Subject: Concern regarding Avast Software Charge On August 14, [redacted], I reached out to Avast through [redacted] to cancel the automatic renewal of my AVAST software before the current term ended. I received confirmation of this cancellation multiple times from Avast, the latest being on August 14, [redacted], at 10:37 PM MST from Lyxandre Johan of Avast Customer Care Team. In their email, they assured me that no renewal charges would occur once the subscription expires. However, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $71.80 from Avast on my American Express statement under "DRI AVAST Software. AVAST.com/ORD". I am disputing this charge and kindly request a refund to my American Express card. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I canceled my free subscription for Avast over two months ago, but today I was charged $58.43 without authorization. I uninstalled the free version before it was set to expire. Since I don't need the software, I'm asking for a refund of this amount to be credited back to my debit card by tomorrow. It's urgent as it's impacting my rent payment. The last 4 digits of my card are [redacted], and my name is Dhana G. Thank you.

I believe I was on a sixty-day trial but struggled to cancel towards the end. A pending transaction for $54.99 from DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE AVAST on 11/03/23 is causing concern as I intended to revert to the Free Version. Financial constraints prevent me from continuing with the paid version. Kindly refund the amount. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Apologies for any inconvenience.
