Hello, I am Kathy C.D. My phone number is [redacted], and I am experiencing low blood sugar. Florida Blue is not covering my expenses. Dr. V from Gainesville, Florida advised me to reach out to you for assistance. He is currently appealing the decision, a process that may take 20 to 30 days. Dr. V suggested that you may provide 2 to 3 sensors for my monitor, as my phone cannot sync with it. Despite not meeting the criteria, managing hypoglycemia is crucial due to the severe risks involved. I have faced health complications from this condition and had recent incidents that required medical attention. I am transitioning to Medicare and Humana Gold soon. Thank you for considering my situation and any support you may offer. Apologies for the lengthy message, as I am using voice-to-text. Contact me at [redacted] or mail me at [redacted] NW Mule Way, Lake City, [redacted]. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

As a new customer, I have experienced issues with three Dexcom G6 sensors failing today, which is disappointing after having a positive experience with the starter pack. I chose Dexcom over Abbott based on recommendations and it has significantly improved my quality of life. I have invested in additional products like a receiver. I wonder if I received a faulty batch of sensors as I am meticulous with their application. My previous set worked flawlessly, so why the sudden issues? My tech-savvy friend assisted with the setup to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, I will have to resort to traditional finger pricks for now. If anyone could assist me with this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I am having trouble transferring data from my Tandem tslim X2 insulin pump to the Dexcom Clarity app. My doctor recommended using the app, but I can't seem to get the information across. I was advised to use the G6 app, but it's not working on my device. I have tried using a cord to input the data manually, but I was told it's not feasible. I also attempted to download the G6 app on my phone, but it won't open. I'm feeling stuck as Dexcom hasn't been able to assist, buying new equipment is not an option for me. I'm unsure how to proceed in getting my Tandem pump data into the Clarity app.
