On 12/28, I changed my Google password and got a passcode for my backup email. However, when I tried to enter this passcode, it prompted me to complete authentication and sent a code to an old number. Despite selecting another option, it then sent a code to the email I am trying to access instead of my backup email. I also tried using Manage account to generate a one-time code, but I couldn't find where to enter it as it didn't prompt me. The email I am trying to access is [redacted]

I recently switched to a new phone, and I encountered an issue while trying to sign in with my new device. Initially, I attempted to receive a code on my recovery email, which is my work email. Unfortunately, this occurred over the weekend, and I wasn't able to access the code. Now that I'm back at work, I've been unable to trigger the option to send the code to my recovery email. Once I receive the code, everything should work smoothly; however, the challenge lies in prompting the system to send the code to my recovery email address.

I unknowingly fell for a deceptive website and ended up changing my Gmail password, only to forget it later. My account has been compromised by a criminal who attempted to access my bank account. The recovery phone number linked to my account is outdated, as it was created over a decade ago and has not been in use for years. Unfortunately, Google does not provide an online solution to address this issue. Deleting the account is not an option for me. I urgently need to reset my password as my email is [redacted]

I lost access to my Google account, including YouTube, Gmail, and more. The hacker has changed the password and set up two-factor authentication, so I can't access the 6-digit code. I accidentally broke my device about a month and a half ago, maybe 2 months now. I've been struggling to recover my main account, which was signed in through Google Play. I have multiple accounts on the device and can access the secondary one successfully, but I can't reach my main account. The phone number I used for verification is not in service, preventing me from getting a two-step authentication pin. I also can't recall my password, and the broken screen is blocking me from using it. I have no access to a computer or a USB drive and am in a difficult situation as I am waiting for PayPal funds but can't access my account due to it being linked with my Google settings and fingerprint login. I urgently need a solution to access my Gmail account associated with my inactive phone.

I have been receiving numerous emails intended for anjaninepimentel, including several loan-related messages from Cashalo in the Philippines. My bank account shows no signs of compromise, but the emails persist, despite my attempts to unsubscribe. I have owned this email address for 17 years and believe it to be unique, making me concerned that someone in another country may mistakenly be using it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Google account is temporarily blocked, and I received a message stating that Google couldn't verify it belongs to me. I am anxious because my account contains important numbers and documents. I have been receiving numerous emails in my inbox that are not intended for me and seem to be for various individuals. I have confirmed that no one has accessed my email account without authorization by checking my security settings. This has been occurring for several months now. It is not due to a typo or variations in the email address with dots. Transferring all the important contents from this email address would be challenging. Hello, my account has been hacked, and I cannot log in anymore. The hacker changed the password and the email for password recovery. The only thing I have are security codes due to some apps still being connected on my phone. I tried to use them in Google's help section, but it doesn't allow me to use the security codes to reset my password and regain access to my account. I am currently logged in on my phone, and the password I am entering is the correct one from two days ago, providing evidence that the account belongs to me. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

I have been the original owner of [redacted] for nearly 20 years until 12-29-[redacted]. Unfortunately, someone has hacked my account, logged me out, changed my password, and is attempting to access my banking information to make purchases. I have not updated my recovery information recently, so I am unable to access my recovery accounts. Hello, happy holidays and happy new year! My name is Andrei, and I've had a Google Gmail account for about 7 years. Two years ago, I had 2-factor authentication activated. Unfortunately, my iPhone got corrupted, which was the only device connected to my Gmail account. When I tried to reconnect on a new device, I realized I forgot my password. I attempted to reset it using a password I updated 10 months ago, but it had expired. Despite having access to my phone number linked to the account and receiving a code from Google via text, I encountered issues during the password reset process. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 8, transferring my apps and data from my old iPhone 7. When I tried to access my Gmail account, I encountered the two-step verification process but couldn't access the code since it was being sent to an old phone number. I no longer have access to that phone or the associated number. I am unable to retrieve the verification code sent to my email, further complicating the situation. I created this account several years ago, and it's crucial to me because it holds all the pictures and memories of my daughter's dad who passed away. Unfortunately, I've been locked out of it for a while now. I have tried to recover it before due to being locked out but this time, even with new emails, I can't seem to regain access. My daughter is desperate to see her father's pictures, and I need the account for work purposes as well. I am also unable to access my Facebook and other accounts because of an ex-boyfriend's actions. I can't receive any codes through my email linked to the account. I have always been logged into my Gmail on this device. Suddenly, I have been logged out of all Google-related accounts on my iPhone. When trying to log back in, I am prompted to verify using my phone number. Unfortunately, I cannot verify as I have a new number. The email I cannot access is [redacted]

I've been having trouble accessing my email account to log into Snapchat as I've forgotten the password and no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. I changed my phone number since I last used this email. The recovery options are not helping, and I really need to regain access to my old email to recover my disabled Snapchat account. I've forgotten my Gmail password. It's only logged in on this device I'm using now. The recovery email is the same as my main email. However, since I reset my device last week, I can't access my email on it to recover my account. I can't complete the 2-step authentication because notifications go to other devices where I'm not logged in. I need help getting back into my Gmail.

Hello, I have been unable to access my main Google account since January of last year. The account has 2-step verification, and my secondary device, a laptop, has been destroyed. I have forgotten my password. The phone number I used for backup is no longer active, so I cannot use it for account recovery. The backup email, an Outlook account, I no longer have the password for. I have tried all the account recovery questions but have not received a response from Outlook regarding the information needed to recover the password. Accessing this account would help me recover the password to my Google account. Without access, I can't recover my password to the backup email, leading to difficulties accessing my Facebook account, playing games on the Play Store, and syncing old contacts. I appreciate any help with this situation.

I recently discovered that my old Gmail account, [redacted], has been hacked. I attempted to use Google recovery but was only prompted for a text code, which I believe the hacker changed as I don't recognize the number.
