I have two Gmail accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] They both serve as each other's recovery email. My contact phone number on [redacted] needs to be updated from my old number 1 [redacted] to my new number 1 [redacted]. I cannot gain access to these accounts or my YouTube Premium account under [redacted] because the password reset codes are being sent to my old phone number. 1. Could someone please text my correct phone number, 1 [redacted], with a code to allow me to update my password? 2. If the above is not possible, I would like to cancel my YouTube Premium subscription under the email [redacted], which I pay for directly from my RBC account. I cannot access my Premium channel due to being locked out of my Gmail account, [redacted] I have created two new email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], as a result. I had to factory reset my PC and Samsung phone due to this issue. I am frustrated by the lack of access to my paid YouTube channel and the inability to cancel my membership. This pertains to the YouTube channel under the email [redacted]

Good afternoon. I am frustrated as I discovered numerous unauthorized charges on my Google Play account, amounting to 37 charges. Despite being told last May that a disputed charge of $91.35 was refunded, I now see these new unauthorized transactions ranging from September 2nd to April 15th. It's perplexing how these charges occurred considering the supposed secure password requirement. I find it time-consuming to address each of the 37 unauthorized charges individually on the Google Play store. The situation is unsettling as I have ensured account security. Good morning. Recently, my phone underwent a reset, causing me to lose access to all my important details on Life in Short. To regain access, I need to log into my Gmail account; however, I have misplaced my 8-digit Verification Codes. This Gmail account is vital to my school, work, finances, contacts, and overall influence. Despite losing access to other verification steps, I still have my registered phone number available. I am willing to answer any questions needed to recover my account. I am reaching out for assistance, as my life heavily depends on accessing this account. In the meantime, I have used an old account to complete this form with the necessary information. Hello, we set up the Google Family Link app on my 8-year-old son's new phone. My brother set it up as the Admin ([redacted]) but we want to change this so I can be the Admin. When we couldn't do this, he deleted the family group, which also deleted my son's Gmail address ([redacted]). Now we are unable to create a new family group with my Gmail account ([redacted]) or delete my son's Gmail account on his phone. The app cannot be uninstalled, the phone cannot be reset to factory settings, and we are unable to recover the email [redacted] We also cannot access a valid parent PIN for deleting, etc. What should we do?

On June 4, [redacted], I bought a Roku remote app for my Samsung TV from the Google Play store, which has been great until now. Unfortunately, my Galaxy Tab S4 crashed, and I had to factory reset it. After reinstalling all my apps, I encountered an issue with the Roku remote app. Although I bought it on June 4, [redacted], and it shows under subscriptions that it's valid until June 4, [redacted], the app is asking me to repurchase it. Despite trying to fix this all afternoon, I have not been successful. If I cannot resolve this by tomorrow, I would like a full refund.

I am currently unable to access my Gmail account ([redacted]) and suspect it may have been compromised since I am unable to log in with any of my usual passwords. Even using the last password I had saved on my phone does not work when attempting to reset it through the 'Forgot your password' option on Google login. Despite trying to recover it on my usual devices, it keeps stating that it cannot verify my account. I believed I had set up a recovery email for this account, which I have been using for over three years. This situation is causing me a lot of stress as there are many important connections associated with this email that I am no longer able to access.

I am concerned someone may have accessed my primary email account and changed the password. I rely heavily on this email for important matters such as college, work, LinkedIn, and banking. I attempted to recover the account today using the "Forgot Password" option but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I do not have a recovery phone or email linked, and I removed some security devices as well. I can provide various proofs of ownership, including details from college and FAFSA applications, account specifics, personal information, photos, and LinkedIn access. I acknowledge some lapses in my account security but am seeking assistance to regain access. If unsuccessful, I may need to transition from my primary Gmail account. I am unsure about the security of my device, but I am unable to purchase new ones presently, and my malware scans did not detect any issues. I am reluctant to perform a factory reset unless absolutely necessary, as I am hopeful for account recovery. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

I rarely use other emails and this account is crucial for various purposes including college, work, LinkedIn, and banking. I attempted to recover it using the 'Forgot Password' option, but it no longer works. Unfortunately, I don't have a recovery phone or email linked, and for security reasons, I deleted some associated devices. I have ample evidence to prove my ownership, such as college and FAFSA account details, personal information, photos/screenshots, LinkedIn connections, and more. I acknowledge my security oversights but if I can't regain access, I will have to switch from my primary Gmail account. I'm unsure if my device is compromised but replacing it isn't feasible currently, especially as my malware scans haven't detected any threats. I am hesitant to factory reset without exploring other options as I am optimistic about account recovery. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am currently residing in an RV, frequently moving between locations. Google seems unable to verify my account, claiming there is already an account linked to my email address. Despite changing the password multiple times and attempting old passwords, none seem to work. I am perplexed as to why this is recurring and why the recovery process requires logging in when I cannot access my account to begin with. I have made approximately 6 failed attempts to reset the password as my account is not recognized, resulting in an inability to verify me. My recovery email, [redacted], remains unchanged. It is essential for me to regain access to my account. Despite numerous password attempts, none have worked. Please assist me in retrieving access, or I may need to consider deleting my account.

I have been experiencing hacking issues from the VictoriaHearts website for the past 20 months. They persistently invade my mobile devices, causing disruption and even compromising my bank account. The continuous hacking has affected me both mentally and physically. Their intrusion escalates each time I attempt to contact customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, they have even impersonated the company and Google when I tried to seek help. Hello, I had used a Google account to access a shared Google Drive with two of my colleagues before the pandemic. Unfortunately, it has been 18 months since I last accessed the account, and now I am unable to do so. I am prompted to undergo a second-factor authentication process via my work phone, which has changed due to my company switching providers. As a result, I am unable to verify my account using that phone number. The other coworkers with access to the account have left, so I am the only one who can retrieve the files. I had used an Outlook email to access the account, which is now inaccessible when trying to access the shared files. I would appreciate it if my access could be reinstated or if there is a way for me to access the shared files through my current Gmail account or a new one. After my system reset, I lost most of my data, but my contacts were saved on my Gmail. I need to log back into my account to recover my files, but I forgot my password. When I chose the "FORGOT PASSWORD" option, I had to go through a verification process using the last known password and additional questions. By accessing "SYSTEM SETTINGS," selecting my account, and clicking "MANAGE YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT," I reached the "signing into Google" tab and entered a security code. After confirming I'm not a robot, it required my previous phone number. Despite some verification issues, the system suggested trying again later. The Gmail account causing trouble is [redacted], while I just created gideonphilips7@gmail today.

We have tried shutting off our computers and phones, but we are still unable to share our Google calendar. This has been working fine for over two years, and all the settings indicate that we should be sharing it. We even tried rebooting Google calendar and restarting our devices, but nothing seems to be fixing the issue. We rely heavily on this calendar for organizing our schedules, so we are quite frustrated by this sudden problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently had to reboot my laptop due to an issue with Windows 10. Since then, I've been unable to access my Gmail account under the address martycharles6619.gmail.com. I am experiencing ongoing issues with emails being automatically flagged in my Gmail account ([redacted]) despite making adjustments in the settings. I have tried various solutions from adjusting settings under "General" and "Inbox" to creating filters, but the problem persists. It is frustrating that emails are being flagged unnecessarily when they are not important. I want to have control over which emails should be flagged, not the system. I forgot the password for my [redacted] account. I recently changed it, but it didn't save on my browser. I attempted to recover it using my phone number, but it requires a confirmation code sent to either my email that I no longer have access to or the very email I am trying to recover. Although I am signed in on my phone, I am not receiving the code it sends. I pay for extra storage space, which serves as proof that the account belongs to me, in case that information is helpful.

Hello, I am in the process of updating my law practice website. My Web Master emphasized the importance of having good reviews for success. Currently, I have noticed that Yelp displays two reviews for my practice resulting in a 3-star rating. The first review rated me one star, while the second rated me five stars, leading to the average 3-star rating. I contacted Yelp to address this issue, and they confirmed that the rating is accurate on their platform. They mentioned that the discrepancy might be due to Google. My issue stems from my wife resetting her phone and now she can't recover her Gmail account. She only has access to the Gmail account on her mobile, and she can't remember the recovery phone number.
