I am frustrated by the lack of a simple email contact option. As a retired member of the Fairfax County Police Department Helicopter Unit, I've been invited to the June 10th Heliport Open House via word of mouth. I received an evite and RSVPd, but now I'm trying to help three other long-time retirees attend. I've informed them via Facebook, but I can't find a way to RSVP for them. It's time-consuming and difficult to navigate without any direct contact information available to resolve this matter easily.

I submitted a Support ticket on Friday, August 18, but I have yet to receive a response. It is crucial to address this matter promptly so we can proceed with sending invitations to our clients. The issue I am encountering is that after I input the liner and click save, I am consistently met with an error message stating: "www.evite.com reports Save Failed: You have exceeded the maximum character limit. Please adjust your 'liner' field to less than 60 characters." Even after reducing it to just 25 characters, the error persists. I can be reached at [redacted]. I have experienced another instance of being double-charged for my subscription within a two-week span. This recurring problem is frustrating, as it has happened annually. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a representative from your billing department. I recently created an Evite account, and I noticed that I have a strange primary account identifier assigned to me as "TT" at [redacted] This is not related to my name or email. I'm unsure how to change it. If deleting the account is necessary, please provide guidance as I do not want to lose the invitation I was working on.
