I recently made a purchase, but unfortunately, I realized that I had used outdated information for my address and debit card. By the time I noticed this error, the order had already been submitted, and now I can't see it in my account to cancel it. Although I paid with a gift card and managed to locate the order, I am unable to cancel it since it seems that the payment didn't go through due to the invalid payment method. Reordering is not an option for me as I don't want to lose the value of the gift card. Your prompt assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is urgent.

Hello, I called yesterday about a purchase I made in March [redacted] for AutoCAD [redacted] with a 3-year license. Autodesk sent me a message yesterday saying my AutoCAD would only last for 13 more days. I paid almost $[redacted] for the software and have not heard back from the seller. I am concerned about this issue, especially since Amazon is supposed to protect us. The person I spoke with yesterday said she contacted the seller for a new license. If one is not provided, Amazon will refund the full purchase amount to my bank account. I may need to purchase AutoCAD elsewhere. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you, JM

I purchased a Loviness Short Bob Wig in [redacted] Blonde Human Hair, available in 8’’, 10’’, 12’’, and 14’’ with a Middle Part Lace Front Silky Straight Hair. I ordered the 10-inch wig but now need to cancel my order. I have been having trouble contacting support through the app as it keeps showing errors and directs me to contact the seller, but their information is not listed. I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund.

I'm concerned about possible unauthorized charges for computer items on my account. After falling victim to a gift card scam previously, I am wary of calls claiming to be from Amazon Security. I recall being advised to reach out to Amazon directly in such situations. Despite attempts to contact the service number to clarify a $[redacted] purchase, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative. My Amazon Music, which is included with my Prime membership, suddenly stopped working with Alexa today. I have tried rebooting and following all provided directions, but Alexa still cannot connect to Amazon Music. When attempting to chat for assistance, I repeatedly encountered error messages. Upon calling, I was informed of a wait time of 15-20 minutes. Strangely, the wait timer counted down to 1 minute but then stalled for an additional 20 minutes before jumping back up to 89 minutes. I am frustrated and seeking immediate help. I have been a loyal Prime member for many years.

I checked the tracking for my package, and it says it was delivered and handed to a resident. This can't be correct because I live alone and am at work all day. I accidentally ordered an item and need to return it, but I couldn't find instructions in the package or on the order confirmation email. The option to return the item is not available in the email tab. I have attempted multiple times today to process the return without success. I require a return address label and a refund for the unopened package containing a 67-inch shower threshold water dam. I recently purchased hand warmers expecting a box of 10 for $4.30 as shown in the image attached. However, I only received 2 hand warmers when 10 were expected. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the small print indicated it was for a 2-pack, which I find misleading. When attempting to return the items, I was informed there would be a $3.80 fee. I believe this situation is unfair, and I am requesting free shipping for the return or a refund.

However, I am unable to print the code due to my outdated computer and inability to take pictures of the screen. The code displayed appears garbled, preventing me from proceeding. Today, I tried to purchase a $50 print-at-home gift card, but there was a delay. I waited for 15 minutes, repeatedly checked my orders, and even attempted two more times. The customer service page was down. I ended up paying by check instead as the email confirmations arrived 1 1/2 hours later for all three attempts. I have a concern regarding my refurbished Dell Optiplex desktop ordered in February [redacted] with a 90-day warranty that stopped working in November [redacted], causing me to lose important work data. I purchased the "LTT Deco 46 Lìlo and Stìtch Croc Charms Shoe Charms" in November. Upon opening the boxes yesterday, I realized the item was missing. I couldn't find a way to report it as missing, so I accidentally initiated a return stating that I never received it. I just received an email requesting the return of the item I never got, or I will be charged again. Today, I received a replacement, but I don't want to be charged twice since I never received the initial order.

I recently received a call regarding an unauthorized purchase of an I pod Air for $[redacted].35, which I did not make. The message instructed me to contact an Amazon service representative to cancel the order. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach a representative using the numbers provided on the Amazon website. I plan to inform my bank, the Attorney General, State Police, the Better Business Bureau, and Experian if there are any unauthorized charges. Yesterday, the delivery agent contacted me regarding my package. There was an issue because I mistakenly paid $[redacted] instead of $[redacted] for an item last week. The agent was unable to deliver the package and did not return the extra money. I inquired about this situation and was informed that the agent would contact the person responsible for the refund and the delivery would be made on the same day. However, I did not receive the package as promised, even though the agent reassured me that it would be delivered by 9 pm.

I did not receive my complete order. I only received the National Tree Company order. The other package contained items I did not order, such as 5 pairs of women's socks by Sisosock, a book called "The Meateater Fish and Game," and a box labeled Yankee Candle. My missing items include the National Lampoon Christmas vacation moose mug, Christmas Vacation Glass Moose Mug, feeder Christmas Vacation Grizwold Family Tree Glass with rounded bottom, and a National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Gift Pack.
