I was trying to place an order but kept being directed to sign up for Amazon Prime, even though I clicked "not now." Unfortunately, I was still subscribed against my will. I have attempted to cancel this, but I am unable to access the advanced options as it seems to be a continuous loop. I do not wish to have a Prime subscription, free or otherwise. Kindly cancel Amazon Prime from my account. I would like to avoid involving Amex if possible. Please remove/cancel Amazon Prime from my account. Thank you.

As a senior citizen residing in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, I encountered several issues with the Apple iPad sent by my daughter in the US through Amazon. Firstly, the unsealed box contained a dirty iPad with numerous fingerprints. Secondly, someone attempted to configure it, rendering the product disabled. Despite my payment of Rs [redacted] at the Apple Service Facility in Adyar, Chennai, to rectify this, I find it unacceptable that Amazon overlooked these faults or purposely dispatched the item in such condition. I placed three orders which the driver claims were all delivered on the same day, October 31st. Order 1: Multi Collagen ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] Order 2: Baby Wipes ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] Order 3: Belly Band ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] Only the third order, the belly band, arrived, and the first two orders are missing. Despite receiving an email with a photo showing the items were delivered, only two packages are visible in the picture. The orders were left in my apartment's mailroom, accessible to many people. This is not the first time I've had missing orders. Previously, two books were marked delivered on October 1st (ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]), but I never received them as they were not in the designated locker as claimed. I am frustrated that approximately $[redacted] worth of items has gone missing, and I need this issue resolved.

This is the second time I've experienced an "attempted delivery but was unsuccessful" notification. On both occasions, there were multiple adults home. The initial instance occurred while we were outside, and we didn't encounter any delivery attempt. Today, during the scheduled delivery time, I was indoors with two dogs that alert me to any external noise. Sadly, there wasn't any delivery attempt made at my residence. I acknowledge that delays happen occasionally, but I'm perplexed by being misled about a non-existent delivery attempt.

I placed an order for a Van Heusen shirt on October 30, [redacted], with Tracking ID: [redacted]47, scheduled to arrive on November 2, [redacted]. However, the delivery did not reach me, even though the tracking status indicated it was delivered on November 2 at 11:38 am. Despite checking with neighbors and the watchman, the package was not found, and I did not receive any delivery agent calls. As an Amazon customer since [redacted], I am disappointed by this experience, especially since the customer care number was unreachable. I urge you to investigate with the delivery agent as it seems the package may have been falsely marked as delivered. I would like to receive my shirt promptly or a refund. It is crucial to address issues like these to retain loyal customers in the face of many online alternatives.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. It appears my purchase of "Preacher" and "American Gods" has not been fulfilled. I intend to take legal action if my content is not delivered promptly. This situation has led me to lose trust in the service provider. The quality of service has been consistently poor despite my 20 years of loyalty. I require immediate resolution to this issue.

I was charged by TD Bank for Amazon Prime, a service I never ordered. Living in France but being American, I have received bills from Amazon France regarding Prime, a service I did not sign up for. Despite receiving letters requesting payment clarification, I did not respond because I did not order Prime. After discovering an Amazon France account I was unaware of, I cancelled Prime today, which I confirm I did not order due to financial constraints. I kindly request a refund for all charges made by Amazon US or France for Prime, as I noticed withdrawals from my account. Please contact me via email at [redacted] regarding this matter. The charges amount to around $7. It is frustrating and suspicious, although I may have opened the Amazon France account years ago when I lived in Paris or Meudon. The fact remains that I never purchased Prime. I have cancelled it now but seek a refund for past charges. This situation is unsettling. I plan to make a purchase of long jersey skirts with a foldover waist on Amazon. If you see a charge for skirts, it's me, Mimi Seton. Please address this promptly as I depend on every dollar for groceries and essential pharmacy items.

My account was closed due to excessive returns, which were initiated by a customer service representative to address a previous delayed order. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was delivered incorrectly, confirmed by the distinct color of the door. Despite Amazon acknowledging the mistake and briefly reopening my account, account specialists have not resolved the issue or contacted me directly. My account remains locked for excessive returns, which I did not initiate. Please consider lifting the restriction as I rely heavily on Amazon Prime as a graduate student and losing access would be detrimental.

Unfortunately, the order has not reached me. M/s Delhivery courier mentioned they returned the parcel to the seller due to serviceability issues. The order status in "my Amazon Account" states "Returning to the seller." I have not received any update from Amazon regarding a refund for the undelivered item. My current phone is not working properly for calls or texts, so please use this email for communication. I urgently need to order a new phone as I live in a remote area in Fort McCoy, Florida, with limited connectivity. Quality control is crucial for customer satisfaction. Also, the subtotal in my cart increased significantly after adding 59 items. Lowering this total would be appreciated, especially given the current economic situation. It's essential to guarantee that items in the cart are from reputable companies and to avoid any issues with orders not being delivered. Lastly, increasing the storage space in the shopping cart would be helpful, as items are being moved to the "save for later" section. I believe there is room for improvement in your company's service. I placed an order on Monday with expected delivery on Wednesday. The delivery time changed, indicating a delay. Though the package was intended for my workplace, tracking showed it returning to the hub. I waited at work beyond hours, assuming the delivery, but it did not arrive. Upon contacting Customer Service, I learned the package was lost in transit. Given its size, I find it astonishing. I had to request a refund and reorder the item. Imagine the inconvenience this caused. I anticipate the refund and require a sincere commitment to improving services.

J'ai reçu une imprimante HP Envy défectueuse et le vendeur m'a demandé de contacter HP, mais cela me pose problème car je travaille en télétravail et j'ai besoin d'une imprimante fonctionnelle. Je sollicite Amazon de façon urgente pour qu'ils me livrent une nouvelle imprimante. Je pourrai alors retourner l'imprimante endommagée au livreur. Il est essentiel pour moi d'avoir une imprimante en état de marche car mon travail et ma vie personnelle sont fortement impactés. Amazon doit résoudre ce problème de livraison, car cela a déjà pris beaucoup de retard et le colis était scellé avec du ruban adhésif. Malgré mes efforts pour la faire fonctionner, tous les indicateurs lumineux s'allument en même temps et le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Je préfère que Amazon prenne en charge cette situation plutôt que de continuer à me stresser avec ce vendeur.

I am a loyal Amazon customer and do most of my shopping online through your platform. I recently ordered an LG LED TV and a remote that was listed as compatible with the TV on your website. Both items were delivered on time; however, upon inspection, I discovered that the remote is not compatible with the TV as advertised. I contacted Amazon customer service to resolve the issue, but was informed that I cannot return or exchange the remote since more than 15 days have passed since the purchase. As a frequent customer, I kindly request an exception be made to allow me to exchange the remote. I have attached both purchase invoices for your reference. I acknowledge that I should have checked the compatibility sooner, but due to being away on official business, I was unable to do so in a timely manner. Following a contest on Instagram, a friend's credit card (named Armand Bouchard) was available for 30 minutes (proof in attached photos) before he reported it stolen. The contest took place from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, November 5th, French time. The card belongs to him, and the contest was his idea. I understand Amazon's procedure, as the credit card is not mine. However, after providing photos multiple times to prove the contest, my Amazon account, [redacted], was suspended, and one of the orders was canceled. I placed an order with Amazon on November 4th. The order number is: [redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery was supposed to be made to my address at 47H Calslaan, postal code 7522MJ. On November 5th around 9 p.m., I received an email stating that my package had been delivered. When I went outside to collect it, there was nothing there. I waited for a few minutes but no one showed up to deliver the package. I even checked with my neighbors, but they had not seen anyone delivering a package. The address on the invoice matches my current address, so I am unsure where my package could be.

I bought a Fovitec 2-Light Fluorescent Studio Lighting Kit on September 24, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The kit should include one socket-head fixture, one quick setup softbox, two fluorescent lamps, two 7'6" light stands, and a carrying bag. Unfortunately, I only received one light stand. Hello everyone, I recently encountered an issue with my Amazon account. I attempted to purchase a Kindle version of a book that cost around $5. After pressing the "purchase now" button, I received a surprising bill of $0 and a message stating the book would download to my Kindle. Shortly after this, I found myself locked out of my account with a message indicating it was on hold due to problems with a gift card or gift card balance, even though I intended to use a credit card for payment. I have screenshots of the chat with the delivery driver who canceled my delivery without attempting to deliver it. The driver claimed they couldn't locate my apartment complex, even though it's easily accessible from the main road where I've received deliveries without issues for the past 2 months. I promptly provided detailed instructions on where to find my address, but the driver abruptly ended the chat and canceled the delivery within minutes of my response. Despite eagerly waiting for my package all day and paying for same-day delivery, the driver appeared near my apartments on the tracker, canceled my order, and left. I have timestamped screenshots of the conversation with the driver to support my claim.
