I had a DraftKings gift card with $44.00 remaining. After depositing $40, I realized there was still $4.00 left. However, I encountered an issue trying to deposit the remaining balance as it's below the $5.00 minimum. Additionally, the card is non-reloadable, making it difficult to add the remaining $4.00. How can I successfully deposit the leftover $4.00, or is it forfeited to DraftKings?

I have been trying to contact the customer service for days. I signed up and created an account through a link shared online that promised me $60 in free credits without needing a deposit. Additionally, I was supposed to receive $25 in free credits after my first deposit and a deposit match up to $2,[redacted]. However, after signing up, I realized I did not receive the $60. I couldn't find the live chat option for assistance and despite trying to contact support, I have not received a response. I also encountered issues with a promotion offering $50 in free credits for a $25 deposit, but I only received $50 despite making a $28 deposit. On top of that, I participated in a sportsbook promo that guaranteed $[redacted] in free bets if your first money line bet won. I would like to speak with an actual person instead of an automated phone system. It is frustrating that there isn't a toll-free number to reach someone directly to discuss our concerns. The lack of communication about financial matters is concerning, especially when money is being withdrawn without a clear explanation. I have been unable to reach anyone promptly to address these issues and it is causing a lot of frustration. Yesterday, on Tuesday, December 13th, I received an email with an exciting offer to potentially win up to $[redacted],[redacted] across five different lineups for upcoming football games, with $50,[redacted] per game. I eagerly set up my first three lineups, but when I tried to set up lineups for the remaining two games, I was unable to do so. I have been bounced around from one Draftkings representative to the next for 11 months now, trying to change my phone number on my Draftkings account. I have emailed numerous Draftkings representatives, providing proof of identity like my driver's license and proof of address, but still unable to update my phone number. Without access to my old phone number, I can't receive the verification code needed to log in. The unhelpful responses I received make me suspect they are automated bot replies. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I'm an Amazon Prime member.
