I purchased perfume from Groupon and patiently waited for delivery within 5-7 days. After waiting until the 10th day, I realized the package was marked as delivered despite not receiving it. It took me 40 minutes to find a way to contact Groupon, and when I did, the support person seemed impatient for not responding within 30 seconds. My issue was not something that could be resolved quickly, and Groupon's response was unhelpful, only providing a tracking number and claiming it was not their problem. I have not received any further assistance. It's frustrating to feel ignored and brushed off without a resolution.

Good morning, I have noticed that Groupon has created two accounts for me. One at christopher.mccullough @ gmail.com and the other at christopher.mccullough @ yahoo.com. I believe this occurred due to the issues I faced when trying to use my @gmail.com address but had to resort to using @yahoo.com. I started receiving duplicate emails from both accounts and had to unsubscribe from the @gmail.com one temporarily. I request that the christopher.mccullough @ gmail.com account be deleted as I prefer receiving official emails on my @gmail.com account and commercial emails on @yahoo.com.
