Hello, good morning. My name is Irene García España, with ID number [redacted]5J. I have a ticket for October 3rd. Due to medical reasons (surgery + hospital stay), I am unable to travel. I contacted you last week, and was advised to request the cancelation through "trabel2go" as the tickets were purchased through them. They sent me an email stating the ticket is not eligible for a refund without airline authorization. Despite discussing with them by phone and email, they insist you must authorize the refund. Therefore, I kindly request your authorization for the refund process so that they can proceed. Thank you in advance.

I booked a flight from Vienna to Delhi on February 1st, returning on the 18th with 7 other family members. Unfortunately, one person mistakenly booked the return flight for February 17th instead of the 18th on the same flight number. I am struggling to reach Etihad as the phone line is only a loop at the German contact number. The departure flight to Delhi is correct, but the return flight needs to be changed to February 18th. I made the booking for 2 people. I am wondering if it's possible to change the flight from February 17th to February 18th and what costs may be involved. We will be traveling from Hyderabad, India to Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago on October 22, [redacted] with booking code: KFLHGR (KLM) / XMTFDE (Etihad). I used a credit card to purchase the tickets in Trinidad. We now have two extra bags, one for each of us. I need to pay for the additional baggage fees using the same credit card from Trinidad. I will be returning from Kathmandu to London on the 7:20 am Etihad Airways flight on October 29th. I have a couple of questions: 1. Can I switch my flight from Kathmandu to Abu Dhabi to the 5pm Etihad Airways flight on the same day? And can my connecting flight to London remain the same as originally booked? OR 2. Is it possible to change my flight from Abu Dhabi to London scheduled for 02:55 am on Sunday, October 30th, to the earlier flight departing at 14:15 pm and arriving at 17:55 pm on the same day while keeping my initial flight from Kathmandu to Abu Dhabi as booked? I booked a ticket on Etihad through booking.com, but due to visa issues, the person I booked for can't enter Doha. I am having a problem with booking reference MIENWQ. The booking is for someone who cannot enter Qatar due to visa restrictions. I was instructed by Etihad Airlines to contact booking.com for a refund. I reached out, and they replied to my email contradicting the information provided by your agent who stated it was refundable. I am Vishnu K. from Toshiba Transmission and Distribution Systems (India) Pvt Ltd, a fully owned company of Toshiba Corporation, Japan. In [redacted], I was transferred by my company to work at Toshiba Transmission and Distribution Systems (India) Pvt Ltd GREEK Branch on an Intercompany Transfer Work VISA. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and changes at the VISA processing office, my residence permit is still pending, and I only have the VOC document, which has been renewed. While traveling to my head office in India on November 11, [redacted], I faced an issue at the airport as I was not allowed to board the flight due to a lack of understanding of the VOC document and the pending VISA processing, even though I showed the status online. Booking Reference: QOMKQQ (8 July [redacted]) On December 7, [redacted], I called Etihad in Amsterdam at +31 20 [redacted] to cancel the flights under the booking reference QOMKQQ. I decided to cancel with a penalty of [redacted] euros. The refund for the remaining amount was supposed to be processed back to my credit card, and they assured me that they would send a confirmation to [redacted] immediately. Unfortunately, I haven't received any email from them, and I am unable to reach them through email. Does anyone have the email address for Etihad's customer service?

My flight EY269, originally scheduled for December 10 at 4:15 a.m., has been delayed by 6 hours due to inclement weather. The new departure time is now December 10th at 10:20 a.m. departing from Chennai (MAA) and arriving in Abu Dhabi at 1 p.m. local time. My connecting flight EY131 is set to depart at 11 a.m. Abu Dhabi time for Washington DC. I am hoping Etihad Airways will accommodate the delay and hold EY131 for me until 1 or 2 p.m., or make alternate arrangements for me to reach Washington DC on the same day.

On 16.12.[redacted], I made a booking for a flight from Sydney to Frankfurt departing on 15.02.[redacted]. The flight details are EY [redacted] to Abu Dhabi and EY 1 to Frankfurt. I used the website www.fluege.de and my email address is [redacted] The booking includes Mr. Dr. Dieter Schlegel and Mrs. Lilli Hegai. I suspect an error in the email address as I haven't received a confirmation yet. I have checked my credit card statement and noticed a pending payment for the booking. My daughter's luggage is still missing. She flew from Heathrow, stopped at Abu Dhabi, and finally landed in Sydney. The form filled out for her bag contains inaccuracies, and she hasn't received any updates. Despite waiting on hold for an hour and a half daily, no one has answered her calls. I purchased a round-trip ticket from Toronto to Doha with a return date of December 15, [redacted]. In early December, I contacted customer service to inquire about changing my booking.
