I am having trouble accessing my account as I initially forgot my password and when I tried using an old password, I entered it incorrectly. The verification code sent to my phone took a while to arrive as I am in a rural area. By the time I received the codes, I still cannot access my Gmail account even with the correct old password. I have subscriptions linked to this account that will continue to charge me until I can cancel them, and the deadline is December 26. I hope to resolve this issue before then. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received an email alert stating that there was an unauthorized attempt to access one of my accounts. The email mentioned that someone had tried to log in using my password and was blocked by Google. As I have not used my linked account ([redacted]) for quite some time and cannot recall the password, I am unsure how to proceed. I would like to review the account, consider deleting it, or reset the password if I decide to keep it. Thank you.

I recently changed my password on my office computer, but I made a mistake noting it down. When I tried to reset it from home, I got stuck in a loop as the second confirmation code was sent to the Gmail account I couldn't access. After being locked out for 48 hours, I set up a new Yahoo account to try again. Both verification codes worked today, but I have to wait another 48 hours. I urgently need access to my account before the Christmas break as it involves a financial matter. Please assist promptly. Thank you.

My email accounts, berrypocket2, [redacted], and [redacted], were hacked by Junaita Scates. She changed my passwords and took control of my accounts. I need assistance in permanently removing her. Her email is linked to Fred Scates, and she made herself a manager on berrypocket2. I require help to ensure she cannot access my accounts again.

Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to report that on December 22, [redacted], my email account [redacted] was hacked. I'm unable to access my email or recover it using [redacted] I'm at a loss on what steps to take next as no methods seem to be effective. The system keeps sending notifications to [redacted] which is very similar to my email with the only difference being the dot in my email address. It's not recognizing my name correctly. It's also offering an option to send notifications to a mobile number ending in 84, which is not mine. It's clear that someone unauthorized has control over my email. I recently realized that my phone's password and phone number were changed. My Google account had 2-step verification. Unfortunately, a hacker managed to terminate my YouTube channel. I am devastated as I put in countless hours of work into it. This happened on Christmas Day. My account also contains my card details. I seek assistance in resolving this issue.

My phone's screen turned black, and I couldn't confirm my identity on my new device, making it impossible to access my Gmail account at [redacted] Even though I provided my contact number as [redacted]3 and have a recovery email at [redacted], I am not receiving the verification codes for some unknown reason. I'm attempting to log in on my OnePlus phone following the help article guidelines, but the two-step verification process is not functioning as expected. I have been locked out of my account since the 22nd of this Wednesday.

I suspect unauthorized access to my account. While using my Fire tablet, I encounter a notification stating "PASSWORD INCORRECT" for my Gmail account. When attempting to sign in via the Gmail website, my login fails, so I proceed with the password recovery process. Despite providing the necessary details, including my default email and personal information, the system does not recognize my account. How can I regain access to my Gmail account?

I need help accessing my Gmail account since my old phone is no longer active. I've got a new phone that's not activated yet, and I'm unable to use the old phone number on it. I set up a new Gmail account for my university applications to keep all my emails organized. Unfortunately, my laptop unexpectedly restarted, and I was logged out of my account. I accidentally used the wrong email address to sign up for Instagram. My correct email is [redacted], but I used [redacted] instead. Instagram is asking for a code sent to the incorrect email, which I don't have access to. I've tried to email the incorrect address, but it seems it's unavailable. Is there a way for me to temporarily claim the address [redacted] to receive emails? Thank you.

I am encountering an issue with my Gmail account. I do not have a recovery email or phone number linked to it. Although I enter the correct password, I keep receiving a message that I cannot be verified due to suspicious activity. When prompted for verification, I am only asked for my last password, which remains the same. Despite using the same device and logging in from my phone, I am unable to access my account even after returning from vacation. The problem persists even when connected to my usual WiFi network.

My daughter's Gmail account got hacked. The password and phone number were changed. I tried to follow the recovery steps for when the phone number is changed by hackers, but I keep going in circles. The process asks if I want to receive a code via call or text, but the number is the one the hackers used. I need help to break out of this loop.

Several emails from before 12/15/[redacted] have vanished from my inbox without my involvement. While some were visible on my iPad, they are no longer appearing on my iPhone or iMac. This morning, I noticed a specific email, only for it to disappear later in the day without my deletion. I have reviewed all Gmail settings but have not resolved the issue. I need help accessing my Google account after factory resetting my phone. Unfortunately, I can't access my recovery email or phone number. I know my account details like email and password and can provide the account name. When trying to verify my identity, the phone number provided is not the current recovery phone for my account.

Hello, I have been using my Gmail account [redacted] for many years now. I recently noticed that a lot of my emails seem to be missing 😱. I am certain I did not delete them as they contain important information. I have checked both my spam and trash folders, but they are not there. Most of the emails I am receiving now are newsletters and not crucial. Interestingly, I still have plenty of storage available. I attempted to resolve this on my own without success.
