I have never seen a more poorly run company in all my years. You are a disgrace to New York. I am a senior citizen who passes through VNB & Goethals Bridge once a month. It always gives me trouble. I am fined for going through the toll without paying and then receive a bill with an exorbitant amount. When I try to call, I am left on hold for over an hour and end up giving up and hanging up. I have asked my lawyer to file charges along with an official complaint. You need to be taken to court for the disorderly way that company is run.

I returned from NY on 9/27, staying at home until 11/1. I did not receive a bill from E-ZPass for my 9/9 NY trip. Upon checking online to pay for both the 9/9 and 9/27 trips, I discovered a late charge. I am requesting to have the late fee canceled since I was not sent a bill for over a month. Although I was at home from 9/27 to 11/1, no bill was received from E-ZPass. I have been on hold on your phone line for over 30 minutes (originally advised a 20-minute wait). Hoping for a quicker resolution.

Hello, I'm seeking information regarding a potential toll violation associated with my vehicle's license plate XLG8994. During a trip from Virginia to New York around 11/27/21, I utilized my E-ZPass, which I have held for numerous years. I recently discovered from a representative at customer service that my account balance was insufficient during the trip because my new debit card information had not been updated. I have since rectified this by ensuring automatic replenishment is in place. I regret this oversight and would appreciate assistance in verifying if there are any outstanding charges or violations linked to my account. Thank you.

Since the new live tolling system was implemented, my tolls have not been debited from my e-a pass account correctly. I checked my credit card details online, but I am still receiving overdue notices stating that my account is in arrears. Every time I attempt to contact customer service, I am informed that they are closed. Additionally, when I try to access the website after receiving the overdue notice, I encounter error messages indicating that the online system is not functional. I received a toll violation on 9/26/21 despite having an active automatic payment renewal with EZ Pass. Funds were available on the day of the violation. I filed an appeal on 1/4/[redacted] and provided my EZ Pass statement as proof of funding. However, I just received a "Notice of Violation Enforcement Impending Collection/Legal Action" claiming I did not respond to previous bills, even though I submitted an appeal by mail on 1/4/22 as instructed. I attempted to speak to a representative previously without success and now seek to speak to someone live for assistance.
