My wife and I are Canadian citizens. My sister-in-law, who is my wife's sister, is currently in Canada on a student visa to learn English as a second language. I have several questions: - Is she eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada? - Can we sponsor her in this process? - Can she obtain a work visa to work in Canada while she is studying or at any other time? - What do we need to help her with inquiries as her English proficiency is still developing? - Are all services provided by CIC available in Spanish for her? - How can we get all of our questions answered efficiently? We look forward to your response.

I have been struggling to complete my online citizenship application for two and a half months now. The payment process seems impossible as I keep getting redirected back and forth without any clear instructions on how to pay the fee. Despite trying multiple times to calculate the fees, I still can't proceed with the payment online. I am considering paying in person with a money order or certified check but uncertain about the payee. The online resources and Help center have not been helpful at all, and I feel lost in a loop of unhelpful information. It is frustrating to navigate through the confusing instructions without any real assistance or a contact number for support. I hope Citizenship Canada improves the clarity of their instructions or provides a more accessible support system for applicants like me.

I have been stuck in Korea since the covid pandemic, unable to return to Canada for my studies. Seneca College is starting in-person classes again in [redacted], and I am eager to continue my degree on January 24th. When checking my visa with the airline, the eTA number on my student visa paper caused an issue, preventing me from boarding the flight. Despite using a reputable visa agency, I discovered a lapse in relaying information that led to my visa document status becoming invalid due to an expired medical examination in Nov. [redacted]. I have remedied this by redoing my medical examination as required by the government website. I urgently need to resolve this to avoid any impact on my grades or potential student co-op internship. Any help in expediting this process would be greatly appreciated.

I was unable to board my flight from India to Canada due to my inactive visa caused by an expired medical exam. I am looking for guidance on how to renew the medical exam. When I reached out to the nearest panel physician, they requested an IME number which I am unsure how to obtain. I am unsure if I need to reapply for the medical exam. Should I remove the previous medical document from my application and upload a new one, or should I submit a new application for a medical exam altogether?

I applied for the International Experience visa, but unfortunately, it got rejected. I think there was a technical error. I uploaded all my documents, but one section needed a resubmission which I tried to do through the web form after facing issues with the pdf viewer. Despite multiple attempts and enquiries for confirmation, I received an overdue letter stating I missed the deadline. I resubmitted the form a few more times, seeking confirmation but only got automated responses. I've been unsuccessful in reaching anyone through the provided numbers or Embassy in Auckland.

I am not a Ukrainian national but am in a common-law relationship with one and am attempting to apply for the CUAET program. My partner successfully completed her application, but I encountered an issue with mine. After entering my details, I was directed to apply for an ETA, despite already being approved for it. This has prevented me from clicking on "save and continue" to proceed with my program application. I am frustrated by this situation as I am unsure of the necessary steps to move forward, especially since I have not received any assistance despite reaching out. There is no option provided on the page to input my ETA number. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice from individuals familiar with this program. Thank you!

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiry regarding the submission of my police certificate from New Zealand. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone, I have not received a response. I had successfully uploaded all other required documents but encountered an issue with the police certificate. I subsequently filled out the WebForm and uploaded the certificate there. Could you please confirm if the police certificate has been received? My travel plans to Canada are scheduled for October 3rd, and obtaining the visa is imperative. The application process has been ongoing for over two months now. I have reattached the police certificate from New Zealand in this email, hopeful that this will facilitate the progress of my visa application. Best regards, Niklas
