I am writing to share my concerns about an offensive car belonging to an employee at my local Chili's. Despite my attempts to address this with a manager, they dismissed my complaint, stating that there was nothing they could do. This lack of action has left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with returning to the restaurant. As a frequent customer, I find it unacceptable that such behavior is tolerated. I regret having to take my business elsewhere due to this issue and the manager's response.

Last Wednesday, I went to a restaurant to order food for my family. We spent $83 and the bill came to $3 and some change. When I got home and checked the order, it was all mixed up with plastic in the food. I called the store to complain, but they told me they were closing. I spoke to the manager named Tim, who initially agreed to replace my whole order. However, when I went back on Saturday, a manager named Dusty said they would only replace one item. I requested to speak to the original manager, who had promised to resolve everything. The manager on duty was rude and refused to refund my money, claiming it was not his problem. I escalated the issue to the general manager named Mr. Smith, who promised to replace the entire order. However, when my daughter went yesterday to get the replacement, they only entered one item in the computer for $25. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and poor customer service at the store in Mobile, Alabama. I urgently need someone to address this situation and ensure I receive what I paid for. We visited the Chili’s in Batesville, MS today on September 21, [redacted], between 5:00-6:30 pm. There were seven of us, but they initially seated us at a table for six. Despite there being space and us requesting to move to a larger table, we were given several excuses as to why we could not relocate. The service we received was unhelpful and indifferent throughout our visit. From issues with seating to lack of attention to basic amenities like the salt shaker and slippery floors in the restroom, our experience was disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and somewhat impolite, making us question our decision to return. We typically gather as a group on Tuesday nights in Batesville for dinner, but we were exploring new dining options. Our total bill tonight was around $85.00 to $[redacted].00, including tax and tips. Another large group left due to similar seating issues. I have experienced multiple instances where my plans to visit Chili's in Lisbon, CT were disrupted due to unexpected early closures. Despite the posted sign indicating they are open until 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, we were told at 8:45 pm that they were closing at 9 pm. This pattern has happened before, causing frustration. In contrast, the Chili's in Smithfield, RI has never disappointed us in this manner. The inconsistency in business conduct in Lisbon is unprofessional and a revamp in management is necessary to avoid such inconveniences for customers. A friend and I dined at Chili's today for a late lunch. Although we enjoyed the food and service, we were dismayed by the uncleanliness of the location on N Lamar in Austin, TX. The floors and windows were visibly dirty, which was surprising considering our past positive experiences at this particular restaurant. Despite the disappointment, I took matters into my own hands and used cleansing tissues to wipe down the table, chairs, and even the credit card machine, which was greasy. My visually impaired friend also noticed the lack of cleanliness right away. Given the current focus on cleanliness due to covid, we expected a higher standard. We even opted not to use the restroom during our visit. My friend covered the bill for our lunch.

I am deeply disappointed by the actions of Chili's general manager Edgar Castillo at store #[redacted]. Despite my 16 years of loyal service, he unjustly terminated me following a verbal disagreement with a bartender concerning my safety and integrity. This disagreement occurred off the clock and outside of work. Rather than addressing the issue fairly, Edgar sided with the bartender, who had illegally served alcohol to an underage employee without repercussions. I was dismissed without even a chance to provide my side of the story, tarnishing my reputation with corporate. This unfair treatment contrasts with my impeccable record and dedicated service to Chili's. While I am grateful for the relationships built during my time there, I feel compelled to shed light on this unjust behavior in the hope that others are not subjected to similar mistreatment. Chili's must uphold its standards for all employees, including its management, to ensure a fair and respectful workplace for everyone.

While shopping at the Arbor shopping center in San Antonio, I remembered Chili’s was there and had a craving for their Molten Chocolate cake. Upon entering, I informed the greeter about my craving, but was told there was a 45-minute wait due to limited staff. Opting not to wait, the greeter suggested getting it to-go for quicker service. I asked if I could order it to-go and eat it at one of the empty tables, but was informed that wasn't possible. Unfortunately, this led to me deciding to take my business elsewhere.

I encountered an issue with the hostess during my recent visit. I tried to provide my name and number of my party for a table, but she ignored me and assisted others who came after me. When I questioned her about this, she rudely gestured for me to wait and then proceeded to gossip loudly about me to other staff members and customers. I eventually asked to speak with the manager to address the situation, but by then, the hostess had already involved multiple staff members and customers in the bar area. Despite being patient and understanding of possible understaffing issues, the hostess's behavior made me uncomfortable and doubt the service standards of the establishment. This incident occurred at the Chili's location on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson, South Carolina, on 1/1/22 at 2pm. I hope to receive a response regarding my complaint before deciding whether to return as a customer. I generally enjoy Chili's and visit the location in my hometown frequently.

During a business trip in Lakeland, FL, my friends and I visited Chili's on 01/08/22. We ordered takeout for three from store #[redacted]. Unfortunately, it was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. When we got back to our hotel room, we noticed that our order was missing utensils, napkins, and half of the meals we paid for. I called and asked to speak with Ray, the assistant manager, requesting a refund. However, he placed us on hold for over 20 minutes and never returned to the call. We are extremely disappointed and would like to receive a refund for our incomplete order.

Hello, my name is Lakeisha Hayes. Since my birthday on January 18th, I have encountered difficulties with a dining experience at your [redacted] Randall Rd. Algonquin, IL [redacted] location. After leaving the restaurant, I became ill and had to clean my car due to vomiting. Despite contacting two managers, my concerns have not been addressed. Not only did I become sick, but my friends also fell ill from the food and drinks we consumed on my birthday. I was promised a refund and a gift card, but have since been given the runaround when trying to follow up. I have been feeling unwell for a week and I am very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I would appreciate if someone could please reach out to me to resolve this issue.

I had a terrible experience at the Wallingford CT Chili's. For my wife's birthday, we placed a curb pickup order to be ready at 6:30. Arriving promptly at 5:30, we ended up waiting over half an hour past the designated time while observing others who arrived later getting their food first. When I inquired about our order, a staff member became defensive, accusing us of yelling. Our food arrived cold, indicating it had been sitting for a while. Upon speaking with the manager about the unsatisfactory meal, they offered a refund but lacked concern for our dissatisfaction. This experience left me disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect at this location. I strongly advise against visiting the Wallingford CT Chili's if you value prompt service and respect from the staff.

I am concerned about the operational standards at the Chili's location in Pooler, GA. It appears that many staff members are still in training, resulting in issues such as a food runner not performing their duties, leaving early without completing closing tasks, and receiving tips without proper service. This situation reflects poorly on the management's oversight and adherence to company protocols. It raises questions about the training and competency levels of the staff and managerial team. On 3/29/[redacted], my family and I made a takeout order at [redacted] Almaden Expressway, San Jose, CA [redacted]. Despite arriving promptly at 6:57 pm, we waited an hour for our order while others who arrived after us were served first. Daniel and another staff member blamed kitchen issues beyond their control. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, Daniel was dismissive and disrespectful, walking away without addressing our concerns, leaving us to deal with our incorrect order. We received chicken fajitas instead of shrimp, missing bread from the chicken pasta, rubbery chicken, and incomplete fajita packs. Toppings and dressing were also missing. This experience ruined our Saturday night, and I feel compelled to share this unfortunate encounter. I hope the restaurant acknowledges and takes steps to address these issues promptly to reflect their values and commitment to customer service.

Two weeks ago, I ordered takeout from Chili’s, but my tacos were missing half of the components. I contacted the manager, who apologized and sent me two coupons via email. Recently, I dined in at the restaurant and had issues with the drink and food being cold. The service was slow, and when I spoke to the manager, they seemed unaware of the problems. I was disappointed with the overall experience and questioned the management of the franchise. It's concerning that despite my previous complaint, the service did not improve. I recommended Chili's for lunch as I've always enjoyed their food and service in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I ordered a drink and specifically asked for carbonated water due to being a diabetic, but received sugary water instead. When my salad arrived, it had onions on it despite my request for no onions and cheese on top. The salad was different from what I usually get at Chili's and not up to their usual standards. My grandmother's salad also had issues with the dressing and her steak was overcooked. Additionally, my food was served on separate plates when I had requested it all on one plate. The lack of proper service and food preparation left me feeling let down. I hope this was just a one-time problem and not indicative of a decline in quality at Chili's.

During my visit to the Jackson, Tennessee location, I had a disappointing experience. It took a while to be seated, and even longer for the staff to bring complimentary chips and salsa. When our drinks finally arrived, it was a long wait before our order was taken. The table lacked napkins to clean up spilled drinks, and the margaritas were weak. Another couple who came in after us received their drinks and food much quicker. The restaurant was messy, with tables not cleared and dirty restrooms. When we requested the bill, no one asked about our experience. Coming from New York, where we frequently dine at Chili's, this was a letdown. I ended up paying for margaritas we didn't enjoy. I hope corporate addresses these issues as this tarnishes the Chili's brand.

I visited your store on Hulen Street around 4 p.m. I was taking my daughter to celebrate her accomplishments of passing to the fourth grade. When we arrived, we weren't greeted or seated. We sat for about 15 minutes, and the employees working at the time seemed to notice us but didn't offer any assistance. After waiting for 15 minutes with no service, we left since no one came to help us. I called the store after leaving to speak to the manager, Joshua Weaver, but despite waiting on hold for 10 minutes, he never picked up. It was supposed to be a special day for my daughter, but she was upset with how we were treated. We ended up going to McDonald's instead. Even though there were only about six families there, it was disappointing. As a former manager of 15 years, I believe the store needs to train its employees better to understand the importance of every customer for the company's profit. This issue should be addressed promptly by Mr. Joshua Weaver, the store manager.

I want to address my recent experience at the Altamonte Springs location in Florida. I have frequented this restaurant many times in the last three months and have been a loyal Chili's customer for over 20 years. As a retired region manager for various companies, I have hosted numerous business meetings and entertained clients on corporate cards. Recently, during my visit, I encountered unpleasant behavior from a server and bartender couple, specifically the male bartender. This incident has left me disappointed as a longtime patron. I had plans to redeem a reward for a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal, which I intended to enjoy with my daughter and grandson after their visit to the theme parks in Orlando. I have had a long association with Chili's and spent a considerable amount over the years. I hope this matter can be resolved so I can continue to be a satisfied customer. I visited Chili's last night to celebrate my mom's birthday. Unfortunately, there were only two servers for our party of five, resulting in three incorrect orders that needed to be sent back due to the Cook's error. When it was time to settle the bill, it was split three ways, and I received my receipt for my daughter and my meal, which was $25.71. To my surprise, my card was charged $75.20. The manager, Henry, mentioned he couldn't provide a refund and suggested contacting corporate. Despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved as the pending charge has affected my bank account negatively. The lack of concern and assistance from Henry and the bartender has left me extremely upset.

I visited the Chili's on Sand Lake in Orlando, Florida last week and encountered a hurtful incident with the night bartender when he started his shift. I asked about my drink, and instead of assisting me, he personally insulted me as an older woman dining alone. Another bartender named Gail was present and seemed shocked by his behavior. Despite my longtime patronage, I have avoided returning since this incident. The bartender, a younger black man, directed a personal attack at me, an older white woman, leading me to believe it may have been racially motivated. I urge for accountability regarding this disrespectful behavior.
