After receiving an email from Google regarding a potential security breach, I promptly changed my password as advised. However, this action unexpectedly led to being locked out of my account. Attempting to sign back in, I was prompted for an 8-digit backup code which I had lost due to Dell wiping my computer during repairs. My backup email is also inaccessible as it requires a previous password which I do not recall. This has left me in a frustrating loop as I am unable to regain access to my accounts, including my YouTube Premium subscription.

I am currently trying to recover access to my Google Gmail account after being locked out due to forgetting my password during a long absence from computer access. This same situation also pertains to my Yahoo email account. I reached out to Yahoo via Verizon and have contacted Google by email and fax at [redacted] Additionally, I have sent letters to both Yahoo and Google corporate headquarters in California. I am eagerly awaiting their response to assist me in regaining access by providing a secure generated password upon verifying my ownership of the accounts based on the information I have provided in my correspondence.

Around a year ago, my ex-girlfriend took over my accounts, leading to a series of back-and-forth attempts to regain access. Modifications were made to my security settings, recovery options, phone numbers, and email addresses. I'm Jared C., and I've been using [redacted] and [redacted] for years. I set them up while residing in Edison, NJ, using an iPhone 8+ with Metro PCS and my phone number remains [redacted]. Unfortunately, my Facebook accounts and tattoo photos have been compromised. To counter this, I created [redacted] and [redacted] emails. Regrettably, all these accounts are currently inaccessible. My [redacted] account has been locked for over seven days since 8/11/[redacted]. I need Google/Gmail to assist me in setting up the rest of the password within my account for access to password changes. During the recovery process, a secure question about Gwen Morsell, who is the actual owner, needs to be asked, which I am. I've been a customer since [redacted] with this email address. I didn't add a recovery email when opening the account due to the current issue. I have created two other emails, one for Gmail and another different one. Every time I try to recover [redacted], the recovery email is sent to the same one. There should be an option to change and reset passwords embedded within the account. Google doesn't provide phone support for security reasons, preferring the "account recovery form". I need to urgently reach Google Headquarters to resolve this issue, retrieve important information, and set up a recovery email to prevent future problems. It should be resolved quickly, as was the case last week. Thank you.

I had multiple Gmail accounts on my phone, which broke, leading me to purchase a new one. During the setup process, it only transferred my husband's account, not mine. I'm struggling to add my other accounts and sync contacts. When I try to add an account, it claims my password is incorrect, and the reset process isn't working as it says it's not recognizing my original number. I have had three main Gmail accounts over the years, but I have lost access to two of them. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone numbers associated with these accounts. The main account, [redacted], which these are linked to, is also inaccessible. The first locked account is [redacted], and the second is [redacted] I believe the issue may be due to two-step verification that was enabled, causing me to be locked out. To confirm ownership of these accounts, I can provide details such as the locations I lived in, pictures associated with the accounts, contacts, and answers to security questions. I really need access to these accounts to retrieve my photos and important information stored in them.

I am unable to generate an access code for the second step authentication as the numbers provided are not mine. My Google account, which I have had for over a decade, is inaccessible. I am unable to retrieve the access code as the phone numbers listed are unfamiliar. The method described to obtain the code under my settings is not available. I have been attempting to resolve a billing issue with Google Ads for the past year and a half. An unauthorized individual ran over $[redacted] worth of fraudulent ads on my account for a dog breeding business. After a prolonged process, Google identified and stopped the culprit from using my account. Now, the challenge lies in obtaining a refund for the unauthorized charges. Google has all the necessary information regarding the responsible person, including their contact details and the business they were advertising for. I am seeking assistance in getting my money back for the fraudulent ads. Google should process the refund promptly, considering they have all the evidence needed to confirm the fraudulent activity.

I am unable to access 2 of my Google/Gmail accounts because my laptop and phone were stolen, requiring me to change my phone number. Here is what I need help with: 1. I am having trouble accessing my account with the email [redacted] due to identity theft. The person changed my password, and I need assistance over the phone to verify my identity in person with my ID and driver's license. I also need to update my account and change my Gmail. I am experiencing trouble signing into my Google account. When I tried to troubleshoot the issue, Google informed me I need to sign into my apps account. However, I am unable to access my Google account to do so. Even though I changed my password recently, I've had difficulty signing in since I created my Google account. I attempted to update Google Chrome via the Play Store to no avail. I require assistance from a human representative as this situation is perplexing. To clarify, I am stuck in a loop where I must sign into my apps to reach my Google account, but to sign into my apps account, I must first access my Google account. This dilemma feels akin to a dog chasing its tail, amusing but frustrating. I simply wish to sign into my Google account whenever needed. I purchased the Pixel 4A from Best Buy in Stockton, CA (Zip: [redacted]) on [redacted] Pacific Ave. on March 17, [redacted]. Despite having a one-year warranty from Google, this supposedly new phone has been riddled with issues. I am currently experiencing the following problems with the device: 1) Inability to receive phone calls and voicemails without restarting the device. 2) Overheating and random shutdowns. 3) Low speaker volume with static. 4) Quick disconnection of calls and random call hang-ups. 5) Google Assistant interference with voicemail causing number recognition issues. These issues are disrupting my ability to communicate effectively for work, school, and healthcare reasons. I also noticed an unauthorized $74.00 Adobe purchase on my PayPal under either [redacted] or [redacted] I believe it was [redacted] and the charge has put my account into collections, leaving me at a negative balance. I am in need of recovering an email account that I have used for many years. Unfortunately, the phone it was linked to has broken and the cost to fix it surpasses the value of the phone. The recovery options available request the phone number associated with the broken device, which I no longer possess. Contacting customer service leads to an automated message stating that Google cannot verify my identity. I require access to my email to update my mailing address due to issues with mail theft. A crucial email needs to be sent to this specific address to resolve the problem. I am aware that the recovery process may take a few days, and I am prepared for this delay. Google Play charged my bank account twice for $52.99 each, totaling $[redacted].98 instead of $[redacted].98. Even though I updated the claim to reflect the correct amount, they only refunded one payment after I sent a screenshot of the bank transaction. Following another representative's advice, I opened a new claim, but received an email stating one payment was already refunded, and that I should check if my family made the extra purchase. It's just my husband and me, and he can barely operate the phone. I've given them a 10-day deadline for the refund. If not, I will switch to alternative services like DuckDuckGo. I will persist until I'm rightfully refunded the second $52.99 charge. Despite using Google services for games, it's frustrating to deal with this. Their non-US base is a concern due to hacking risks. I expect a resolution by September 30th as I've provided all necessary details.

Yesterday, my Samsung phone was functioning perfectly as I enjoyed listening to music on my way back home. However, after an update at home, my data stopped working. Despite spending hours on the phone with Consumer Cellular and Samsung, following all troubleshooting steps, including multiple restarts and a factory reset, my phone remains nonfunctional. I was assured my data was backed up on Google Cloud, but I lost valuable information, including pictures from my daughter's birthday. Disappointed with the lack of resolution, I've had to sacrifice family time and am considering switching from Consumer Cellular.
