I am surprised you are receiving my email as I have tried to contact you through your website with no success. I am using a third-party platform called GetHuman. I am encountering a [redacted] error message when trying to access my profile using the manage online link on the surveys you email me. This issue occurs whether I use my iPad or laptop with a Microsoft operating system. I attempted to download the app from the Apple App Store, but I face difficulty as the send button does not scroll down for me to access it. Despite receiving survey emails from e-Rewards after being a member for years, I am unable to access my rewards, rendering the service useless to me. I am puzzled as to why suddenly I am viewed as unauthorized in your system. How can I regain access to my profile?

I am having trouble updating my password. Even when I enter it twice with the same spelling and case sensitivity, along with an artist's name - I switch it up a bit on the second try - I keep getting an error message. I can't remember the initial artist name I used. Could you please reset my login details or provide assistance? I have been trying my best, but I am starting to feel frustrated 😩. I'm not angry, just hoping to resolve this issue. In the past, I would receive a random temporary password from you, use it to log in, and then create a new password using a mix of characters, numbers, and letters. I appreciate any help you can offer:)

I have not received any assistance yet regarding my account issue. I am trying to access my account to redeem the rewards I have earned in the past months, but each time I try, I keep getting a "[redacted] Error - the request could not be satisfied." I am starting to doubt the legitimacy of this program and wonder if it is a scam. I am frustrated because I am entitled to a significant amount of reward money that I cannot access. I have been trying to contact GetHuman multiple times without any response. The e-rewards program has turned into a scam, preventing me from opening my accounts. I have been participating in these surveys for years, but this past year has been incredibly frustrating. After countless attempts, I was only able to connect twice over several months. I need help with the e-Rewards survey program. I have used it for years, but in the past year, I've had trouble receiving the rewards promised after completing surveys. When I finish a survey and try to go to my account, I receive a [redacted] error window and cannot access my account. This issue has persisted for months. Is this program now a scam? I have tried to contact you through writing, calls, and emails but have had no luck in opening my account with e-rewards to claim my survey rewards. This issue has been ongoing this year and is causing me great frustration. I have been participating in surveys for over 5 years, but recently, accessing my rewards has become nearly impossible. This is the second time in [redacted] that I am reporting this problem, and last time it took 3 months to resolve. I am 87 years old and cannot afford to wait much longer for assistance. I submitted two requests to redeem points for gift cards from my e-Rewards account recently. One was to Macy's on 2/26/23, with Confirmation # [redacted]59, and the other to Target on 3/03/23, with Confirmation # [redacted]70. Despite receiving confirmation for both requests, I have yet to receive the e-codes to redeem my cards. After following instructions provided by Jenna from the e-Rewards Opinion Panel to resend the e-codes, I still have not received them in my email. It has been a few days since I last communicated with them, and I am currently awaiting an update on my concern. As a long-standing member of e-Rewards, this experience is unusual for me, and I am unsure of the next steps to take. Any advice would be appreciated as I await their response. On 3/21, I placed an order for 2 Macy's gift cards that I have yet to receive. Macy's customer service suggested using the "resend" option in the past rewards section, but this has been unsuccessful for the past three days. Furthermore, I am unable to access my account using the usual password I have used for a long time. I have been participating in this rewards program for many years, but I am currently very frustrated with the lack of progress in resolving these issues. I would like to update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] I am struggling to find assistance with the gift card problem, especially since over [redacted] points were deducted for cards that have not been delivered.

I have not received any emails inviting me to take e-Rewards surveys for about 2 weeks. My e-Rewards account was deactivated without an explanation. This has happened previously, and after reaching out, my account was reactivated. This time, I was instructed to provide a government-issued ID along with a photo ID, which I find unreasonable since there is no way to verify my identity visually. Other companies usually send a verification code via text, call, or email for such purposes. I believe it is unnecessary for me to prove my identity due to an error on your part. If you cannot reactivate my account, please allow me to use my existing points for gift cards. I participate in two other survey panels, and one of them, Opinion Outpost, has not given me any trouble. Kindly reinstate my account or escalate this matter to your supervisor. Thank you.

I am facing difficulties in receiving a redeemed reward on my $50 Burlington gift card. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two weeks now. Initially, I thought it was resolved after requesting the gift certificate to be sent to my alternate email address, which is on file (as I never receive any gift certificate without a resend code at my primary email). However, I received a ridiculous excuse stating that my birthdate does not match. My birthdate has remained the same since I joined twenty years ago, and I see no reason why someone would provide a different one. It seems like they are avoiding paying the reward altogether. I have already made over 15 requests regarding this matter. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue when trying to log in with my password - an error message popped up prompting me to contact support. Despite attempting to reach out for assistance, I was unsuccessful. After sending an email, I received a response explaining technical difficulties during my login attempts and advising me to clear my cache to start anew. However, even after following the guidance, I still faced the same problem. Trying again the next day, I found that my account was locked for security reasons. I emailed them for clarification on the waiting period before unlocking my account but was met with a blocked message. Sending another email with error screenshots, I received confirmation of their receipt. As of today, Saturday, I am still unable to successfully log in.

I have encountered persistent issues for years and have been struggling to resolve them without success. Initially, there was trouble with updating my contact number from an old landline to my cell, which required significant effort. Upon receiving a code via email and inputting it accurately multiple times, the website kept deeming it invalid until I accessed voicemail where it was suddenly accepted. Furthermore, when attempting to redeem my rewards points, despite having over [redacted] available, various amounts such as [redacted], 25, 50, and 40 were all considered invalid according to the site. This situation is frustrating. Despite being a member for many years, only recently have these problems arisen. Attempts to contact customer service via phone were unsuccessful, as no one answered. In my experience, direct communication proves to be the most effective method for problem-solving.

I spent over an hour completing a non-profit donations survey, but encountered an issue. When prompted to select the CROSSROADS icon, the orange line below did not clear enough of the picture for me to access the SEND button. Despite multiple attempts, the problem persisted, preventing me from submitting the survey. I am frustrated by this situation as I dedicated time to the survey only to be unable to send my responses.

On Thursday, 12/28/23, I attempted to reset my password but couldn't answer the security question. Recently, I logged into my rewards account without any issues, but now my password is not working. I'm Judy Chew, my email is [redacted], and my account is currently locked. I can receive email surveys to my AOL account. I just want to log in and reset my password. Could you please change the security question that I need to answer? The current one about my best friend is not working for resetting the password. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone through the telephone numbers provided.

I recently completed the survey on e-Reward Medical successfully, but I have yet to receive an email regarding claiming my reward. Previously, I updated my email from [redacted] to [redacted] on my profile. However, I am unable to designate [redacted] as my primary email instead of just an alternative. I'm unable to change my primary email from [redacted] to [redacted] on my account. I require assistance in resolving this issue so I can claim my gift certificate. Thank you.
