I have been a long-time customer of Kirkcaldy Asda, and despite being an ex-addict, I was deeply offended by the recent incident. Today, I was using the baby changing facilities as males were being cleaned. As I left, an employee questioned me after a female staff member had approached them. Feeling uncomfortable, I left, only to have the employee and the staff member look at me suspiciously because I don't fit the stereotypical shopper profile. This experience has made me contemplate taking my family to a different store.

Order No. [redacted]02. I opted for express delivery expecting it on Thursday, June 22. However, I received an email today saying it's delayed. The new delivery date is set for today, June 23. I'm disappointed as next-day delivery was promised. Will the £5 fee be refunded? I've already paid for another delivery for order No. [redacted]75 scheduled for tomorrow, June 24. Hopefully, this one will be on time. Additionally, finding an email address to contact you has been challenging.

Hello, I am currently overseas for my vacation and facing issues setting up my Asda money card. When using the app, it prompts me to verify my password and mentions that an email has been sent to me. Unfortunately, there seems to be a mistake in the email input, so I'm unable to access the verification code. My correct email address is mentioned above, but the one mistakenly entered is ‘[redacted]’. Access to my card is crucial as all my funds are stored here. I purchased 6 pints of whole milk that expired a week before the best by date. I exchanged it in the store for a new bottle that also expires a week before the best by date. I emailed customer services with photos on Saturday, the 29th, but have not received a reply. I still have the bottle in my fridge, which concerns me. When I spoke to a colleague at customer services in Havant about what to do, they advised me to keep the bottle until I receive a reply. This milk is for my one-year-old, and twice now he has received gone-off milk.

During my recent visit to ASDA Wallington, I encountered disappointing customer service from the Operational Manager, Vania. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed positive experiences at ASDA, but this time was different. Upon approaching Vania with an issue regarding a recent purchase, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Her lack of empathy and professionalism was evident throughout our interaction. Vania's attitude and demeanor were not what I expect from a manager when seeking assistance. Furthermore, Vania displayed a lack of knowledge about store policies and procedures, which added to my frustration. Her unwillingness to escalate the matter or involve other colleagues left me feeling unheard and disregarded. Customer service should prioritize understanding and prompt issue resolution, qualities that Vania seemed to lack. The indifference displayed by Vania is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ASDA Wallington. I hope ASDA Head Office addresses this feedback seriously and considers additional training for their staff, particularly in customer relations. The poor service I received from Vania should not be the standard at ASDA Wallington, and improvements are necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.

Order: [redacted][redacted] I returned a Tefal non-stick 5-piece set (B020S544) at the Asda Lower Earley shop on July 10, [redacted]. The customer service representative mentioned that I would receive a £30 refund within 7-10 days. Despite the timeframe passing, I have not received the refund yet. The item was bought online, delivered on July 3, and returned in-person on July 10. I couldn't return it earlier to the driver on July 3 because it was meant to be a gift that my friend ultimately couldn't use. I request expedited processing of the refund as the item has been returned. I have a photo showing the return at the counter at 12:30 pm, as proof.

I worked for ASDA at Old Kent Road and Sutton for a couple of years. I left and inquired about my savings pot money that I contributed during my time there, but I haven't received any updates from them. I received a county court letter stating I was overpaid in my final paycheck by ASDA. They had my correct address as they sent other correspondence there, but strangely, they also sent it to two old addresses I had provided proof of moving away from while I was employed there. Despite giving my current details to the team leader at ASDA, they assured me it would be updated but it seemed to have been overlooked. I have all my contracts and paperwork still. I wonder if I am owed any money that I had contributed during my employment because I am unsure with the lack of communication. It's baffling why ASDA didn't contact me via email or phone about the overpayment before resorting to legal action, considering they had all my updated contact information. I am willing to provide evidence of the information I provided to the team at ASDA if needed.

On August 5th, [redacted], I placed an online shopping order for delivery. However, upon contacting customer service, I was informed it was marked for click and collect instead. Despite multiple calls, my order did not arrive as promised. I had to physically go to the store to collect it, which was difficult as I am currently housebound. The customer service I received was extremely unsatisfactory, and I was even told I would need to reorder instead of having the delivery rescheduled. Furthermore, when I collected the order, it was not properly packed. I had to rely on my neighbor for help and incurred an extra £10 in petrol costs. My wife recently visited the local store in Caernarfon, North Wales on Banor Road. While parking beside a stone wall, she heard a loud noise. Upon inspection, she discovered that most of the wall had collapsed, leaving loose boulders in the parking area. Unfortunately, our car's rear tire was punctured by these stones. When we discussed the incident with a store employee, they mentioned that a car had collided with the wall three days prior, causing the damage. However, they couldn't explain why the debris had not been cleared yet. This oversight led to the damage to our vehicle and subsequently required an emergency breakdown service to transport our car home as no garages were open at the time. Our car is now immobilized in the driveway, impacting our work. It is frustrating that no garages have the required tire in stock due to its size, resulting in additional expenses for us. This could have been preventable if the wall damage had been promptly addressed by the store management. I have documented the incident with photos for evidence. Since March [redacted], I have been trying to get VAT receipts, but they are not appearing on my George account. It seems this is due to ordering without signing in. When I request the receipts, I keep getting told to log in. Does anyone at Asda customer service actually handle this? Argos's website manages to provide VAT receipts seamlessly, even for orders placed without an account.

I recently did a significant shopping trip at Asda in Biggleswade on 08/08/23 using scan and go. At checkout, I was chosen for a quality check, leading to my entire purchase being unpacked, rescanned, and repacked due to staffing shortage. Only after checking my receipt did I notice I was overcharged for two items that were scanned twice. Moreover, I received a parking charge notice today after my time in the car park expired, something I was unaware of coming from Stopsley in Luton. Unlike the store we used to frequent, this location enforces parking restrictions. Though this experience has been a tough lesson, I hope there could be some leniency considering my circumstances. I recently paid an extra £5.50 for a delivery today, but it arrived significantly late. The initial delivery window was 6-7pm, yet I had to call at 7:30pm to inquire about the whereabouts of the delivery. I was informed that it was running late and would arrive later in the evening. Interestingly, the online tracking showed the driver had reached my house two hours earlier than he actually did. This misinformation led to a prolonged and inconvenient waiting period, as well as a lengthy phone call to resolve the issue. Despite having a delivery pass for weekdays, I opted for a premium Saturday delivery. Due to the poor service experienced, I kindly request a refund for the delivery fee.

I recently had to cancel my order, despite receiving a text stating it was being delivered. I attempted to reorder but had to remove some items due to substitutions. The website is prompting me to pay again, even though I already paid. I'm unsure if my order will arrive on my chosen date and time. This experience has not been as easy as advertised. I called the Doncaster branch of Asda to report an issue but received a dismissive response. They just mentioned they would speak to the staff member and didn't ask for my contact information or offer any compensation. This upset me, especially since I have anxiety and osteoarthritis, and was with my daughter who also confronted the employee's behavior. While waiting in line at the self-checkout behind an abandoned trolley, we were scolded by a rude man upon his return. The staff member supported him instead of assisting us, which led to a heated exchange where my daughter was sworn at with her one-year-old baby. The experience was distressing and has made me hesitant to return. I believe the situation was mishandled, and I expected better treatment from Asda.

I had a bad experience at the Northolt petrol station with a rude vendor who mishandled my items and showed disrespectful behavior. I have been a customer for 8-9 years and feel disappointed. I would appreciate a swift resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused, as my one-year-old is now without essential items. An apology and explanation are necessary.

While at the store, I encountered issues with my app preventing me from accessing my rewards/blue light card. Despite requesting assistance to hold my purchases temporarily to get a better signal, the cashier's response was unhelpful and dismissive. I made a special trip to this store and every discount matters during these tight financial times. I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't add my rewards after completing the purchase. This situation has occurred before, and it's frustrating. My total bill amounted to 59.16, including items purchased to accumulate points to benefit my Christmas shopping for my kids.

I recently visited the Leckwith store in Cardiff and experienced recurring Wi-Fi issues at the checkout. Today, I was unable to use my voucher or receive the cash pot for my purchase, which happened before. The advertised £5 cash pot for spending over £50 was not honored due to the ongoing Wi-Fi problem. The checkout staff member acknowledged the issue but couldn't offer a solution. Other customers in the queue faced similar challenges, confirming it was not isolated to my phone.

I seem to have been charged twice for the £5 bundle, once through Dundle and once through the app. I noticed that my bank shows two pending £5 charges. Despite this, the money has not been deducted from my account, and I received the 5 Pound bundle with unlimited minutes and texts, plus 3GB of data. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Hello, this morning I purchased some discounted bread rolls with a use-by date of 19/09/23. After getting home, I froze one pack and planned to use the second pack the next day. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find mold on them, despite being aware that they were reduced items. Upon checking the frozen pack, I discovered the same issue. I frequently shop at the Asda store near Leamington Spa, which is our preferred supermarket. Several of my coworkers have also experienced encountering moldy products at this specific store. I have disposed of the buns, but I do have photos and receipts as proof.

We are couriers contracted by various companies to deliver parcels for Evri for Asda/George. Unfortunately, Evri has been unfairly penalizing us for what they deem as non-compliant photos, leading to a significant loss of earnings. Despite our attempts to address this with Evri, we have not made much progress. Consequently, we have notified Evri that starting next Monday, at the beginning of October, we will be going on strike until our demands are met. Our primary request is the reimbursement of our lost wages and compensation for the distress caused. While we regret any inconvenience caused to Asda/George and their customers, we feel compelled to take this action as a last resort. We want Asda/George to be aware of the forthcoming strike, as it will significantly impact delivery services in regions like mine, where over 95% of couriers are contracted. This situation may extend to all regions with contracted couriers. Beginning October, we will also escalate our concerns by reaching out to the press with evidence of Evri's misconduct and initiating legal proceedings against them.
