My account, @arabproblems, was disabled in June [redacted] for "violating terms." The content reported as infringing was actually my original content, not an IP violation as claimed. Despite my attempts to reach out to the person who reported the content, I received no reply. I was not granted the chance to defend my content. I managed a meme page with a significant following, always crediting original creators. It's frustrating that I wasn't allowed to address these issues before the account was disabled. I hope for the reinstatement of my Instagram account. Thank you.

Hello, I am Sahil Chaudhary from India. I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook accounts. A few days ago, my original account under the name of Sahil Chaudhary was disabled without any action from my end. I had numerous friends and contacts on that account. Subsequently, I created a new account, which has also been disabled today without my involvement. I am puzzled as to why this is happening. If my accounts are not reinstated, I will refrain from using Facebook in the future. I am seeking clarification on why this is occurring and hope for a resolution. Thank you.

I've been struggling to resolve an issue with no success. My emails go unanswered, and last night was no different. I'm tired of searching multiple sites for assistance. Upon login, I'm prompted to provide a mobile number, which I don't have. I've mentioned using my house phone instead, to no avail. I signed up without issues a few years ago but had to pause due to illness. Now recovered, I re-joined only to be stuck at the mobile number request. I'm unable to connect with friends and family or access Facebook. I'm reaching out for help as I'm baffled by the situation. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. - M. McIntosh

I suspect I mistakenly violated some of Facebook's rules, resulting in the disablement of my account. I have attempted to initiate a verification email from Facebook to address the issue, but regrettably, no email containing the code has been received. I am uncertain as to the reason for the suspension; let me explain what led to this situation. Initially, I had a personal account that reached the maximum limit for business pages. Intending to create a new business page, I created a new profile using my existing name (I subsequently requested a name change to match my business page). My intention was to expand my business page's followers by connecting with many friends on my personal page and subsequently inviting them to like my business page. I am committed to resolving this matter and am currently unable to access my account in any way.

I need assistance transferring my account to another person. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, and despite several attempts to receive a verification code via my phone number, I did not receive it. After changing the password, I believed the issue was resolved, only to find myself logged into a different account associated with the same number. At present, I am prompted to input a password, which I cannot recall. This situation is crucial because the account is linked to a game in which I have made investments. Last Wednesday, my Facebook and Messenger accounts got hacked, and the passwords were changed. Additionally, another recovery email address was added, and I can no longer access my original email to resolve the issue online. I'm concerned that someone else might be using my account. I urgently need to regain access to my Facebook and Messenger accounts to secure them or have them deleted. - Vernon A.

My Facebook app crashed, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. After getting logged out, I attempted to sign back in, but it kept rejecting my password. I tried several times to reset it in the app, but it never sent the code to my mobile number. Moving to my laptop, I used trusted contacts, but the emails to my alternate address never arrived after multiple attempts. Trying Facebook Messenger was unsuccessful, as I couldn't proceed to the next step. Even downloading Facebook Lite did not work; it kept showing an error when trying to get the code. I have exhausted my options and need help regaining access to my account.

Over the weekend, I received an email informing me of a password change on my Facebook account that I did not make. Despite alerting them immediately, I got locked out of my account by the morning. The unauthorized change originated from Dallas, Texas, a place I have never lived in, and showed a Hotmail email address I don't own. The perpetrator switched the master email to theirs, making it impossible for me to regain access despite following recommended steps. I've had this account for 15 years with invaluable memories of departed friends and my children's photos, which are sensitive given the current issues of child exploitation. I have evidence through years of email notifications and my driver's license for identity verification but lack a contact number for assistance in resolving this issue.

My Facebook account has been hacked, taken over, and compromised by a professional scammer. I have requested that my account be closed until assistance is provided to regain access. The profile name associated with the account is Mona Daniels. I have been contacting Facebook's help center daily, providing evidence to prove my identity as the original Mona Daniels and showing what the scammer is doing on my page. Unfortunately, my efforts to recover my account have been futile as my email, phone number, and password have been altered. Despite my friends reporting the issue to Facebook, there has been minimal to no assistance or response. When attempting to report the individual pretending to be me, Facebook simply stated that my account has been compromised and they are unable to take further action. I urgently seek help in recovering access to my account, as I have been reaching out for assistance since this incident occurred.

I accidentally broke both of my devices that had access to my Facebook and Marketplace accounts. I recently received a replacement device, but I am unable to log back in to my accounts. I had a transaction with a buyer before my devices were damaged, and I am now unable to follow up with them as I cannot access my Facebook account. The buyer had paid me in full through Facebook Pay, but since my new account has no transaction history, I am unable to contact them. I am looking to regain access to my original Facebook account so that I can retrieve the necessary information. I tried to connect my new account with the old one, but it did not solve the issue. Today, when I tried to log into my Facebook account, I was prompted to enter my password, which I did as usual, but kept receiving an error message indicating it was incorrect. When attempting to reset my password, I encountered an issue where the phone number and email address linked to the account were not mine. An old email address and phone number were listed, but I no longer have access to them, and the other accounts listed have never belonged to me. All of my children's pictures and videos are on my Facebook account, and it's imperative that I regain access to preserve these precious memories. Hello, I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account. After entering my email, I clicked on the "Forgot my password" link but never received the numerical code email despite trying six times. I had the Messenger app on my Android phone. I chatted with a few people casually. Recently, my boyfriend accused me of using secret conversations to message his friend through the app. He got this idea because when he checked a conversation, a notification about a device being removed from the chat appeared. I have never used secret conversations before and strongly deny his claims. He believes I am deceiving him and now justifies his own actions by claiming revenge for my alleged lies. This situation is damaging our relationship, and I felt compelled to delete my Messenger account due to the ongoing accusations.

I recently set up a dropshipping business and needed to create a Facebook Ad Manager account. Unfortunately, after logging in on both my phone and laptop, my account got locked.
