I don't use Facebook much, mainly on my home computer (lately on my phone). When I tried to open an email from a friend, I was prompted to prove my identity. I attempted to do so but then was asked to upload a picture ID. I'm hesitant about sharing such personal information due to concerns about identity theft. I'm unsure if this is standard procedure for Facebook. My account is under Carey M. at [redacted] Can you assist me with this securely?

My email address was changed without my permission. I've had my account since September [redacted]. I recently noticed that the email attached to my account was no longer mine ([redacted]). I have been trying to contact your support team since then. Even though my ID is not being recognized, it matches all the photos on my Facebook account. All my content has disappeared, and I desperately need your assistance. The new email attached to my account is r**********@gmail.com, which I do not recognize. My phone number is [redacted]. Please help me regain access to my Facebook account as it is the only place where I have precious family and child photos stored. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am really concerned and upset because I think my daughter or friend accessed my account and deleted it intentionally. This is distressing as I have personal content related to my late mother, who passed away from breast cancer and COPD, on this account. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and I am unable to locate it now. I urgently need assistance as I have also lost the two phones which were used to carry out this action.

I recently experienced unauthorized access to my Facebook account. The intruder added a 2-factor authentication setup. I managed to reset my password, but I am now locked out due to the 2-factor authentication that I didn't set up. I don't have an authentication app. Please disable the 2-factor authentication so I can regain access to my account, or allow me to receive the code via text to my phone number [redacted] on file.

Good evening, I am confused as to why my account was blocked by your platform for allegedly engaging in illegal activity. I used it to post ads for someone on buy and sell groups, which I find completely unacceptable. I have already tried verifying my identity by providing my email address, driver's license, and ID copy, but it seems you are still not accepting them. Could you please explain the reason behind blocking my account? Let me know what additional information or steps are needed to resolve this issue. When I first started using Facebook, I had an account associated with an email that was hacked and subsequently deleted. However, the Facebook account remains, and occasionally my relatives try to contact me through that old account. I need to find out how to inform Facebook that this old account is no longer in use and that, since it contains outdated information and my photos, I would like them to delete it. I am willing to give them permission to do so if necessary. I just want this old, forgotten account to be removed as it reminds me of a dark period in my life that I prefer not to revisit.

I am encountering an issue logging into Facebook after getting a new phone and setting up two-factor authentication. Despite attempting to reset my password and receiving the code via email, the system prompts me to input a code sent via text message, which I am not receiving. I have submitted my identification documentation as requested, including my ID number certificate, but I am still unable to access my account after more than 24 hours without receiving the necessary code to log in.

My personal account was disabled. Hello, I am the rightful user of this account. The security system mistakenly disabled my personal Facebook account. My laptop is old and crashes often, leading to Facebook closing my account in May. Facebook requires a code sent to my mobile number to restore it, but I can't access it from Turkey. I can only access my emails, as the email option is somehow unavailable. Can someone assist in contacting Facebook through my email?

I am unable to access my account due to receiving a message requesting approval from another device despite using the same device and browser. I am limited to one device option for approval without any other methods like codes. I feel trapped in this cycle! I attempted to reset passwords and clear caches and cookies without success.

Hello, my account has been blocked for approximately ten days. My account is under the name: Redouane junior djaileb. I want to inform you that I have always followed Facebook community standards. I have tried to recover my account following the help center's advice, but I cannot access my account. I recently noticed a charge of $12.14 on my bank statement from a place named fbpay-hannah-gill buyfbme. I am unsure of what this charge is for and would like to request a refund. The charge appeared after I placed an order on Gossby for a Christmas ornament for my daughters.
