I purchased four bottles of Natural Factors Ubiquinol Active CoQ10 [redacted] mg softgels from www.amazon.com on 6/21/[redacted]. All the softgels in the bottles have become lumpy and stick together, making it difficult for daily consumption. I contacted the manufacturer, who advised to return the bottles to the store for a refund. However, since I bought the product from www.amazon.com and the order is now archived with no option for a return, I need assistance in obtaining a return label and starting the return process. I ordered two items on November 1, [redacted], under order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The package included a brown short chain necklace by Pearl & Club and 1.5 lb of Ikea Asia Kulort decorative crushed glass in white from Cheap Shopping. According to tracking information, both items were delivered to Amazon Hub locker-Pierre-Louise at [redacted] White Bluff Rd., Jasmine food mart #3 in Savannah, GA [redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive these items. I purchased a total of four items, and the two that were delivered were placed in separate lock boxes. One item marked as undeliverable because the locker was full was actually received. Could you please locate the missing items and either deliver them or issue a full refund to the address provided? I contacted Amazon last week, and they advised me to wait until Monday as the items might still be in transit even though they show as delivered.

I was expecting a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I didn't receive any notification or confirmation. I checked with my neighbors, and they haven't seen it either. I couldn't find anything in my mailbox or any sign of an Amazon delivery truck. It seems like the driver might have missed delivering it. I'm not sure if it was forgotten or mishandled. I would appreciate it if the package could be located and delivered to me promptly. If not, I would prefer a refund so that I can purchase the item from a local store instead.

I received a defective exercise bike on 7-8-[redacted]. This is the second time this has happened, and I suspect it has the same issue as the first one that had a faulty part. Though the return window has passed, I am now able to reach out to Amazon for assistance since I was unwell previously. The company did help me exchange the defective bike once before at no extra cost, but I am hesitant to receive another from them due to this recurring problem. Moving forward, I would like to purchase a new exercise bike from a company with better reviews and possibly local support for repairs, as I am unable to resolve such issues on my own. Sunny Health and Fitness, the manufacturer of the current bike, has only offered to guide me through fixing it, but my past experience with them was frustrating due to incorrect repair videos and conflicting manual instructions.

I have placed two orders, and upon checking their delivery status, it claims they were "DELIVERED TO A SAFE PLACE." Unfortunately, this is incorrect as I have thoroughly checked my home and even asked neighbors. Customer Service's only solution was to offer a refund, which is not very helpful. This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to Amazon, as I will not be renewing my Prime Membership due to this poor service. Offering to resend the items would have been a much-appreciated gesture, which unfortunately was not suggested. 1. I recently replaced the fan motor and resistor in my [redacted] Mercedes E320 Sedan due to the heater/ac not working. After installation on Wed 11/17/21, the heater seemed to work fine initially. However, upon returning to the car after about 15 minutes, I found it filled with smoke. Despite turning off the car, the fan motor continued running until I unplugged it. Unfortunately, the resistor melted, causing damage to the fan motor and creating a fire hazard. The melted resistor even burned through my new floor mat and carpet, nearly reaching the car's steel frame. I am concerned about the damages caused and would like to address the situation regarding who is responsible for covering these costs.

I work at an RV park located at [redacted] Silverton RD NE, Salem, OR [redacted]. On November 18, [redacted], around 12pm-12:30pm (during our lunch hour when the office is closed), an Amazon delivery driver disregarded the clear instruction on the mail room's door stating, "DELIVERY DRIVERS DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES IN THE MAILROOM." The mail room is designated solely for US Postal Mail. As all our residents have access to this shared space, there is a risk of theft. It would be greatly appreciated if your drivers could adhere to this policy in the future. Each RV site is clearly marked with a specific address. Fortunately, one of our tenants kindly collected and delivered all the left packages to their intended recipients.

In November [redacted], an update was installed on my device, and since then, it has been losing the WiFi connection and disconnecting from my Alexa App. Despite working with Amazon Customer Service twice and performing factory resets, the issue persists. The device struggles to maintain a connection, constantly attempts updates, and prevents me from setting reminders. The only resolution seems to be repeated factory resets, which temporarily resolve the problems until they reoccur. Additionally, after a power outage, the device displays a rotating orange light and fails to reconnect without a reset. These issues arose following the update, indicating an Amazon-related problem rather than an issue on my end. If unable to rectify the situation, I would appreciate an exchange for a functional Echo Dot. My attempts to contact support through live chat have been unsuccessful, stuck on "An associate will join the chat" for hours.

Hello Team, I hope you are doing well. Around one year ago, I bought a Lenovo Ideapad laptop (Serial No: PF2E49XB) from the Amazon website. Recently, my laptop began to slow down, so I contacted Lenovo customer support for assistance. An engineer visited my home and discovered an Acer product 500GB hard disk inside my laptop, which led to the engineer being unable to provide further support due to the discrepancy. I am puzzled as to how an Acer hard disk ended up in my Lenovo laptop, especially when Lenovo's website states that a 1TB hard disk should be inside. I have attached a snapshot for your reference. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the invoice copy and forgot the associated mobile number and email address, inhibiting my ability to retrieve a copy of the invoice. Despite numerous attempts to contact Amazon customer service, I have been unable to obtain the invoice copy without the required details. I have contacted Amazon for the past two months regarding a $14 refund that was charged to my account without authorization. This unauthorized deduction has led to overdraft fees on my account, causing further financial strain. I demand a full refund of all payments made as I did not request this service. To prevent future charges, I am requesting to have my card details removed. Please provide an update on this matter since I did not enroll in or approve this service. I purchased the following items on Amazon in November: Amazon Basics Round Storage End Table, Side Table with Cloth Basket (White/Heather Gray) and AcozyHom Faux-Fur Moon Chair (Pink), both part of order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The Amazon Prime shipment ended up with USPS for delivery, but the Round Storage End Table never made it to the recipient, Amy Champion, despite showing as delivered on November 12th at 9:20 AM. I’ve contacted USPS, but the package was not found after searching the area. It’s strange as another package and item from the same order arrived the following day without issues. The missing item was worth $40.15. I'd like to know how to proceed in this situation and whether Amazon can resend the item to Amy Champion. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Amazon customer service yesterday trying to remove the two-step verification process on my account. This has virtually shut down my access to Amazon. I was referred to your online directions to "remove two-part security", but I couldn't access it due to the two-step verification process blocking me. I have a copy of my driver's license that they originally requested, but I couldn't proceed due to the setup. I can't order anything or use Amazon Unlimited. We purchased a direct vent natural gas heater from an Amazon vendor over a month ago. Unfortunately, the heater is not functioning properly. Despite being set to the maximum heat level, it only produces minimal warmth and seems to be expelling heat outside rather than inside. This Ashley 11,[redacted] BTU unit was meant to heat our single room, but it is failing to do so. We have reached out to the company through calls, emails, and texts, but they have directed us back to Amazon and have been unresponsive. We are in a difficult situation, being both homeless and disabled, and cannot afford to waste money on a malfunctioning heater. We are hoping to either have the warranty honored or receive a refund for this heater that is not providing the necessary warmth.

It's crucial to disclose this to buyers so they understand the new computer might be considered open box due to this alteration. Bargain PC explained that they purchased the desktop brand new with the graphic card installed, removing it to sell separately to provide competitive pricing. While this does not impact performance, the uncovered slots at the back do not affect the computer's appearance. I expressed to Bargain PC that leaving these openings could allow dust and bugs into the computer, which was not disclosed beforehand. Customers need to be informed about any modifications made before making a purchase. I attempted to leave a rating for Bargain PC on Amazon, but it seems Amazon does not permit comments on new items.
