I was chatting with a girl who asked for my Facebook username to communicate on Messenger. However, she somehow gained unauthorized access and found an inappropriate post from a while back. Now, she's demanding $[redacted] on PayPal and threatening to share the post with my friends and family if I don't comply. I've deleted my account but need to log back in within 30 days. I'm anxious and don't want to start over with a new account. I'm worried she might take further action. I really need help getting my account back.

My ex-boyfriend has been accessing my accounts for over a year despite my attempts to prevent it. He not only views but also changes passwords, recovery information, and more. I have decided to create a new Google account successfully. However, when I tried to make a new Facebook account and upload a profile picture, Facebook flagged it for suspicious activity, preventing me from accessing the account.

I have been attempting to claim fake pages for my brand, but I have encountered difficulties for the past two weeks. The documents I have provided, namely MTNL E-bill, Trademark, Income Tax, and License, have all been rejected. Despite trying the alternate method of verification via phone with the authorization code, it was also rejected. I have attached the rejection messages for reference. My account has been hacked by a friend who has changed all of my details, including my email address, and has blocked my number. I had opened a Free Fire Battleground account through that account which they are now trying to sell to someone else. They have added 3 new email addresses and phone numbers and changed the name on the account. I have been using this Facebook account for over 5 years. I have attempted multiple times to recover it without success. Many of my friends are connected to this account. I can verify my ownership if needed. Please assist me in retrieving my account. I encountered an issue with my old phone being hacked. After changing my password, I logged in with my new credentials and was directed to a different person's page. I promptly disabled that account as it was not mine. However, I am now unable to access my own account. My profile picture is not visible on the computer, only on the phone. It seems someone has compromised my account, and I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my original account.

Dear support, I mistakenly used a Hotmail account for my recovery email. My brother has a similar email with Gmail. I made an error that resulted in breaking my login. When I attempted to recover it, I was directed to Hotmail, but I ended up in my brother's account due to both of us using the same laptop. Could you please help me (A.S.) by changing my recovery email to [redacted] and unblocking my account? I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Instagram accounts @RippingItOutdoors and @RippingItWomen. Despite following Instagram's guidelines and only unfollowing a small number of accounts, my accounts keep getting disabled. I originally followed 3,[redacted] people and wanted to reduce that number by unfollowing some accounts. However, after unfollowing less than [redacted] people, I was prompted to change my password and accused of using a third-party app, which I am not. I am frustrated by the restrictions on unfollowing users and unclear limits set by Instagram. This situation is hindering my plans to promote my website and use Instagram for advertising. Considering switching to Twitter and YouTube if these issues persist. It seems contradictory that Instagram penalizes active users like myself for trying to engage with the platform. I would appreciate it if Instagram could clarify these limitations to avoid future account restrictions.

My account was compromised, and I received an email to reset my password and enhance security with 2-step authentication. However, I am unable to access the generated code as I have been logged out of all devices. I require assistance in bypassing the code temporarily or eliminating it until I can log in. I encountered an issue with Facebook mistakenly disabling my personal account when I attempted to add "Kit", a marketing virtual assistant, to my Shopify store. I filed an appeal and provided my Driver’s License, Voter Registration card, and utility bill, but I have not received a response. Subsequently, I tried creating a new Facebook account, but it was promptly disabled each time I attempted to do so. Shopify informed me that Facebook suspects me of being a robot. How can I reach a human at Facebook to address and resolve this situation? The lack of customer support in this matter has been an exceedingly frustrating experience for me.

I've been on 'm 11 yrs without any issues. Last week in December, I couldn't log into my Facebook account as it was disabled. Despite trying to create a new account twice and briefly using it, the new accounts were also disabled. I'm confused if this issue is related to my Wi-Fi because two others in my household using the same network had their accounts disabled too. It's odd because one person in the household has no trouble with their account at all.

I own an online boutique store called Figtreejewelry.com. I used to have my store connected to Facebook until they disconnected it 2 years ago. Now, I am facing issues trying to reconnect my Shopify account to my Facebook shop. Every time I attempt to reconnect, I receive a message saying my products do not meet Facebook's standards. Additionally, I get automatically logged out after 2 hours on Facebook. I have reviewed Facebook's product standards, and my items do not violate any guidelines. Even after using the Facebook debugger tool, it still shows that my website does not meet their standards. I have been unable to get help from Facebook, and Shopify insists everything is fine on their end. I am unsure if the issue is with my website or my products.

My business managers' ads were disabled one by one, followed by my business page being flagged, preventing me from advertising through it or the managers. Additionally, there is a block on my personal profile. Despite appealing through chats, blueprints, support inbox, and review requests multiple times, I have not had the block on my personal profile lifted. Chat support acknowledges the issue but cannot remove the block. It seems the personal profile block must be addressed first. While I have been through internal reviews with the response being an automated message with a different name each time at the end, I remain unable to advertise. I am requesting the removal of the block on my personal profile, lifting the flag on my business page, and reinstating my business managers. I am willing to clear all previous ad accounts and start fresh.

My content complies with community standards and guidelines but keeps getting removed, risking my page being unpublished. Despite having a verified store and website with the required approvals, my posts are consistently deleted. Despite trying to escalate with the consultant, no resolution has been provided, leading to frustration and financial losses due to canceled adverts. The cycle of posting, having the posts removed, and seeking support has become exhaustive. The lack of support from the messenger team only adds to the frustration in maintaining a business presence on the platform.

I need assistance with a situation regarding my biographical page. In [redacted], someone helped me create the page, setting themselves as the admin and me as the editor. However, now they are refusing to give me control of the page. They are deleting my posts and preventing me from linking the page (Nicole Menayo) to my Instagram with 36k followers. I recently won an international pageant and want to advertise on my page, but I can't do so because of this issue. Despite trying for two years through Facebook's legal department, submitting numerous reports, nothing has been resolved. This page bears my name, and all its content is mine. It appears she is attempting to extort me. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Every time I post on the marketplace, I get flagged and I am worried about losing access. I have read the rules and policies, but I'm unsure what I am doing wrong. Recently, I posted two pairs of sunglasses and a Pandora bracelet for sale, and it was flagged as a 'misleading product'. I am frustrated because I have included the brand and photos, but still got flagged. This keeps happening whenever I try to post, and I really need help figuring out how to avoid being flagged to maintain my access.

It appears that my Facebook account has been compromised as Facebook notified me of a password change that I did not initiate. I am linked to Facebook through my Hotmail email but can no longer access it as my password has been altered. I have attempted to reset my password via trusted contacts and successfully verified my identity to set a new password. However, I am not receiving the email necessary to finalize the password reset process in my Gmail account. I also tried using a different Gmail address without success. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook game room. When I try to log in, it keeps prompting me to create a new account even though I'm using my current account details. I reached out to Facebook support, and a representative asked for personal information like my driver's license or bank details to verify my identity, which I wasn't comfortable providing.
