I have been patiently waiting for a package that was scheduled for delivery on June 22, but it has not arrived. I paid the customs fee as requested via text message. Unfortunately, the tracking information only shows that the package is still in transit. I tried to contact customer service but only encountered an automated system that did not help. I am feeling very frustrated as there is no live agent available in the chat to assist me or even report the missing item.

I recently placed an order with ZUMBIEZ in the United States, unaware that they were US-based while I reside in Canada, specifically Newfoundland and Labrador. ZUMBIEZ assigned DHL as the shipping company without consulting me, and I was shocked to learn that I needed to pay an additional $40 for shipping on top of my $[redacted] order. After making the payment on June 29, which I can prove with electronic documentation, I am frustrated that my package status only reflects the payment made with no further details. Attempts to reach DHL by phone were unsuccessful as only automated responses were available. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and lack of human customer support. I have contacted ZUMBIEZ numerous times via email and phone, but have not received a satisfactory resolution. Please address this issue promptly as I suspect foul play and demand immediate shipment of my package. Your urgent attention to this matter is required, as previous attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful.

I had my university in Egypt send my credentials via DHL to the Ministry of Education in British Columbia, Canada with tracking number [redacted]. It reached BC, Canada, but the address for the ministry has changed. When I tracked it, it showed "on hold." I need assistance in changing the address to ensure it reaches the Ministry. The new address is [redacted]-[redacted] West 8th Ave, Vancouver. I am finding it challenging to ask my university in Egypt to resend it. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I received a delivery notification stating that my package is available for pickup at The UPS store located in Etobicoke Mews at 10-[redacted] East Mall. I contacted the store and visited in person, but they informed me that no DHL driver has delivered any packages. I have already cleared customs for my shipment and have a limited time to retrieve it before it gets sent back to the sender. The tracking details online are inaccurate. Even DHL's customer service line confirmed that my package is at the mentioned location, despite me selecting a different pickup point. I need assistance in locating my package promptly. Thank you.

The sender committed an error in shipping my package. I intended for the delivery to go to Sherbrooke, QC, but the tracking information indicates it was received in Ontario, ON. Shipment #: [redacted] Delivery Date: 01 September [redacted], 16:52 Service Area: ONTARIO SERVICE AREA, ON - CANADA Package ID: JD[redacted][redacted]0 The sender is unable to communicate in English or French, so they are unable to assist in locating the package. I suspect the package is held at a central delivery hub in Ontario. If I can pinpoint the exact delivery location, I can make the 3-hour trip to Ontario to retrieve it personally or arrange and pay for re-delivery to Sherbrooke. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a DHL representative to determine the package's precise whereabouts and the retrieval process. Customer Service solely reiterates that the package has been successfully delivered. How should I proceed to locate and retrieve the package or arrange for a resend?

I am Marguerite Russell residing at 86 Beverley St, Kingston, Ontario. I am eagerly waiting for a package from London, UK, sent approximately 10-14 days ago by Kathryn Cronin. I have paid all the necessary charges online, provided details of the contents, including my Canadian permanent residence card. However, after almost two weeks, the package has not arrived. When attempting to track it, the status has not changed since the additional information was provided. The tracking numbers are JD[redacted][redacted]1 and [redacted]. I have also submitted the information regarding the contents and personal details as requested, along with paying a duty charge. Hello, I have been expecting two packages from DHL with tracking numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. I initially received an SMS indicating that delivery was unsuccessful due to a missing access code for the main door, despite it always being open. The delivery person did not leave a note on the premises. I have since updated my address to include the access code, but received another delivery failure message today. These packages contain crucial documents, and this delivery issue is causing me significant stress. The main door remains accessible and the access code has been provided, yet no delivery attempts have been successful. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.
