I purchased a Realme 5 Pro using a separate account. Upon delivery, I discovered that the phone had a cracked screen. Despite making multiple complaints, the customer service representative has not yet sent someone to assess the issue. I have lodged two formal complaints regarding the damaged item, and after speaking with customer service, I was instructed to file another complaint. I have submitted this additional complaint, but unfortunately, there has been no response. I kindly request a prompt replacement of the mobile phone.

Dear Flipkart Team, I am frustrated with the experience I had with your team. I placed an order on September 1st and received it on September 4th, but the product I received was completely different from what I had ordered. I raised a return request for a refund with an expected date of September 9th. However, I had to wait until the 9th due to a delay caused by Flipkart. Even after the promised date passed, a new complaint had to be registered, causing further inconvenience. During a 45-minute call with your executive Praveen and supervisor Siddarth Prabhar, they assured me that the pick-up would happen the next working day due to an issue with the courier partner. I fail to understand why a customer has to endure mistakes first with the product received and then with the return service provided by Flipkart. Please address my concerns promptly, as this has been an extremely frustrating experience with no resolution in sight.

I tried to exchange my Redmi Note 5, bought on May 2, [redacted], but the delivery person rejected it, claiming there was a gap. This is frustrating as my phone is in perfect condition. I find it ridiculous that they offer exchange services but then reject devices needlessly. It's a waste of my time and really disappointing. I am not happy with Flipkart's service at all. I just want my refund quickly.

Dear Mr. Kalyan & Team, I would like to bring to your attention that even though my order with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 was delivered on time, the product received does not match what I had originally requested. I ordered a "JD_WOMEN RAINCOAT_ L|FIT N FINE SOLID WOMEN RAINCOAT," however, an unnamed product was dispatched to me in a different color and of inferior quality. I have attempted to return the product for a refund through my Flipkart account but have been unsuccessful as the delivery company did not pick up the product due to the lack of a name or company label on it. I am facing difficulties in filing the return on Flipkart's platform. I have been an avid customer of Flipkart and Amazon, but this experience has left me quite disheartened. I have attached the product details and photographs for your reference, clearly showing the discrepancy between what I ordered and what was delivered. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly by either providing me with the correct product as per my order or processing a refund for the amount paid. We bought a VU 50-OA TV with Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0, but we're experiencing the following issues: 1) Upon turning on the TV, there is a half-rounded white circle on the right side edge. 2) We can't access YOUTUBE in TV mode, and vice versa. 3) The minimum sound volume is very high at 60-75, which seems to be a problem with the sound system despite the settings adjusted by the service engineer. 4) There is a blue line at the bottom of the screen that sometimes changes to red and yellow while in TV mode. Our return request got cancelled even though the service engineer acknowledged our issues. We re-registered the complaint as advised, and the service engineer was scheduled to visit today (16-09-19) but has not arrived by 4:50 pm.

Hello, my name is Gurvinder K. I currently reside in New Zealand. I placed an order that was delivered to my address in Mumbai. Upon receiving my luggage back from my sister in India, I discovered that five items were missing from my order. The items were marked as delivered on 17 August [redacted] in my account. The courier mentioned to my sister that we needed to review the orders for them to receive payment from their employer. I randomly reviewed the orders on my account. However, after receiving my belongings, I realized the five items were missing. I have been unable to contact customer service by phone as I am outside of India. I recently purchased a lady sling bag with a delivery date of 21/9/19. The delivery person called me when the order arrived, but I wasn't home at that time. I informed him that if he could come by 4 PM, I would be there. Unfortunately, due to traffic, I arrived at my address at 4:35 PM. When I called the delivery person back, he mentioned not having change for ₹[redacted], stating he couldn't deliver the order. He was also rude to me. This was my first experience encountering such a disrespectful delivery person. I would like for you to take action on this matter; otherwise, I will stop shopping from Flipkart and advise my friends to do the same. I have been a loyal monthly shopper on Flipkart, so please address this issue. Thank you. 🙏

I purchased a dumbbell set that was advertised as premium quality, but the product I received is significantly different from the image shown online. The quality is extremely poor, and the accessories included are not what I expected at all. I requested a refund due to the discrepancy, but I was told that only a replacement is possible. The return policy for sports and fitness products states that refunds are available, so I am confused as to why they are only offering a replacement. I am adamant about getting a refund and feel frustrated by this situation. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I would like to bring to your attention that I purchased a Fitbit Surge Smartwatch (Orange) for 9,[redacted].00 on July 11, [redacted], from Flipkart (Order Id: OD[redacted][redacted]0). The watch arrived on July 15, [redacted]. However, after using the watch for only 1.5 months, the battery stopped working. The watch only functions when connected to the charger. Upon contacting Fitbit customer care about the battery issue covered under warranty, they mentioned that the product sold to me was refurbished and not eligible for warranty service. I ordered a women's button cardigan, but received a completely different style and size. The customer care number provided seems to be incorrect. This was my first time ordering from Flipcart, and while trying to return the item, I only see the option for a refund, which requires my account details. I have never encountered this issue with any other online platform before. I am disappointed and frustrated with the wasted time and the lack of genuine service to meet my requirements. I am hesitant to provide my account number, but would be willing to exchange for another item of the same value if you can deliver the correct product. If not, I prefer to receive a cash refund. This experience has left a bad impression on me and my friends, and we will not be using Flipcart again unless you are able to resolve this situation to our satisfaction. We are prepared to take appropriate action if necessary.

I was given an expected delivery date of September 29, [redacted], for my order. I received a text message on my registered mobile number stating a 3-day delay. I contacted a Flipkart Executive on September 29, and was informed that my order would arrive by 26th September by 7 P.M. There was no record of a delay on September 29. However, my order did not arrive on 29th, and when I called on 30th, I was told of a further 3-day delay with a new delivery date of October 3, [redacted]. I explained that I needed the product by October 1, [redacted], to give it to someone. The service has been extremely disappointing, and it is frustrating when expected delivery dates are not met. If my order arrives after October 1, [redacted], I will not be ordering from Flipkart again. Overall, my experience with Flipkart delivery service has been very poor.

I placed my order on the morning of September 30th and was expecting it to arrive by today, October 2nd. However, the expected delivery date is October 7th with no faster options available. I was hoping it would arrive by October 5th considering the Public Holidays, but the order hasn't even been dispatched by the seller yet. I received a message stating that it was packed but upon checking, both the website and the app indicate that it has not been packed yet, even after 2 to almost 3 days since order confirmation and approval. I would appreciate some assistance with this situation.

Once your order is recorded and payment authorization is received, the seller will confirm receipt of the order and start processing it. You will get an email with your order details once the seller confirms it. This email will include a unique Order ID, a list of the item(s) ordered, and the estimated delivery time. I ordered Stepee Women Silver Heels, quantity 2, meaning 2 pairs. When my parcel arrived, it only contained 1 pair. The customer service executive assured me that 2 pairs were sent, so I paid Rs. [redacted] upon delivery. Each pair costs Rs. [redacted], so I expected 2 pairs in the parcel. To my disappointment, I only received 1 pair upon opening it. This was a frustrating experience, and I am now seeking a refund for the entire amount.

On September 30th, I made a phone purchase with exchange offer on Flipkart(Order ID- OD[redacted][redacted]0) scheduled for delivery on October 2nd. The delivery took place as expected, but encountered an issue with the exchange evaluation. After paying INR [redacted] for a minor dent on my old phone, the delivery person returned claiming a color issue and requested an additional INR [redacted]. I declined and the new phone was taken back. Despite several attempts, the support team has not resolved this matter. I am considering escalating this to the consumer court if not resolved promptly. Hello, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your company. I placed an order for a power bank on September 30th, but it has not been packed or dispatched yet, which is unacceptable. Interestingly, I also ordered a pair of shoes on the same day, and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Kindly investigate this matter promptly and either expedite the processing of the power bank order or cancel it, providing me with a refund. If the order is canceled, please process the refund accordingly. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the consumer court. I am currently out of town until the 9th of October and need to reschedule my return pick-up. I have already informed the call center about this situation. I received a message that the pick-up person would be arriving today before 9 p.m., but I am no longer in town. Please arrange to reschedule the pick-up accordingly. Also, once the product is delivered back, could you please inform me how many days it will take for the refund to be processed? Thank you.
