My active status is enabled on both Facebook and Messenger, but I am unable to see who is active or be seen as active. I have contact uploading on, including allowing continuous contact uploading, but it hasn't resolved the issue. While I don't have friends added on Facebook, I communicate with people on Messenger who are not on my friends list. Until a week ago, I could see their active status. I'm unsure how this problem started, but I have tried enabling my active status on both Facebook and Messenger, as well as contact uploading options. I hope to see the activity status of people on Messenger whom I communicate with, even without adding them on Facebook as I could before.

My account was hacked back in June, and the scammers changed all my login details, making it impossible for me to access my account. I fell victim to a scam where they took $[redacted] from me by sending a fake grant link. These scammers are now pretending to be me, contacting my friends through messenger with the same scam. About 10 people have already been contacted. This is a serious issue, and I urgently need assistance. Dear Facebook Team, I am kindly requesting to revert to the old classic look for the following reasons: 1. The new look is not to my liking and is not working for me. 2. I have been unable to find the option to switch back to the old classic look despite following the instructions provided. 3. The question mark feature is missing from the page. 4. Uploading photos to my albums is not as easy as it used to be. The new system doesn't place images in the order of upload like the old system. 5. I can no longer find the 'download' option for images on Facebook. 6. The thumbs up feature in Messenger cannot be enlarged anymore. On July 13, [redacted], while livestreaming PUBG Mobile on Facebook via Omlet Arcade, I encountered a hacking incident. Following the Livestream, I was abruptly logged out of PUBG Mobile and subsequently logged out of my Facebook and Messenger accounts. Upon attempting to reset my password, I discovered that the hacker had removed my phone number from the account and substituted it with their own. Additionally, they changed my profile picture and name, rendering me unable to access various linked apps such as Instagram, PUBG Mobile, and COD Mobile. Recovering my account has proven challenging, as the hacker has eliminated all my previous contact information, impeding any conventional recovery methods through Facebook Help. Regrettably, I had to create a new account to stay in touch with friends during these trying times of the pandemic. However, I remain distressed by the loss of memories and progress accumulated over the years on my original accounts. I earnestly seek assistance in reclaiming my hacked Facebook account to restore the connectivity and sentimental value associated with it. The emotional significance and time invested in these accounts make their sudden loss profoundly distressing. Your aid in this matter would be deeply appreciated.

Hi, I am reaching out regarding my company and the desire to begin advertising, primarily on Instagram through my website myjiujitsustore.com. I have never been an active Facebook user. A friend created an account using [redacted] as a joke many years ago, and I never used it. Upon trying to log in recently, I discovered my account was blocked. I attempted to create a new account under [redacted] and [redacted] to set up a store page for advertising. However, after about a week, I was blocked again, possibly due to my IP address. I have provided all necessary personal information, including my passport ID and photo, under my real name, without any violation of the platform's standards. I now find myself stuck, likely due to the old account not being in my actual name. I have no means of contacting Facebook for assistance and would greatly appreciate any support in resolving this matter so that I can advertise on Facebook and Instagram without hindrance. Facebook's Marketplace has been inconsistent and frustrating with listing my collectible coins for sale. While some were approved, others were rejected for allegedly violating their currency selling policy. Despite my requests for reviews and explanations, Facebook has provided no supporting information for their decisions. The lack of response and discrimination in allowing some listings while rejecting others is disheartening. I have reached out to Facebook's Support Centre with evidence of approved coin listings, but I have not received any replies. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am experiencing continuous unauthorized access to my Facebook account. Despite changing the password multiple times, the intruder keeps re-changing it, leaving me unable to log in. When attempting to reset the password and entering the code sent to me, I encounter an "unknown error" message each time. The hacker is also using my account to scam others by offering money related to COVID-19. I am completely locked out and need urgent assistance. Please delete all unauthorized emails, accounts, and phone numbers associated with my account and keep only my provided email and phone number on file. My contact number is [redacted]. I created a new Facebook account because my old one had too many unwanted contacts and pages. I've decided to keep the old one as a backup to stay connected with certain people and organizations in the future. I'm using a different name on the new account to avoid being recognized by people from my previous account. However, the new account got locked for policy reasons even though I haven't used it yet and have no harmful intentions.

I recently received an email from John C. Manly claiming to be from FB, stating that I had won $[redacted],[redacted]. The email said that they were verifying my identity before releasing the winnings. I was instructed to contact Sheryl Sanderg at [redacted]. After calling, she requested $[redacted] for delivery charges to receive the money via FX on 7/20/[redacted]. Suspecting a scam, I questioned her association with FB, and she mentioned Mark Z as her boss. I am now skeptical as the situation seems fishy, especially since John claimed to be from CA with a NY driver's license on FB. I plan to verify Sheryl's credentials with FB. Thank you.

Dear Community Members, I need assistance with my fundraising event on Facebook for Captain Shaw's School. When I initially set up the fundraiser, I overlooked entering the registered charity "Friends of Captain Shaw's", resulting in the donations bouncing back to me. Despite my mistake, two generous individuals donated £20 and £[redacted] to the incorrect fundraiser, totaling £[redacted]. My online marketing agency's account got disabled abruptly, leaving me unable to manage my accounts. Despite submitting my photo ID twice and attempting to contact support, I received no responses. This has severely impacted my ability to provide services, and I am worried about losing clients. I have tried creating a new account without success. My personal Facebook accounts have been disabled without any explanation from Facebook. I suspect it may be due to a glitch in the login process. Initially, I received notifications about a possible hack, followed by text codes being sent to my non-text home landline numerous times, making it impossible for me to retrieve the codes and log in. Despite providing my cell number as requested, I remain locked out and unable to access settings or communicate with friends and groups. I am an average 65-year-old individual, not involved in any malicious activities. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook for assistance over the past two months, I have not received any responses or instructions for an appeal. I am seeking help to be reinstated as an active member of the Facebook community so I can reconnect with my contacts. Please reach out to me promptly for resolution.

I am frustrated and upset. Becca Tracey has been spreading harmful lies about my family on multiple social media platforms. She is claiming false and damaging things about my relatives, including accusing my grandfather of terrible actions. She has even alleged that we are threatening her life. My family is innocent of these accusations, and her behavior needs to be addressed. Becca Tracey needs to stop her destructive actions. My sister reported one of her posts, but she continues to defame us online. We are at a loss for how to handle this situation. Please assist us in stopping this defamation. I am feeling very confused. I believed this app was on my compromised Android phone. Recently, I had both my computer and Android phone wiped and reinstalled. Throughout this process, I have discovered things I was unaware of. I am starting to believe that these international companies are interconnected and disregard customer privacy. I don't mean to upset anyone, but it appears that I may inadvertently be causing frustration for others from a distance. Various experts, including McAfee, Geek Squad corporate office, AT&T, and a former computer specialist, advised me to dispose of all electronics and start anew. This was a blow to my confidence, especially since I can't afford replacements due to medical challenges and my return to work. I find myself stuck in a cycle where I can't place blame but can't trust the experts either. I feel locked out of everything and unsure who to trust or what steps to take next to regain control of my life. Despite not wanting to point fingers, being cut off from everything leaves me questioning, what should I do now? I used to think intruders lurked on the dark web to steal information, but now I am uncertain.

I am interested in having the ability to delete not only my messages but also any messages I've sent to others on Facebook Messenger. I highly value the right to be forgotten and want to ensure that my past conversations are not visible to anyone after I leave. Currently, deleting my Facebook account only leaves my name as "Facebook User" but my messages are still accessible to others. I wish for a feature that allows me to completely erase all messages and comments I've sent. This is not about privacy concerns with Facebook but more so about people being able to access my private conversations through those I've interacted with. I would like to make a special request to have my messages removed from others' Messenger inboxes without notifying them of this action. Although I understand this is not a common request, I would appreciate any assistance in achieving this for my peace of mind regarding privacy. Thank you.

After my Facebook account was hacked, I quickly changed my password. However, when trying to access Facebook or Messenger, I encountered issues receiving the 6-digit code to reset my password. Despite choosing email as the method to receive the code, it never arrived after multiple attempts. This left me frustrated as I was near the limit of allowed tries. Navigating the process was confusing, with unclear instructions that led to many mistakes. It was only after following the fourth instruction that I was finally able to recover my account. I believe if this simple step had been presented first, it would have been more helpful to others facing similar problems.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and I cannot receive the verification code as I only have a landline phone. I seem to have lost control of my tablet and access to my Gmail, photos, timeline, and maps. Multiple accounts on my tablet make it hard to access my emails, and there are hidden apps such as OneDrive and an app with email servers. It appears someone named Jennifer has access to my accounts. I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet 8.0 (SMT77wvlu3BRGA) along with three other SMT devices similar to mine. I suspect they have access to multiple TVs, a computer, and a printer. There are three to four Facebook accounts associated with my device. I cannot receive emails or use any apps. Please help me regain control of my accounts and device.

I don't have a Facebook account, but the mother of my children does, and I've encountered issues regarding her posting pictures of our kids. My children, who have been with me for 6 years, both have autism and epilepsy. They have asked her not to share their photos on Facebook. Despite my repeated requests, she continues to post pictures, which violates their privacy. She has multiple accounts and has even blocked my daughter on one of them, yet a friend still saw pictures of my children without their consent. Good morning, I am Katherine Fowler Williams. I do not have a Facebook account, but I am being blocked from creating one due to mistaken identity with someone who shares my name. I have provided a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity as a retired educator and author. Please investigate and resolve this issue, as my reputation is affected.
