One day, my email account was hacked, and the auto-login feature was disabled, presumably for my account's protection. After regaining access to my email within 10-15 minutes, I now face the issue of my account being inaccessible as it claims to not exist. Despite reaching out to Epic Games four times via email with no response, my concern lingers as I had purchased items during Fortnite season 3/4 and had numerous free redeemed games, all of which have vanished. Interestingly, my account retains its original name "Herø11," implying it is still active. Despite this, I am at a loss on how to reclaim my account, especially when notifications from EPIC GAMES confirm my ownership and purchases. Despite my attempts to contact Epic Support and change my email, the problem persists with an "EMAIL NOT FOUND" message.

I reported that my account was disabled, but there was no mistake that would warrant deactivating it. I have two Epic accounts that I haven't used since Chapter 1 Season 7 or 8. One account has my Chapter 1 Season 5 and 6 skins, while the other has my Chapter 1 Season 7 skins. Unfortunately, I lost access to the account with my Season 7 items. Luckily, I can still access my Season 5/6 account since it's linked to my PS4. When I checked the account details, it showed an email as N***[redacted], which I don't recognize and can't change anymore. Is there another way to update the email without verification? Alternatively, could you assist me in finding out the correct email so I can login and make the necessary changes?

While playing Fortnite, I encountered a frustrating issue where my account was logged out multiple times, and upon logging back in, I noticed changes to my skins and the disappearance of my V-Bucks. To worsen the situation, a stranger seemed to have accessed my account and was using it while I was offline, prompting me to fear a security breach. After changing my password, my account was briefly secure until the hacker returned, causing me to lose all my in-game items and progress. This included gliders, skins, emotes, and even the Save the World mode I had purchased. I attempted to resolve the problem by restarting the game, but to no avail. As someone who has invested a significant amount of money into Fortnite, losing everything was disheartening, and I am hopeful for a solution to recover my lost items.

I used my mom's old bellsouth.net email address for my Xbox Live account, but she deleted it when AT&T acquired the domain. After a complex process, I successfully linked my personal Gmail, [redacted], to my Xbox Live. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the email linked to my Epic Games account. This became apparent when I couldn't gift my wife a Fortnite skin or log in to the Epic website since the bellsouth.net address was gone. My Xbox still logs me into Epic, but I need to change my email to avoid issues and ensure I can access my purchases in the future. Please assist me in updating my email on my Epic account. Hello, I wanted to reach out regarding my friend's situation with Fortnite. He had 2 accounts, GLOAGLINGL88 and GLOAGLINGL89, where he had invested a lot and they disappeared. He always paid with PayPal and played on Xbox. Currently, he plays on GLOAGLINGL88, but all his skins/emotes are gone. He hopes to have his data back. He somewhat accepted that GLOAGLINGL88's data is gone, created a new account, purchased skins, etc. It would be greatly appreciated if he could have all the skins, emotes, and related items restored to one account since it cost money. When I began playing "Fortnite," I chose not to link an account, a decision I now regret. I am concerned about losing my progress and purchases, as I have spent over $1,[redacted] on skins and cosmetics. I was initially informed that once I started playing, I couldn't link an account later on. It would be beneficial if Fortnite could allow players to link their Epic Games accounts to their Fortnite accounts even after playing has commenced. I need to change the email associated with my Epic Games account. The problem is that the new email address I want to use was created on a laptop I no longer own, so when I try to log in, it prompts me to do so from a trusted device. I can answer all security questions since I have access to both email accounts and I set up this Epic Games account myself.

I am encountering an issue with my Fortnite account named "HasanZedany". Although I have all the login details, including the password and associated email, I am unable to access the account due to the two-factor authenticator requirement. The problem arises because my previous email, a school email address, has been suspended since my graduation. As a result, I can't receive the authentication code to log in. I have a significant amount of skins and items on this account that I would like to retain, but I am at a loss on how to proceed. Is there a way to update the email linked to my account from the inactive school email to a new one? Previously, the account was connected to my PS4, but I have unlinked it and transitioned to playing on PC.

Hello, I believe my Epic account has been deleted, and I understand why. It seems there were unauthorized charges made on a family member's card that I used for game purchases. I unintentionally made extra purchases without realizing it. I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can enjoy playing Fortnite and Dead by Daylight again. I can't recall the exact username, but it was similar to chatnoirswifeeジ. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am encountering an error message stating that a parent or guardian must provide permission to verify their adult status, otherwise, the account will be deleted in 27 days. Despite my attempts to grant permission, I am continually receiving an error message indicating that the email account already exists. I have made efforts to adjust the parental settings directly in the Epic Games account, but have not been successful. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, as none of my efforts seem to be effective. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

However, I was informed I needed to verify with the email used for my Epic Games account, which I couldn't do. I have been unable to retrieve my account details for a while now. I regret to inform you that my Epic account was stolen in the first half of [redacted]. After noticing the compromise, I sought assistance to recover it but did not receive any help, leading me to abandon my efforts. With the release of Chapter 3 in Fortnite, my interest was reignited, but the absence of my account containing valuable skins from Chapter 1, Season 4 to Chapter 2, Season 3, and over [redacted] wins has left me feeling disheartened. I am eager to update my Fortnite display name. I set it as "unicornfan123456" when I was 11, but now that I am turning 14, I am not a fan of it anymore. My father purchased a Vbucks card, but it appears to be invalid. The code is RR5-kY0q-Uu57-Tk2q. Unfortunately, I haven't received any of the Vbucks yet, and I've been upset for an hour. I have set up 2-step verification on my account, but my email and phone number have been changed without my knowledge. I have invested a significant amount of money in this account. Hello, Yesterday I contacted someone regarding my sons' accounts with request number [redacted]7. Both of my children received Fortnite cards. Unfortunately, I mistakenly created an account for my son a while back and tried to use one of the cards on it, resulting in it not connecting to his Nintendo Switch. After realizing he had another account, I successfully connected the second card to it, allowing him to access the V-Bucks. However, there is still one card that remains unused on the original account we made. Additionally, my other son also has an account, but we are having trouble locating it. The situation is a bit chaotic, and I am in need of assistance.
