This morning, I encountered an issue with connecting to my professional email ([redacted]) on both my phone and laptop. An error message appeared mentioning a server called '[redacted]' as untrusted. Despite sending test emails, they didn't bounce back. Strangely, over [redacted] emails suddenly came in, but none reached my inbox. Later, I managed to send emails to my wife successfully, although it was slow. I urgently need access to my email for work purposes. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Ray, I understand you're busy, but kindly update me at your earliest convenience. - Jeff Boiler

Hello, I recently submitted a detailed report using this tool, but I am unsure if it went through. I am Jeff Boiler, and I urgently need assistance with restoring my email access. The domain email in question is [redacted] Since this afternoon, I have been unable to send or receive emails, and test emails are not going through despite the internet connection being fine. The error message I receive when attempting to send emails is: "Task '[redacted] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC1A): 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.' I am not knowingly using any encryption methods. Could you please investigate this issue and reach out to me at [redacted] (cell) or my wife Dana's cell as an alternative, [redacted]? I need to ensure the security of my email and make sure I am not missing any crucial communications from courts and clients. Thank you. Jeff [redacted]
