I am disappointed in the decision to remove Parler. It feels like a violation of free speech and choice. Claiming to support inclusion and diversity now seems insincere. It appears that you yielded to political pressure, benefiting Facebook in maintaining its social media dominance. Businesses should remain neutral, yet taking sides divides the consumer base. Despite my loyalty to Amazon, I may explore alternative shopping platforms. The ongoing violence in Portland for the past six months should have been addressed earlier instead of blocking Parler. Halting the violence is crucial, and removing Parler does not address the root cause. It only adds to the existing hate and division.

In October, I had to re-register a Kindle Fire under my name to access Kindle Unlimited after my old Kindle broke. Despite explaining to Amazon representatives through emails that I reside in Germany temporarily but wish to only use Amazon.com for Kindle services, I seem to be getting charged by both Amazon.com and Amazon.de for Kindle Unlimited (double charges of $9.99 each in the same month). Kindly help in stopping the charges from Amazon.de promptly.

Hello Amazon team, I am a big fan of your company and the work you do for us customers. I recently heard about the possibility of you removing Parler from your servers, following other companies like Facebook. This decision concerns me greatly. I always believed Amazon to be fair and impartial. Do you plan to block access to your services based on your own judgment of individual actions? Such a move could alienate many users like me. Some people have already started boycotting in protest. If you do drop Parler, you may lose even more customers. Hello, In [redacted], I bought the DVD "Nina's Heavenly Delights" from Prime Video, but it arrived without Closed Captioning (CC). I recall contacting customer service at the time, and they mentioned replacing it with a digital version that had CC. I still have the DVD, and it's possible they expected it to be returned, which might explain the situation. Today, when I tried to watch the movie and reached the end, a message indicated the rental was no longer active. I was under the impression I owned the digital copy, not rented it. I'm unsure if I misunderstood and it was a rental instead. I'd appreciate assistance with this issue as I plan to purchase another movie from Prime Video. I received a call from Amazon an hour ago stating I had ordered a $[redacted] phone from Ohio, which I did not do. I closed my account with Amazon in [redacted]. I have been attempting to contact a live person for over an hour to resolve this issue as I cannot sign in without an account. If I receive any bills from Amazon, I will take legal action. It's frustrating that there isn't a customer service telephone number with an area code provided. The only number I found led me to tech support trying to sell me a monthly support account. Amazon should have live customer service or at least an option to leave a message for a callback. - S.B.

Good afternoon, Yesterday, I spoke with a customer service representative regarding an issue with my order for the item "Highway to Heaven" with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite the claim that it was delivered, I actually received the incorrect package for "Happy Days." The representative apologized for the error and assured me it would be corrected. However, upon checking my orders, it still shows as delivered. I attempted to contact Amazon but found it challenging to resolve over the phone. I have been charged $24.95 for an item I did not receive. It seems the order status was not updated despite my previous conversation. The difficulty in reaching Amazon by phone has been frustrating as calls are abruptly ended after one ring. I hope to find a resolution soon.

I want to express my appreciation for your service in the past few years. I have always been content with the customer service and generally pleased with the products. I recently obtained an Amazon credit card. However, the corporate decision to silence many Americans has motivated me to cease ordering from Amazon. Once I settle my credit card balance, I will be closing the account. I harbor no ill will, but I hope many others take the same stand. When large corporations opt to restrict free speech selectively, we risk losing our freedom of expression. It appears to be a matter of disagreement rather than hate speech. Thank you.

I recently ordered another third-generation Amazon Echo Dot as a birthday gift for myself. Upon receiving a delivery notification on my existing Echo Dot, I went to check my back porch, but the package was not there. Due to my visual impairment, I asked my father for assistance in searching for it, but it was nowhere to be found on our porch or neighboring properties visible to him. My ZIP Code is 29[redacted]. I am unsure which delivery person left the package or where it may have been left. I urgently require assistance in locating the missing package or arranging for a replacement. In the future, I kindly request that the delivery person knocks on the door when dropping off packages, as previous deliveries have been left exposed to the rain on my back porch. I am based in South Africa. In [redacted], I purchased hiking shoes from Amazon, but received the wrong size. I returned the item and requested a refund to be transferred to my bank account. However, I am unsure if the refund was credited to my Amazon account for future purchases. I found a product in your catalog that I want to purchase as a gift. When I tried to log into my Amazon account after years, it requested a one-time password via email. I provided it but then faced the security question asking for the account full name. Despite attempting my name in various formats, my account got locked due to the inability of the advanced word matching algorithms to discern name order or capitalization. Furthermore, locating your customer service email without being logged in was challenging. The readily available information for non-logged in users were the phone numbers, which I hesitate to call from outside the US given the high fees for international calls.

I received an email confirming a purchase of over $[redacted], followed by a call from a person claiming to be an Amazon agent named Albert Warner. He mentioned that Amazon would cover charges over $[redacted] due to an email hacking incident. The shipment was addressed to a location in Illinois where I discovered the owner had passed away in October [redacted]. The phone numbers used were #[redacted] and #[redacted]. The caller urged me to purchase gift cards from a local "Giant Eagle" grocery store, but I did not comply. I suggest investigating the association of your company name with the provided phone numbers to prevent potential scams.

I received the Quantadose UVC Light Test Card today, but the packaging had a corner cut off. I initially mistook it for Vernier Calipers I ordered from UK Amazon Prime. Believing the calipers were missing, I took pictures and returned the package to Amazon UK. Later, the Vernier Calipers arrived, and I realized the Test Card was inside the partially empty package. I contacted Amazon UK to retrieve the mistakenly returned Test Card, but they mentioned only Amazon US could assist with a replacement. I received the Quantadose UVC Light Test Card today, but the package arrived with a corner cut off. I initially thought it was the Vernier Callipers I ordered from UK Amazon Prime, so I took a photo thinking the callipers may have fallen out. I returned what I thought was an empty package with the shipping note to Amazon UK. Later, the Vernier Callipers arrived, and I realized the Test Card was in the almost empty package. I contacted Amazon UK to return the Test Card mistakenly sent back, but they advised me to reach out to Amazon US for a replacement. I received a Quantadose UVC Light Test Card today with the packaging corner cut off. Initially, I mistook it for Vernier Callipers I ordered through UK Amazon Prime. I received a call and message on my landline stating that there was a charge of over $[redacted] on my Amazon account. After calling the provided number, I was given instructions, including downloading a program, which raised suspicions about the authenticity of the caller. I did not proceed with the program download and ended the call. I need to speak with an Amazon representative over the phone regarding this matter urgently.
