Hello, I made reservations for two rooms at the Golden Fleece in Thisk under the name Irene McGuckin MBE. Upon our arrival, we noticed a strong smell of dogs in both rooms, despite all the windows being open. The odor was unbearable, so regrettably, we decided to leave. The staff informed us that we would need to seek a refund from Expedia since they had not charged us for the rooms and would not be doing so. As a result, I am reaching out to you for assistance. During our visit to Springfield, MO, my wife and I booked a two-night stay at Anglers. However, we encountered a family emergency and had to cut our trip short. We informed the staff about our situation and they were kind enough to help us cancel the second night and process a refund. We have submitted the necessary paperwork to CapitalOne for the refund. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for a hotel stay in NJ for my team working out of state. I attempted to cancel through Expedia but was unsuccessful in reaching them. The hotel directed me back to Expedia for cancellations. I hope to cancel the booking with Itinerary # [redacted][redacted] to rectify the dates without being charged. I am leading a group of five to Rio from February 8 to February 6. I was wondering if it is possible to call and make reservations for each traveler using their credit card. I prefer not to book online as I do not want to put everyone's fare on my credit card. Furthermore, do you price match with Capital One? It appears that there may be a partnership between your company and Capital One since your app is featured on Capital One's platform. However, I noticed that their fares are lower than yours.

I purchased a ticket for my cousin, Anne Diener, to fly from Richmond to Boston on Delta Flight [redacted] on September 30. Unfortunately, she can no longer make the trip, and I need to cancel the ticket without losing money. Delta confirmed the ticket is refundable. The ticket cost $[redacted], and the confirmation email was sent to Anne Diener at [redacted] When trying to cancel, I was asked for an itinerary or confirmation number, which I don't have. Despite contacting Delta and American Express to dispute the charge, I am unable to cancel without this information. I may not have used my Expedia account for this purchase. I was charged incorrectly by Radio Hotel in New York City for a cancelled Expedia reservation. I booked a stay from October 3-6, canceled on September 10, and got a refund confirmation from Expedia. Despite this, Radio Hotel charged me $[redacted].42 for September 9-10, dates I never booked. The charge appeared on my American Express bill as an unauthorized transaction. I'm seeking a refund and have notified American Express fraud service of the issue.

I need to adjust my car rental pickup time due to my flight being rescheduled earlier. Originally booked for 7 pm pickup on 11/21 in Charlotte, NC, I now need to pick up at 6:30 am as my new flight arrives earlier at 5:21 am. I contacted Expedia to make the change, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. My Tripit app still shows the old pickup time. I need immediate assistance. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. My wife is still in Canada waiting. I paid $[redacted] for a service that was not delivered to me. I made an error due to my lack of computer skills (I am old!). I forgot to apply my Delta gift certificate before clicking "Process" on Expedia. My sister-in-law, who is more computer-savvy, booked a ticket for me on the Delta site when I couldn't do it myself. I was aware of the 24-hour cancellation policy, so I want to cancel the ticket I mistakenly booked without the gift certificate. I recently received an email from Expedia mentioning that Hotel Jakarta raised concerns about verifying the payment card linked to my reservation. I made a prepaid reservation with my debit card and was charged $[redacted] for it. When I arrived at Fox Rent a Car in Denver, they informed me that I couldn't pick up the car as I didn't have a credit card. I was charged but left without the car. I am seeking a refund for the charges. There was no indication in the Expedia reservation that only credit cards were accepted; this information was not disclosed.

I booked a flight with Expedia on Cathay Pacific and need to change it. After initially contacting Expedia, I was directed to speak with Cathay Pacific. Unfortunately, I misunderstood their instructions and made a costly mistake of $[redacted]. Following this, I canceled and rebooked my flight, and was informed by a Cathay agent that I would receive a refund. However, months passed without any response from Cathay, and upon reaching out to them, I was advised to have a manager from Expedia contact them on my behalf. How can I arrange for a manager from Expedia to reach out to Cathay Pacific to assist me with this issue?

I am currently staying at Candlewood Suites in Warner Robins, and I had a discussion with the front desk staff regarding my reservations from October 9th to 20th. They mentioned that there are two reservations under my name for those dates, but I only intended to book one room. After checking your automated system, I noticed there is also a reservation for Miami from October 6th, which I did not make. I am requesting a full refund for the Miami booking that I did not authorize and ensuring that only one room is reserved at Candlewood Suites in Warner Robins, Georgia, from October 9th to 20th.

Hello, I have booked hotel rooms that are no longer needed as my company has made arrangements for myself and a larger group. I would like to cancel the original rooms. Upon contacting the hotel, they confirmed that they have not charged Expedia, so I should be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to call in as the system assumes I used my phone number for the booking and there is no email option available. I am eager to speak with a representative regarding this matter and have the cancellation processed as soon as possible.

I have made a reservation through Expedia for the Fairfield Inn at [redacted] Vineland Road in Orlando, Florida, but I actually intended to book at the Fairfield Celebration located at [redacted] West Orlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, Florida for the same dates with the same room type. This hotel is closer to the ESPN Wide World of Sports where a cheer competition will be held, and it's a place we enjoyed staying at last year. I made a reservation through Stay For Long, which I now know is affiliated with Expedia. They have been attempting to charge my payment since the 3rd without success. Today they informed me that there was an issue processing my payment. I've spent 4 hours, mostly on hold, trying to resolve this with them, confirming it's not an issue with my bank. After 45 more minutes on hold, I decided to book a different hotel and now need to cancel my reservation at Beachside Resort Hotel for the dates of October 11-14. My reservation number is [redacted]. I am providing notice well within the cancellation period and kindly request that no further attempts be made to charge my account.

One of my supervised employees recently attended a federal grant training and upgraded his seat. He needs a detailed breakdown of the charges to claim reimbursement for the basic seat cost. Expedia should supply an itemized receipt as per federal reimbursement guidelines. However, despite his efforts, he has faced a lack of assistance or resolution in obtaining this receipt. If the employee is unable to obtain the detailed receipt showing the ticket cost and the upgrade cost, he will have no choice but to dispute the full charge, amounting to over $2,[redacted].
