I am requesting a refund for the shipping charges. The shipment failed to arrive expedited as promised and will now arrive at the same time as standard free shipping. I am frustrated because I urgently needed this item today, and I chose this option specifically for the same-day delivery, not for a delay of three days. I am considering canceling my order, my Prime account, and closing my Amazon account due to this experience. I am disappointed in what feels like deceitful practices and a lack of customer-centric policies. I believe in doing what is right for the customer and upholding principles, as even small details matter in customer service.

My account has been locked for three days in a row. When I called, I was asked to verify the gift cards I used, including prepaid Visa cards bought at a store. However, I received an email saying the information I provided did not verify the prepaid Visa cards. I was asked for more information but not given specific details. It's frustrating not knowing how to verify the prepaid Visa cards I purchased, especially since they are activated upon purchase. I was advised to close and reopen my accounts, use Amazon gift cards, and place an order. Despite following these steps, I was still locked out of my account and asked to verify the gift cards once again. Customer service was unable to assist further, instructing me to wait for an unreachable email. I'm struggling to understand why my account remains locked after purchasing and validating the gift cards. The lack of communication and inability to reach anyone with authority is causing immense frustration. I have funds that I can't access, and I'm at a loss for how to proceed. Please advise on how to resolve this issue as I have already entered and validated the cards online.

The verification team is impossible to contact. When I call, I'm told to wait for an email to verify, but I don't know what to verify. After placing my first order and spending $[redacted] on Amazon gift cards, I am now locked out and unable to get my order or reach anyone who can assist beyond telling me to wait. This has been going on for three days, with the same run-around of being locked out repeatedly and told to wait or verify. I am unsure why I am unable to place the order even though I clearly paid for and validated the prepaid cards. The lack of communication and inability to get any help is frustrating.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address the issue of my locked account due to a disputed charge with my bank. Upon noticing unauthorized charges on my statement, I promptly informed my bank of the situation. It appears that someone gained remote access to my PC and made charges with four merchants, including Amazon, resulting in my bank card, Google digital wallet, and CashApp being compromised. Despite contacting customer service, I have been unable to reach an account specialist and resolve this matter. The unauthorized charges have caused inconvenience not only to me but to my family as well, preventing us from accessing various purchased items and services. The situation has led to a sense of distrust and frustration, as important devices and services like Blink camera system, Echo show, Amazon Fire TV, and Fire tablet are inaccessible. I strongly believe that the current actions being taken by Amazon depict poor customer relations and unfair business practices, holding our belongings "hostage" until a fraudulent charge is paid. This situation is unacceptable, and I intend to escalate my concerns to various consumer protection agencies if a prompt resolution is not provided. I sent back the package with order number [redacted]-[redacted] on November 28 to the delivery agent. The package also passed the quality check in my presence, but the delivery agent has not updated the status, causing a delay in my refund initiation. It has been over 15 days now, and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have not received any assistance.
