I had a disappointing experience at the Grand Service Apartment from February 19th to 21st. The payment was made through online transfer, as shown in the attached document. Surprisingly, upon checking Booking.com, my reservation had been canceled by the property. I find this unacceptable, especially since I stayed there for the full duration in unit #34-08. The staff member, Ahmed, was extremely rude during my interactions and even hung up on me when contacted today. I demand a full refund and an explanation for the abrupt cancellation, especially considering it occurred after I left a review. I expect immediate changes to my app status and request the invoice be sent to my email ([redacted]). Attached are my booking confirmation, WhatsApp chat with Ahmed, and proof of payment to Mohammed Khairul. I am disappointed by Booking.com's association with such service standards.

I was browsing online for a trip to Hawaii and wished to book a roundtrip package including a hotel stay for 4 nights with 2 rooms, roundtrip flight, and transportation costing $42 per person for airport transfers. I made a reservation with Agoda.com for Hotel Chrome on January 11, [redacted], for $[redacted].61. After booking, I learned that I had accidentally booked three rooms instead of one due to a website glitch. I promptly notified Agoda, who acknowledged the error and promised to resolve it within 24 to 48 hours. Despite their assurances, the issue was not resolved by January 15, [redacted], when Hotel Chrome charged me for all three bookings totaling $2,[redacted].60. The confirmation Booking ID #s are [redacted]62, [redacted]18, and [redacted]98. I have been struggling to resolve this with Agoda, who claimed that booking.com, their booking partner, was unresponsive. I contacted Hotel Chrome and discovered that booking.com is the booking agent. I am reaching out to ensure that all parties are aware of the situation and to seek a resolution. Hello, I noticed that I was charged €58 for a reservation in Monserrat that I did not make. I never checked into the accommodation because I was unaware of a reservation under my name, as I have been having issues accessing my booking account for days. I have experienced problems with my email, which is linked to booking, due to security concerns and phishing attempts. When I received the notification about the reservation, it was too late to cancel. I even deleted my account to avoid potential fraud, yet the charge was still processed. Since I did not make this reservation, I would like guidance on how to proceed and for the booking team to take responsibility for this reservation made using false identity. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for my reservation at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ruckersville, VA for the dates 2/25/[redacted], 2/26/[redacted], and 2/27/[redacted]. My travel was disrupted due to two flight cancellations on Friday, 2/25/[redacted], first with Breeze Airlines and then with American Airlines, which left me stranded in North Carolina. I contacted the hotel directly, and they advised me to reach out to Booking.com for a refund as I was unable to make it to my destination. I am seeking assistance in getting a refund of $[redacted].04 from Booking.Com by March 4. The incident occurred over a month ago. Here is the detailed account: I made a booking on Wednesday, January 26, at 4:36 PM through Booking.Com for 2 nights for 2 rooms at The Grand Hotel in Tombstone, AZ. Upon our arrival on Friday, January 28, I discovered that Booking.Com had only booked 1 room instead of the 2 rooms I had paid for. Consequently, we had to pay an additional $[redacted].85 for the second room that I had already paid for with a total payment of $[redacted].08. Despite reaching out to Booking.Com multiple times and providing all necessary documents on February 1 and February 17, I have not been able to secure a refund. The hotel confirmed that Booking.Com had made an error in the reservation. We believe we were taken advantage of during our stay at Valley Hi Motel in Winter Creek. After staying one night, we were warned of heavy snow the following day and the safety risks posed by our small rental car without snow tires in Winter Creek. Attempting to secure a room in Denver to avoid potential fines, we tried to contact the motel for guidance. Sadly, our emails and calls went unanswered, forcing us to depart as advised. We found accommodation in Denver at our own expense since no assistance was provided by Booking.com. We are deeply unsatisfied with their lack of support during this stressful situation. Can you assist in canceling the payment for the room in Winter Creek, considering the circumstances that led us to relocate due to the impending snowstorm? Currently, we are incurring double lodging expenses for tonight and tomorrow due to factors beyond our control.

Good evening, I would like to file a complaint about a hotel in Riga called OK three-star. I booked the OK hotel from 06 to 11.03.[redacted] for three people: my 15-year-old son, my wife, and myself. The advertisement showed nice and clean rooms. However, when we arrived, the woman at the reception was rude and refused to listen to me. She wanted to put my underage son in a room with loud drunk people. The hotel was dirty, and guests had to cook their own food. It felt like a dormitory. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she couldn't be reached on Sundays. I requested a refund, but she denied it. In the evening, we ended up on the street. United Airlines changed my partner's and my flights, forcing us to re-book with a different airline. United has agreed to refund the money, both over the phone and through email. They claim to have sent the refund check almost two months ago, but it was sent to the travel agency Booking.com used, making it difficult to receive. Each time I contact the agency, I receive contradictory responses such as redirecting me to a different site and claiming the flight is non-refundable. The situation has been frustrating, and I am considering involving my lawyer to handle this in small claims court.

I made an error with my Visa payment from my checking account. Instead of $8.39, I accidentally paid $[redacted].00, resulting in a credit on my Visa account. I have spoken to three agents who advised me to wait for 2 days for the issue to be resolved and the funds to be returned to my checking account. The initial report was on March 1st, [redacted], with a reversal reference number of [redacted]. Subsequent reports were on March 3rd and March 7th. Ample time has passed, and the correction from the first report should have been completed by now.

I would like to report an issue with my recent booking at the Eden hotel. I made a reservation on your website for a total of $[redacted] USD, which included taxes and service charges. However, the confirmation I received stated the total amount in euros, equivalent to $[redacted] USD. When I contacted your helpline on Sunday, the representative abruptly hung up on me after putting me on hold. Today, I tried calling three times, but encountered issues with the phone system - either the person on the line couldn't hear me, or the recording couldn't register my confirmation number. I had reservations at the Best Western in Boomtown, NV with confirmation number [redacted]4 for the dates 3/12 to 3/13/22. I paid in advance through Bookings with my credit card that ends in ...[redacted]. Unfortunately, there is now an emergency, and I need to cancel my booking. Best Western is willing to cancel and issue a full refund, but the refund must come from Bookings. I have been trying to contact Bookings for three hours with no success. Since there was no PIN provided, I can't access my account online. I have used Bookings for many years internationally, but if I can't reach them, I will have to find an alternative. Hello, I checked out of my room at Sriram International Coimbatore on the 12th of March at 11 am, a day earlier than planned. I kindly request that the property be informed to process a refund for this change. Please send a confirmation email once this has been done. I previously contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they did not assist me with this issue. I have also escalated this matter regarding the early check-out. I am curious to know why there is a full charge for checking out early, especially when I am willing to extend my stay for a few more days. Good morning, I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent booking at Peace Blue Naiharn Resort in Phuket, Thailand. I reached out to the hotel on 12/05/[redacted], requesting them to charge my credit card for the full amount of my stay. This was necessary for me to provide evidence of paid accommodation while applying for my Thailand Pass. The hotel promptly replied confirming that they have charged my card and updated the payment status on Booking.com. However, upon checking my Booking Confirmation, it still displays "You're guaranteed your booking by credit card" instead of showing that I have paid in full. In contrast, another hotel on my itinerary shows "You've paid THB3667 for this booking" after I paid in full at the time of booking. On the 14th of March [redacted], around 3:00-3:15 pm, I tried to book a 4-bedroom apartment in Malaga called "Stylish Apartment in the Heart of Malaga with Swimming Pool." I opted to pay nothing until the 22nd of July. However, despite Visa confirming the E0.00 authorization, you then attempted to charge E1,[redacted], which was not part of our agreement. I still wish to rent the apartment for the agreed-upon time but am confused about these payment discrepancies. I provided my email and credit card details during the booking process but never heard back from you. I would appreciate an explanation of how this issue can be resolved and why there were attempts to process two different payments, one being zero and the other E1,[redacted].

I was reviewing my credit card charges for tax purposes and came across an unauthorized charge to Booking.com for a hotel reservation in Amsterdam on 07/05 amounting to $[redacted].75. I do not have a booking reference number as I did not make this reservation. Upon contacting my credit card company, they confirmed the payment to Booking.com. You can verify my booking history using two email addresses: [redacted] on my laptop and [redacted] on my Booking.com app. It seems like there was an error where my account was charged for a reservation I did not make. I haven't been to Amsterdam in over 40 years, and the booking does not even specify a hotel name. I would appreciate a resolution for this issue and reimbursement. Though I can file a fraud claim with my credit card company, I believe this was a clerical error on Booking.com's part, given my incident-free card use since 7/5/[redacted]. I made a reservation at the EZ 8 hotel in Mission Valley, but couldn't check in because my ID was stolen, and I only had a photo of it on my phone. The hotel wouldn't accept it. I need your help to find another hotel for tonight, as I used all my money for the initial booking. I can't afford a deposit or extra costs. I only have $63 left for a room. Please refund the amount to my credit card urgently so I can get a place to stay. I'm elderly, sick, on medication, and in urgent need of accommodation.
