I am attempting to set up an account on Bill.com. I received an email confirming a payment of $[redacted] to Balseiro and Associates, Inc., Appraisal Company. However, upon clicking "Create Account," nothing appears on the screen. I require assistance via a call back or chat to resolve this issue promptly. I have encountered a frustrating situation dealing with bill.com and Housing is Key regarding a check that was supposed to be sent to me. After creating an account with Housing is Key as instructed, I received an email from bill.com saying my account was closed, and I would receive a check. Despite receiving emails about the check being sent, I never received it by the promised date of June 15th. Even after contacting both companies multiple times, I am still unable to locate my money. Housing is Key updated my address, which was entered incorrectly, potentially leading to the check being sent to the wrong place. Both companies are unable to provide information on when I will receive the money. I urgently need to resolve this issue to avoid losing my home and to ensure my elderly tenants, one of whom is ill, can continue to stay. I am considering legal action but hope this can be resolved promptly.

My account was unexpectedly deactivated even though I had a pending payment to be deposited. After providing extensive personal information, multiple documents, and even a letter from my bank to reactivate it, I was informed that the payment was cancelled due to the initial account closure. Confusion arose as they mentioned the account was closed, then deactivated. Now I am unsure if I need a new invitation to use the account again. Despite being instructed by Bill.com support to contact "support," I am unable to reset my password without the associated phone. The process to add a second phone number requires resubmitting all documents, which is frustrating after the recent account reactivation process. It's challenging as I need the second phone number to reset my password since I can't access the original phone. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering there's a payment waiting in my account, adding to the frustration.

I received a $15,[redacted] payment from my client via Bill.com on Friday, August 19. I enabled "instant transfer" by adding my debit card to the account. I got the confirmation email stating: "Instant Transfer turned on. Your payment information was updated on 08/19/22 at 10:05 AM PT." Later that day, I received an email from Mail.com at 8:25 PM on August 19, informing me that MBI sent $15,[redacted]. The money is set to arrive in my bank account on August 25 via standard delivery. I did not authorize Mail.com to hold the funds for six days. I require this payment to be deposited into my bank account immediately and not next Thursday, August 25.

The ERAP Alabama website indicates that payment has been processed, but I have yet to receive any notification from bill.com. I have not received a check in the mail either. Unfortunately, my tenants are not permitted to make ACH payments, even though it is the preferred method according to all programs. It is frustrating that there is no direct way to reach out to bill.com, as they use an undisclosed third party for check printing and mailing. Everyone seems to be receiving their payments except for the tenants. This situation is causing me significant concern about potentially facing homelessness.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with a payment stuck in the Charles River Labs Montreal JPM USD account. Our team uses a group mailbox, but some of us also have individual accounts. I am unable to change my password as I lack access to the voicemail required for two-factor authentication. Consequently, I cannot access bill.com to accept invites due to this authentication issue. I prefer not to use my phone number as it may hinder others' access. I urgently require assistance from a live person to resolve this matter. Good morning, I had already written to you on January 30th to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for. However, on March 1st, [redacted], you charged me again €24.99. I reiterate that I have never subscribed to any service with your company, so I request a refund of the amount you have arbitrarily charged me. Please reply in Italian, and be aware that if any further unauthorized charges occur, I will contact the Postal Police. I DO NOT WANT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I tried out a demo of bill.com on September 28th and was promised a $[redacted] Amazon gift card. Michelle George and Eddie Salgado confirmed I would receive it, but now they are not responding to my emails. I urgently need the gift card that was promised to me.

I have noticed a charge of 59.99 on my bank statement from MM-BILL.COM. I am unsure about the origin of this company or the reason for the charge. I did not give authorization for any withdrawals from my account. My name is Shannon Schaafsma, and you can reach me at [redacted] I am requesting the immediate refund of this charge as it seems to be fraudulent. I intend to report this issue. I have previously contacted customer support twice without any response. I am frustrated and eager to have my funds reinstated.
