I have been using a Facebook account under the name Zafrin Sarkar Samiya since [redacted]. A few months ago, I stopped using that account and started using another account also created in [redacted] under the name Zafrin Samiya. Additionally, there were 2-3 fake accounts created by individuals that are not me. Recently, I decided to report the fake accounts using my name and pictures. I reported these accounts, two of which were fake and one was my inactive account. However, after reporting them, my own account has disappeared and I am unsure why this has occurred. I would like assistance in retrieving my account Zafrin Samiya and disabling the fake accounts. This matter is important to me, and I appreciate any help in resolving it.

Hello, I have been unable to access my account since Sunday. It appears that someone has changed my password and gained access to my account. Unfortunately, the email linked to my Facebook account has been inactive for several years, making it impossible for me to reset the password through that email. Although I attempted to verify my identity through the email provider Hotmail (Microsoft), I was unsuccessful as I could not provide recent contacts or email subjects due to switching to Gmail. I have tried to verify my identity by uploading my student card, as it is one of the accepted documents, but encountered an issue as I could only upload one document when two were required. As a result, my request to recover my account was denied. I am at a loss for what to do next and am willing to provide any necessary documentation. Hello! I have two business pages for the same company that I created. I am attempting to merge the two pages, but I keep receiving an error message regarding the page owner. Despite being the sole manager for both pages that share the same name, address, logos, phone number, etc., I am facing this issue. I am unable to reach out to anyone to address this matter, and it is becoming frustrating as I urgently need to resolve this and combine the pages to avoid posting from two separate sources. A few weeks ago, I reached out via email regarding my login issues with Instagram. After receiving a code and following instructions to send a picture with my information, I haven't received any updates. Last week, I was informed the problem was fixed, but it persists. Despite multiple emails seeking support, I haven't received a response. My account is disabled, not deleted, yet Instagram claims there is no user. Reset password emails never arrive, and when attempting through text, I encounter an error message. Please assist me with this matter.

My Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled, and I am unsure why Facebook took this action. I suspect my account might have been hacked after I sought help with my phone's cloud service. Since then, my phone has been behaving strangely, switching between apps on its own and opening my photo apps and private messages automatically. I attempted to resolve the issue by restarting my phone and resetting the network settings, but it persisted until I received the notification that my account had been disabled. Despite my attempts to contact support, I have been unsuccessful. I even created a new Facebook account, but it was disabled shortly afterward. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook and Instagram to reconnect with my followers.

Good evening! My Instagram username is babibauerr, and I have a business Facebook account. When I try to log in to my Instagram account, I get a message saying "Your account has been disabled for violating our terms." I am familiar with Instagram's Terms of Use and laws and have always followed them. I have already followed the on-screen instructions provided by Instagram and filed a report through this link several times since January 27th. Instagram asked for a picture of myself holding a piece of paper with my username, name, and a code written on it, which I provided. However, I have not received any further response. When I try to file another report, I receive a message saying "Your request couldn't be processed." I hope someone can help me restore my Instagram account. My Facebook account is temporarily locked due to suspicious activity detected. It seems like my account was compromised through a phishing attack. I do not have access to the old phone number or Yahoo email associated with my account. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

My name is Kathryn Ross, known as Kit Ross on Facebook since [redacted]. Unfortunately, a hacker accessed my account, changing the primary email to an old one, [redacted], which I cannot recover. Despite applying for a security check with ID verification, I have not received any updates. Due to conducting business on Messenger, this issue is causing me distress. I created a new Facebook account, Kit Ross with [redacted] as the email. Hello, after switching to a new phone and network carrier, I forgot my old Gmail password and created a new one. When trying to log into Facebook, it prompted me to verify my account due to using a new number or location. While I remember my password and entered my old mobile number, I can't receive the verification email or text as I no longer have access to my old Gmail account. I tried identifying my friends for verification, but only recognized one out of the five shown. I'm reaching out for assistance as I'm unable to log in. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hello, I recently reactivated my Facebook account after 12 years of inactivity a few weeks ago. After updating my profile picture and trying to upload an 18-second video, I encountered an issue where my account got locked out. I had to go through a verification process by sending a picture of myself to Facebook. I'm now waiting for it to be unlocked. My boyfriend accidentally opened a scam message which led to his Facebook account being logged out. Although he had access to Messenger for two days, he eventually got logged out from there too. Unfortunately, he no longer has access to the phone linked to his account. The email he received indicates that it's not linked to an account anymore. When trying to change the password, it requests a verification code that we are unable to retrieve. Even creating a new Facebook account has been troublesome as the app is not cooperating. Despite providing photo ID, answering security questions, and more, he is still unable to access his account. I have reported the issue multiple times with no response from Facebook. It has been a week and a half since my initial report, and I have submitted five reports in total.

My personal real ID has been unexpectedly disabled and I am unsure of the reason. I am quite disappointed and have attempted to appeal the deactivation without success. The appeal team mentioned they are unable to assist me with my current issue. I urgently need to regain access to my account. Despite submitting an ID for verification, Facebook rejected it. My daughter's Facebook account was compromised, where the profile picture, title, and friends were altered. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover the account due to unfamiliar changes made to the phone number and email associated with it. Despite reporting the issue and submitting my ID to verify my linked email, Facebook claimed to have resolved it. However, following their response, the unauthorized changes occurred, and everyone was blocked. Despite numerous emails, I have not received a response, and I am struggling to reach out for help. My daughter meets the age requirement for Facebook, being 13 years old, and I am simply seeking assistance in regaining control of her account by resetting the password to its previous state before the unauthorized access occurred.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account with the email address [redacted] I typically log in on my phone where the password is saved, but I can't access it on a laptop because I don't recall the password after not using the email for over 9 years. I am struggling to access an old Instagram account under the username @faith.anouge. Despite having the correct login credentials, the platform registers my attempt as suspicious and sends a verification code to my outdated phone number. As I no longer have access to that number, I am unable to receive the code. This poses a problem as the account contains content that may be detrimental to my upcoming college applications. I urgently need assistance in deleting this account due to its inappropriate profile picture, bio, and posts that surface when searching my name. Contacting Instagram directly has proven unfruitful, and I am at a loss on how to proceed.

In January, I hired a PR company to write articles for me but they provided content from blacklisted Indian press. After refusing payment, they resorted to extortion, defamation, threats, and hacking my accounts. Reluctantly, I paid them $4,[redacted]. Since then, I've faced continued threats on Messenger and my account was eventually lost. As an owner of a credit repair business with 32 active clients who I communicate with via Messenger, I urgently need access to my account.

My Facebook account is currently under review, and I am an 80-year-old widow who relies on my computer and phone for entertainment. I urgently need access to Farmtown and my timeline, so please unlock my account immediately. I pay $9.99 for your services and I am frustrated by this situation. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years without any issues. Living alone with no visitors, Facebook is my main source of connection and enjoyment. Unfortunately, my late husband's identity was stolen a few years ago, resulting in multiple unauthorized accounts being created on my computer. I have been removed from Facebook Marketplace, and I am unsure why. A few weeks ago, while in Texas, I sold my extra phone to cover a bail payment after being detained for reckless driving. I had unknowingly exceeded the speed limit. The person I sold the phone to may have reported me, resulting in my removal from Marketplace. Despite utilizing the support inbox to resolve the issue once, I have now been removed again without understanding the reason. The support team mentions a violation of the Commerce Policy but fails to provide specific details. This is frustrating as I aim to declutter my home before deployment, so my wife is not burdened with my belongings. I am eager to rectify any unintentional policy breaches and regain access to Marketplace to sell more items, including my car. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
