I picked up my order in the drive-thru around 7:45 last night. I noticed a 4-piece dinner with okra, mac 'n' cheese, and 2 pieces of corn on the cob missing when I got home, even though I asked the girl at the window if everything was in the bag. She reassured me it was all there. The manager was unhelpful and insisted I bring the entire order back for a replacement, which was challenging for me as I have cancer and had just returned from chemo treatment.

I went through the drive-thru last night and ordered three dinners with a side of two ears of corn and two sides of fried okra. I asked the girl at the window to double-check the order because I live far away and wasn't feeling well due to chemo treatments. She assured me it was all there. However, when I got home 30 minutes later, I realized the order was missing a 4-piece fish dinner with mac and cheese, okra, and a side of two ears of corn. When I called, the girl was rude and instructed me to contact customer service. I am hoping to receive the missing dinner and sides as it was over $40 worth of food in total.

On October 29th, I visited the Captain D's drive-thru on Hwy. [redacted] in Stockbridge, GA, around 6:50 pm. When I asked to add clams to my order at the window, I was informed it would take 5 minutes. However, the wait extended to over 25 minutes, prompting several cars to leave the line. Upon receiving my order, everything was cold, including the clams and fish. To make matters worse, the cole slaw I ordered had spoiled and was inedible. Despite the courteous service from the lone staff member, I couldn't reach anyone when I called to address the issue. Furthermore, I did not receive the condiments I requested, missing cocktail sauce for my shrimp and vinegar for my fish. I was extremely disappointed with the experience, and unfortunately, the $16.50 spent ended up being wasted.
