I have been attempting to reach your airline for 7 days, calling the provided number many times to resolve a booking issue. Despite long waits on hold, I have been unable to speak with anyone. When trying to book a flight from Austin to Las Vegas for July 9th-11th, I encountered errors resulting in two bookings for the same individual, Desmond Leonard. I need assistance in obtaining a refund for the duplicate booking. Contacting you through phone and webchat has been unsuccessful, leading to significant frustration. Please, I require prompt attention to this matter. My details are as follows: Name: D. Leonard Itinerary number: L9SRDW Booking number: B94JTM Email: [redacted] I kindly request human assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I ordered tickets for my family's trip to Tennessee almost two months ago, departing on July 2 and returning on July 5. I purchased five tickets, including one for my son who studies in Boston. However, upon checking, we discovered his ticket was incorrect. Despite trying to contact the airline for two hours, no one answered. We found a last-minute ticket from New York costing us $[redacted] instead of $[redacted]. We would appreciate it if the airline could either refund the original ticket's cost or provide a correct one from Boston so my son can avoid taking the train to New York for his flight to Tennessee.

I flew out on June 11th and return on June 18th. I paid for extra space for passengers sitting but didn't receive them. I have been trying to contact customer service every day but can't reach them by phone. I need a refund because they changed our seating to regular seats. My phone number is [redacted]. My name is Pamela S. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you in advance for your help.

We recently traveled with Allegiant last week but encountered delays on both flights due to mechanical issues with the air conditioning system. Despite the setbacks, we proceeded with our trip to Myrtle Beach after the delay. The second trip, departing from Dayton, Ohio on Friday night, July 9, [redacted], flight number [redacted], experienced another delay. After about an hour of waiting on the plane, we were allowed to deboard for air conditioning repairs. My husband and I decided to leave because of the continued delay, which left us without a ride and facing the prospect of staying at the airport overnight until we could secure alternate transportation the next morning. I am requesting refunds for the unused tickets. I attempted to call for assistance twice yesterday, enduring long wait times of 1 and 1/2 hours each time with no resolution. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been trying to book 4 tickets from Tampa to Springfield/Branson all day but keep encountering technical issues on the website. I have filled out all the information correctly multiple times, but each time I try to continue, it times out and goes back to the beginning. This is frustrating as I want to pay for all 4 tickets at once using my credit card instead of receiving separate bills for each person. I have tried restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work. It's disappointing that customer service is unreachable as I have been unable to get any assistance despite multiple attempts. My name is Laura J. and you can reach me at [redacted].

On July 9, [redacted], my family encountered an issue during our travel. My daughter, Madison Hendricks, sent an email detailing the situation. She experienced a medical emergency at the airport, causing us to miss our flight from Sanford/Orlando FL to Owensboro, KY. Despite multiple attempts to contact Allegiant customer service on July 12, 13, and 14, she was on hold for two hours each time, only to be disconnected. The airport staff suggested she seek assistance by calling. Madison is requesting either a refund or credit for the missed flight and is eager to hear back promptly to make arrangements for a rescheduled flight on Friday. We hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you.

My daughter-in-law and two granddaughters flew from Fort Myers to Baltimore two weeks ago, and unfortunately, one piece of their checked luggage was lost. Despite their relentless efforts, they have been unable to obtain any information on the bag's status or whereabouts. I personally paid for their tickets, baggage check, seat preselection, and early check-in. It's frustrating that they have had to replace some personal items at their own expense. I am seeking assistance in locating the missing bag and having it delivered to them promptly. Contacting Allegiant has been a challenge, and I am feeling quite frustrated with the lack of communication. This experience with Allegiant has been disappointing, and I hope to resolve this issue soon. Thank you, Shirley Antrim.

I experienced a canceled flight from Mesa to St. Cloud and had to rebook via Delta to a different airport with a $[redacted] voucher. However, I have been unable to use the voucher when attempting to book my trip for November. Yesterday, a representative suggested using a different voucher, but I only have the one provided, and it isn't working. After being on hold for 2.5 hours without success, I'm now encountering a constantly busy line when attempting to call. Please contact me promptly, as I am eager to use the voucher to confirm the trip. Thank you, Jess Frenzel [redacted].

I have a serious complaint regarding my recent trip. I was on hold for two hours before speaking to a representative yesterday, but they were unhelpful. On my flight to Arizona with confirmation #BBXTJT, I had an unsettling encounter with a flight attendant (a large blonde woman). Despite me being unclothed in the bathroom, she accused me of smoking and was extremely aggressive. I explained I was not smoking, just using perfume, but she continued yelling, causing a scene. She even threatened to involve the police for a federal offense. After another attendant intervened and realized the mistake, an apology was given. The experience was humiliating and emotionally distressing, especially considering my recent family tragedy. I hope the airline can address this situation appropriately. Thank you.

My sister is arriving from Cleveland to SRQ on 7/25/21 with a return flight booked for 8/1/21, but a surgery in Orlando may have me back home on 8/1/21 in the afternoon. Since it's a non-stop flight, I suggested she change the return flight to 8/3/21 as a precaution, but she wasn't sure. Her 7/25/21 flight from Cleveland ([redacted]) lands in Sarasota at 4:30 pm. I'm hoping to adjust her return to 8/3/21 since she will be looking after my Shih Tzu. This change would allow my other sister, flying in from Pennsylvania to Orlando, enough time to take care of everything and arrange for Peggy's return to Cleveland on 8/3/21 or 8/4/21. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Dona McClintock.

I booked my flight on 6/21 under my married name, which I now need to change due to getting married on 7/14. I contacted Allegiant on 7/12 for assistance but have not received any follow-up. My flight for my honeymoon is #[redacted] from Louisville KY to Savannah GA and #[redacted] back. My booking number is B9K4JK. My husband is Kenneth Franklin in seat 23A, and I am listed as Shelby Franklin in seat 23B, although my ID still shows my maiden name, Shelby Elaine Lurie. I have my license and part of the marriage certificate for verification. Despite trying to reach Customer Services for over three hours with no success, I am still unsure how to proceed to change my name. Your prompt guidance on this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My husband, Steve K., and I (Cynthia K.), departed on Flight [redacted] from CVG Northern KY on Friday, July 16th at 1:50 PM bound for Sarasota/Bradenton. The original arrival time was 3:54 PM. Unfortunately, we arrived at 6:30 PM due to unforeseen circumstances. There was a delay because of a storm, then a leak was noticed, resulting in us deplaning. After reloading, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes before takeoff. Regrettably, this caused me to miss half of my daughter's engagement party. On our return flight on Sunday, July 18th, the scheduled departure from Sarasota to CVG was at 8:54 PM with an expected arrival at 11:03 PM. Due to multiple delays caused by pilot unavailability, we did not depart until 4:00 AM, leading to significant disruptions. Although the airline promised $[redacted] vouchers per person, I have yet to receive them via email. I am dissatisfied with the entire travel experience and believe that pilot unavailability should not be a reason for such prolonged delays. I am seeking a full refund for our flights. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will consider initiating a dispute claim through my credit card company.

I have a current reservation and am looking to add a second seat for a family member. I've attempted to make a booking on the Allegiant website without success. I've tried multiple browsers on different devices and payment methods. I also attempted bookings from various physical locations with different ISPs, but I keep encountering an error message at the end of the booking process.

Subject: Flight Cancellation Refund Request To Customer Relations at Allegiant Air, I am writing to address the cancellation of flight [redacted] from Myrtle Beach to Cincinnati. Allegiant informed me via text that they would refund $[redacted] per person for the cancellation. I contacted you regarding this issue on 07/18/[redacted], to which I received a reply promising follow-up. Unfortunately, I have not heard back since. This cancellation caused significant stress and inconvenience for my family and friends as we struggled to find accommodation for the night and secure an alternative flight to Cincinnati. With a 4-month-old baby and a 7-year-old in tow, our situation was particularly challenging. Despite multiple attempts to reach Allegiant via phone and their website, I have encountered difficulties. The promised refund link expired before I could respond due to technical issues on your end. I urge prompt resolution of this matter; otherwise, I will escalate it to the US Department of Transportation Office of Aviation Consumer Protection. The passengers affected by the cancellation, each entitled to a $[redacted] refund as per your message, were: - Robert Moriarty - Elaine Beck - Maria Beck - Olivia Reinstatler - Alexandra Coffaro - Nora Horton (7 years old) - John Coffaro (infant) Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, B. Moriarty

I have two identical trips booked with reference numbers BC94SY and BCBGQK scheduled for the same day and time with the same group of travelers. I canceled BC94SY online within 24 hours, but it appears to still be active with a charge on my credit card. I spoke with a friend who advised me that I did not need to pay for seats and decided to cancel BC94SY on July 21st and rebook it on July 22nd to add a carry-on bag without extra seating charges. After canceling BC94SY, the charge initially disappeared, but reappeared as a pending charge. I have been attempting to contact Allegiant by phone without success, facing long wait times and busy signals. Please cancel reservation BC94SY, refund $[redacted].50 to my credit card, and confirm. Thank you for your cooperation. - Janet L.

Regarding Account Information: - Name: D. Grant - Email: [redacted] - Phone: [redacted] - Card ending: [redacted] On Saturday, July 17, [redacted], Allegiant Flight [redacted] encountered various delays. Despite arriving early at the airport after being informed of the revised departure time, there were prolonged check-in queues as only 2 attendants were available due to overlapping flight schedules. Passengers with earlier departure times like Savanna, GA versus Sarasota, FL were not given priority. Upon reaching the counter, I was informed my bag might not make it and advised to rush to the gate. Despite having TSA pre-check, which was submitted during booking, it wasn't reflected on my ticket. The representative suggested contacting for a refund or credit due to missing the flight because of disorganized check-in lines caused by delayed flights. I later requested a different flight, which was more costly, to meet my commitment. The new flight, BBYFML Flight #[redacted], was booked on the same day for $[redacted]. I am seeking an Allegiant credit for this amount towards future travel.
