I noticed an unauthorized charge from APPLE.COM/BILL on my account. I have two subscriptions, one for $11.90 and another for $9.99. On Saturday night, there was an additional charge of $32.46 that I did not authorize. I would like to know who made this charge and for what device it was ordered as well as requesting dual verification through text message for any new charges, excluding the $11.90 and $9.99 subscriptions.

I recently purchased a phone two days ago, but unfortunately, it has been unable to connect to Wi-Fi. I returned it to the Geek Squad the following day for assistance. Despite updating the device, the issue persisted. They suggested contacting Apple directly. However, when attempting to provide the specific serial number on the Apple website for service, I encountered errors stating online service was unavailable. This has led to a frustrating loop of being redirected to support without resolution. Since I purchased the phone in this condition, I am considering a refund or free repair. My iPhone 12 mini screen is black, but it turns on and receives calls. I've tried the volume up, volume down, and power button method to no avail. I have two-factor authentication but no other Apple devices for the iTunes verification code. Resetting my password through security questions will take days for verification. Is there a different way to access iTunes for a backup? Will I need to enter my password on the black screen first to connect to iTunes successfully?

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB in April [redacted]. After a few months, I noticed a rapid decrease in battery health. The Apple service center diagnosed a problem with the battery and replaced my unit. However, after a few more months, the replacement unit had a white screen issue. When I returned it to the service center, they confirmed it was defective. They mentioned it was out of warranty and I would need to cover the repair costs. I feel scammed because the replacement unit they claimed was new only lasted 7 months before failing. Upon receiving this product, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail in the packaging. Not only did I get two pillowcases instead of one as expected, but the price was incredibly reasonable for the great quality. One thoughtful feature includes a pocket to cover the edge of the pillow, enhancing both the look and comfort. I plan to share photos or a video to better illustrate this clever design. Regarding Apple Case [redacted] Dear Sir, I am writing in relation to my iPhone 14 Plus purchased in February. Since the 10th of June, my phone has been restarting and shutting down unexpectedly. I took it to the Guwathi Apple service center, where they held onto it for four days before transferring it to Bangalore. They assured me that the phone had not been damaged by me and that it would be repaired. On the 19th, the Guwathi center received an email stating that the phone had internal damage. It has been confirmed that no one other than the Guwathi service center had opened or operated the phone. Despite lodging a complaint with Apple support, I have yet to receive any response. I am seeking advice regarding my unresolved issue with Apple, which has left me frustrated even after attempting to resolve it through my credit card company. Here is a summary of what occurred: My daughter's iPhone 11 screen was broken in November [redacted], and since we had AppleCare, we contacted Apple to arrange for a replacement. Apple informed us that we could handle everything by mail instead of visiting a retail store. We received an email from Apple on 11/22/[redacted], confirming the shipment of the replacement phone and providing instructions to return the damaged phone within 30 days. On 11/25/[redacted], I dropped off the damaged phone at FedEx as instructed by Apple using their packaging and prepaid label. However, on December 26, [redacted], Apple charged us $[redacted].4 for not receiving the damaged phone. Despite providing proof of the FedEx drop-off, Apple claimed they never received the package, which was lost in transit. Despite my efforts to reason with Apple and the credit card company, the issue remains unresolved. Chase has twice denied my dispute with Apple without providing a clear explanation. I have resubmitted the dispute with additional evidence, but Chase continues to reject it without justification. I feel helpless and frustrated by Apple's actions and Chase's responses. I am reaching out for assistance as I believe it is unjust for Apple to charge me for a lost package that I returned as instructed. I've been trying to recover my Apple ID for days now, but the estimated time given always expires and resets the process. After clicking on "forgot password," I verify my phone number and email for the recovery to begin. It promises completion within a day, mentioning time frames like 3, 6, or 12 hours to reset my password. Yet, each time I reach this final stage, it restarts the whole process from the beginning.

I recently had a heart attack, and my husband purchased a Fitbit watch to monitor my heart rate. Unfortunately, I didn't set it up to use it to avoid additional charges. However, I noticed unauthorized Fitbit charges in my bank account. I did not sign up for this service and have been wrongly charged for several months. About a week ago, I lost my previous iPhone and bought a new one. Unfortunately, my old phone carrier would not give me back my old number, so I had to get a new one. I reached out to customer service and they assured me my account would be unlocked today, about four hours ago. The representative was supposed to call me and guide me through the process, but never did. Now, I am hesitant to proceed on my own. About a week ago, I stayed the night at my friend's house. When I woke up, I realized that one of my friends who was also staying over had left early. As I tried to enter my passcode on my iPhone, I noticed that it had been changed. I then attempted to access my Apple account but couldn't due to a forgotten password and being locked out. I'm currently unable to unlock my phone using the passcode or through my Apple ID account.

The staff at the "Genius" Bar in The Woodlands, Texas store did not meet my expectations. The "Geniuses" were all wearing navy shirts with the Apple logo, although some of the shirts were dirty and wrinkled. Their choice of pants, shorts, etc. looked unprofessional. One person had dirty khaki shorts, one had cutouts, and others wore pants that were too long. They seemed unsure about how to handle the issues and were frequently asking each other for help. There was one person without a navy shirt who appeared to be the go-to for answers. When I visited this store a few years ago, the staff appeared and behaved more professionally. The issue I needed help with remains unresolved. Luckily, I contacted Apple support today and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. We are still working on resolving our problems, but I am hopeful now. I hope this feedback is addressed, and the staffing concerns at The Woodlands store are resolved. It seems like staff training and a clear dress code are necessary improvements.
