When I attempt to search within a Facebook group, I receive a message with a sad face icon stating, "We couldn't find anything for ?????* Looking for people or posts? Try entering a name, location or different words." Curious about this issue, I created a new profile and found that the search function worked as expected. It appears that the search problem is related to my original Facebook profile. The new profile can search within groups successfully. I'm wondering why my old profile is having this search issue while the new one isn't. Is there a way to resolve this without losing access to my current profile?

I am encountering an issue with a person under 18 contacting me through texts and calls on Messenger. The individual, who goes by the name Ellie Cairns, initially claimed to be older but later admitted to being only 16. After learning that the person has multiple accounts, I decided to block them. However, the problem persists as this 16-year-old has been falsely asserting that we are in a relationship. I am aware of her association with a friend of mine, whom I've advised to inform her parents about her inappropriate behavior. I am seeking assistance in permanently closing her account to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and to ensure the safety of others who might be targeted by her deceitful actions.

My Facebook account has been hacked twice in less than two years. I didn't receive a code from the code generator when someone else logged in, which is when the hacking occurred. A video was sent to everyone and my old password was changed. I am unable to reset or create a new password because I don't know the one they changed it to. Last time this happened, my profile pictures were stolen and posted on public forums, my info and my friends' pages were hacked, and my friends' pages were cloned. I urgently need help to regain access to my account as I can't even sign out or deactivate it. It all happened on my new iPhone XR, a device known for its security. If I had received a code from Facebook, like I had set up, I would not have been hacked. This situation has left me feeling violated and my privacy invaded. I feel disappointed and unsafe, especially given the circumstances I have faced. I have been a Facebook user since [redacted] and have never experienced this before. I wouldn't have the app if I knew I was so vulnerable. My entire life is tied to this account, so I need it fixed quickly.

I've been restricted twice in the past month from posting to a group. The information and shares I post on my FB Team Page about essential oils and products come from my upline's posts, which as Team Leaders we are encouraged to share to ensure accurate information is shared with our Team members. I have not posted anything derogatory, harmful, or obscene on my Timeline or Team Page. I would like an explanation for why this has happened twice so that I can understand the reason for the restrictions. I sincerely appreciate your explanation and kindly request not to be restricted any further, as FB is an important tool for me and other Team Leaders to communicate with our members. Thank you for your assistance.

I am struggling to regain access to my Facebook account after losing my old email and experiencing difficulties updating my name due to a marriage. Despite submitting my marriage license and updated ID, I have not received any response from Facebook, leading to my account being locked. Facebook requires me to have codes sent from friends on a list, but I am facing obstacles as two friends are deceased, and two accounts are inactive. While I managed to obtain one code, it was not sufficient. I urge Facebook to contact me at my new email address, [redacted], to assist me in resolving these issues and recovering my account. Thank you for your attention and cooperation, -Alexia Jordan/Smith

I'm facing issues with my Facebook account named Rj Rahul Kirar that started in January-February [redacted]. A friend linked their email to my account while logging in, causing me to forget my password since I change it regularly. When trying to reset it, I input another email or phone number, but it leads to a different page asking for Trusted Contacts. Unfortunately, providing the name of a trusted contact there doesn't work for recovery. I've sought advice from numerous Facebook users and friends, but haven't succeeded in regaining access since February [redacted]. Kindly provide a positive response on this matter.

Today, when I tried to access Messenger, I found that it had unexpectedly shut down. Upon trying to log in again, I discovered that my password was not recognized. I opted to reset it, but encountered an issue as the confirmation was being sent to an old email address. Despite my efforts to update it, I was unable to do so. Later, when I attempted to change the email address via Facebook, I was alarmed to be asked for official identification documents like my ID or social security card. This seemed unreasonable solely to update my email. Reluctant to share such personal information, I am now locked out of my Facebook account. It is frustrating that there is no customer support available despite Facebook's resources. I have used this account for over a decade and now find myself in a difficult situation. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I got two text messages with numbers and letters, but I didn't pay attention to them. Then, on the 14th, I received an email stating that someone was attempting to access my Facebook account and advised me to review and update my password. Unfortunately, I fell for it, and now my Facebook account is under someone else's control. The person's name is Mariana Eugene. I am unable to access my account because she has taken it over and changed the name to hers. The new emails I receive from Facebook now display her name instead of mine.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account despite knowing my password and having my phone with 2-factor authentication turned on. I am not receiving the login code via text or any other method which is hindering my login attempts. I have tried using the code generator as suggested, but it's not feasible while trying to log in. This issue has persisted for three weeks since I logged out briefly. Although I've used my other devices for five years to access Facebook, it seems unfamiliar to you now. I have even submitted my driver's license twice in good faith, only to realize it was a fraudulent site, leading to a potential compromise of my personal information. This is the second time I've been locked out of my account without any assistance. I urgently need access to retrieve important family photos. Can you please help me resolve this and regain access to my account?

I had two separate Facebook pages before for different purposes. My first page was under my passport name as Sarah Rahim, but due to negative experiences, I created a second page under the nickname "SRTangedays" for anonymity. Lately, the second page has been locked, and I don't have any nickname identification for it. I used to switch between accounts using the icon, but now it's missing on the first page, and browsers won't display the second page. Virgin Media advised me to contact Facebook for assistance, but I am having trouble reaching them via the provided number. My email is [redacted], and my name is Sarah Rahim.

I am writing to report a concerning issue with Crystal Ashcraft, who is continuously harassing and threatening several Facebook users, including my fiancée, along with her friends and family members. Despite being blocked and reported, she persists in creating new accounts to continue her inappropriate behavior, which includes death threats and disturbing messages. The individuals affected by her actions, such as Angel Moser, Emily Carpenter, Shelly Helmes, and Colton Moser, are being targeted by Ms. Ashcraft repeatedly on a weekly, if not daily, basis. This situation has escalated, and it is imperative that law enforcement intervenes to address these illegal and threatening actions before they cause further harm.

I initially had a Facebook account under my own name without being asked for ID. Due to online abuse, I created a second account using a gender-neutral nickname without any verification. I switched between accounts easily for about nine months until encountering technical issues. Virgin Media tech support advised contacting Facebook to potentially unlock the second account. I do not have ID for the second account, which used the nickname "Strange Days" with the email strange days [redacted] Can you please assist in unlocking my "Strange Days" account or guide me on creating a new additional account? Virgin Media indicated this situation is common and that Facebook should be able to resolve it. Thank you.

I recently had my Facebook account compromised by a hacker who gained access through an old email. They changed the password, removed my current email, and set up two-factor authentication. I managed to reclaim the account by resetting the password to a trusted email address after receiving an email notification from Facebook. Despite regaining control, I cannot bypass the two-factor authenticator. I have tried Facebook's recommended steps multiple times. Their response says the issue has been resolved, but I continue to face the same problem. I have replied to their email with no success. Any suggestions on what steps I can take next?

I made a Facebook account but I'm struggling to log in, and now I received a notification saying my account has been disabled. To regain access, I need to upload my ID, which makes me uneasy. On the login page, I don't see the option to reset my password, only to retrieve my account, and it keeps stating my account is disabled. Since I haven't even used the account, I'm unsure why it was disabled in the first place. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I encountered trouble accessing my Facebook account despite various attempts to resolve it, including refreshing the page and restarting my phone. As a last resort, I uninstalled the app and attempted to reinstall it. Unfortunately, I forgot the password and no longer have access to the associated Yahoo email, now using Gmail instead. The password reset code was sent to the unreachable Yahoo email. I have another Facebook account linked to my Gmail, making it impossible to use for this reset. I understand the urgency as I rely on Facebook frequently. Accessible to others but not to me, the account is under the name Erin Marshall Owens. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

Issue Description: I recently discovered unauthorized users (ad account admin and ad account analyst) had been added to my account and initiated fraudulent advertising with a daily spend of £[redacted].00. I have captured a supporting screenshot as evidence. My bank has blocked three transactions today, but there are still £[redacted].00 worth of pending charges scheduled to be debited from my account in the coming days. While the unauthorized users have been removed from my account and my bank has taken steps to secure my business card from further unauthorized charges, I am concerned about recovering the funds that were fraudulently spent. My bank is currently investigating this as a fraud case. I have reached out to Facebook's support team, but due to the seriousness and scale of this incident, I am hoping for a quicker resolution than the standard 1-2 business days.
