I downloaded drivers for my HP laptop running Windows XP Version 5.1 to connect with my printer, but they don't recognize each other. The printer screen keeps saying "receiving data." Unlike my old Brother MFC-J4510DW, my new printer, model MFC-J4335DW, doesn't have a USB port for scanning directly to a USB stick. When trying to register, the form already lists my new printer model but with a serial number that doesn't match (mine is U66273G1H836144). The form doesn't allow me to correct this serial number. I'm frustrated with the setup process and now understand why this model might not be popular. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning everyone, I am the owner of a small business with multiple locations. Over the past 5 years, I have purchased several Brother printers from Amazon. Each printer is lightly used, printing only 1-5 pages per day at each location. Yesterday, we had an electric installation that required us to shut off the power to the building for 24 hours. When we turned the power back on, we noticed that the printer was not functioning properly. Despite following the troubleshooting steps provided by your technician during an online chat, we were unable to resolve the issue. At this moment, we are frustrated and deeply disappointed in the quality of our Brother printer. I used to be a satisfied customer, but now I am reconsidering my loyalty to Brother printers. I am hoping that someone from Brother can get in touch with me promptly to assist with resolving this problem, as our business depends on daily printing. Thank you, Mav Takhar.

I encountered a battery leakage issue with my Brother P-touch model D600. Despite cleaning the contacts three times with vinegar and ensuring good contact with the batteries, the device only lit up the backlight screen when turned on. Connecting it to the electric plug resulted in an immediate shutdown. Disappointed with the unhelpful international customer service via text, I received generic responses and was later prompted to subscribe for $1 and then $35. Given that the machine initially cost me $[redacted], this additional charge felt excessive. If the new P-touch printer I order encounters similar problems, it will mark the end of my Brother product purchases due to the poor customer service experience.

I purchased a Brother printer, the MFC L3750CDW, on May 25, [redacted]. Since then, whenever someone attempts to leave a message on our landline answering machine, the FAX sound interferes with the message. Our phone and FAX have separate numbers. Despite this issue, the printer is working well. I considered disabling the FAX function due to the ongoing problem. After seeking assistance from a Brother technician in Surrey near Vancouver, BC, I followed the recommended troubleshooting steps but to no avail. The continuous malfunctions are causing me to miss important messages, and this situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue. - J.H.
