I recently purchased a phone case for around $25, and sadly, upon opening the package, I discovered that the box was empty. Despite my attempts to dispute this issue with the seller and provide evidence with photos of the empty box, the seller claimed they weighed the product and denied my claim. I am frustrated as the seller promised to send a replacement but has not followed through, leaving me out of both the phone case and my money. It's disheartening to feel taken advantage of in this situation, and all I hope for now is to receive a refund for the missing item.

On March 4th, I received a combined shipment parcel from various AliExpress sellers. Shortly after, I was informed that two orders were missing from the delivery. I promptly contacted the seller, initiating a dispute. Despite follow-up messages, the only response I received was to wait. After 15 days, the dispute was closed without a refund or resending of the missing items. PostNL explained that the seller had opted for uninsured shipping, leaving me without recourse. I am seeking assistance regarding the outcome of my dispute with AliExpress for order number [redacted][redacted]. I encountered an issue where my order was not received due to a delivery mishap made by Royal Mail. Despite my efforts to resolve this with Royal Mail and AliExpress, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution. Royal Mail can only provide a non-delivery certificate if the seller initiates a claim. Despite my attempts to provide all necessary information to AliExpress, they have closed the dispute in favor of the seller, citing that the item was tracked as delivered. I have exhausted all options by checking with neighbors and local post offices but I have yet to locate the package. Considering the significant value of this order at £58, I am disappointed by the lack of support received. Any further assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The message I received states that my package has reached my country and is heading to the local post office. However, I only received a notification about a problem with the order without specifying who to contact. I need assistance with the case outcome for my dispute, order number [redacted][redacted]. Hello, I have not received my item from AliExpress and initiated a dispute. The shipment was tracked by Royal Mail, which unfortunately delivered it to the wrong address. After contacting Royal Mail, I was advised to request a non-delivery certificate from them. Royal Mail mentioned they could only assist if the seller opened a dispute, but the seller insisted that Royal Mail should do it. Royal Mail notified me that the seller needed to initiate a claim. I provided all this information to AliExpress, but they have not taken any action, claiming they are waiting for the seller's response. Despite my efforts, AliExpress closed the dispute, stating it was delivered. I have checked with my neighbors and local post offices to no avail. This was my first significant order worth £58, and I am disappointed. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I paid approximately 65 NIS for 3 phone cases on the AliExpress portal on February 14, [redacted]. Despite the seller claiming I signed for the items, I never received them as the Israel Post confirms the package was picked up by someone else in a different city, Hulon, not Rechovot. Evidence attached clearly shows the items were sent to the wrong city. I request clarification on why I am being asked to pay for items I did not receive. I urge you to investigate and request proof of delivery from the seller. I am disappointed by the partial refund issued and demand a full refund for all 3 cases promptly. I purchased a pair of size 38 garden shoes that were too small. The website mentioned "free returns", so I reached out to beiyasi Y-win via the message center to request a return label and exchange for a size 39. After a confusing exchange where he suggested I keep and sell the shoes, promising a discount that wasn't applied to my new purchase, I am frustrated. Now beiyasi Y-win mentioned a refund would require a dispute. I believe there was a misunderstanding and I am not seeking a total refund, just a partial refund. I purchased a [redacted] human hair wig from Aliexpress from the seller Mstoxic Hair. Anna from Mstoxic informed me that my original choice was not available in the warehouse and offered an alternative, but I insisted on the [redacted] 14" wig I ordered. Eventually, they located the [redacted] frontal body wave 14" wig I wanted and said it was on its way. Upon receiving the wig, I discovered it was not the [redacted] wig I ordered. I contacted Anna, who requested photos, which I provided. After some back and forth, Anna apologized and promised to resolve the issue. However, when she asked for more photos, claiming the warehouse denied it was their product, I explained I couldn't provide more as I didn't have any. The situation remains unresolved, and I'm disappointed with Mstoxic Hair's service. I am now seeking assistance from Aliexpress to get a refund for order#[redacted][redacted].

I recently purchased carbon filters for my dad's water distiller, which he uses for his sleep apnea machine. I expected the shipment to arrive on time, but it has been over a month, possibly nearing two months, and the seller's communication has been lacking. Despite being told that the package was shipped, the tracking information has not changed since the 8th and the seller's responses have been unhelpful. When I attempted to open a dispute, I discovered that the item hadn't even been shipped yet. The seller's suggestion to contact Canada Post was unhelpful as my mom works there and confirmed they had no information. I am frustrated with the lack of transparency and communication from the seller and the overall service experience. I just want my carbon filters delivered without further delays.

A notification stating unsuccessful delivery prompted me to check my USPS tracking (Tracking: [redacted][redacted][redacted]). After swiftly looking for the package upon receiving the email of its delivery, I found nothing. Although the tracking indicates it was passed to an agent for final delivery, neither I nor my housemate received it as we were vigilant and no USPS truck stopped by our house. I have not received my order. According to the tracking information, it has been delivered and signed for, but it did not arrive at my house. Hello, I've been attempting to track my parcel H01R2D[redacted] since February 12, [redacted], which is the most recent update available on the Hermes tracking app. I contacted Hermes customer service, and according to the automated system, my parcel is now with Box On Couriers Ltd. I am in the process of returning this parcel to the seller on AliExpress. Despite my efforts to communicate with the seller for an update, there seems to be a language barrier causing difficulties in understanding. I initiated the return on February 5, [redacted], and unfortunately, I am still unaware of its current location. I have also reached out to the seller through online support and was informed that if the seller did not confirm the order within a certain period, I would receive an automatic refund, which has not occurred. Additionally, I have contacted Box On Couriers Ltd but was unable to find any relevant information. I am feeling frustrated by the lack of progress and uncertain about the whereabouts of my parcel. Hello, I have not received my order yet, and the dispute deadline is approaching. Additionally, I am experiencing issues signing in to my account. Despite entering the correct login details, the system indicates they are incorrect. I have been opting to sign in through Google, but after attempting to log in, a new window opens and remains blank. This login problem is hindering my ability to notify the seller about the undelivered parcel as logging in is a prerequisite. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out to Aliexpress customer service as well because it requires logging in. It's frustrating not being able to report an issue without access to my account.

Please consider banning the "BW" company from AliExpress. Their shipping methods, such as AliExpress server shipping and Canio Super Economy Global, have caused people in Sri Lanka to lose trust in AliExpress. Complaints range from stolen items to money laundering and even charging buyers for items that were supposed to have free shipping. Many orders show items arriving in Sri Lanka and being given to BW company but not being delivered to buyers, leading to lost faith in AliExpress. Most tracking numbers associated with undelivered items in Sri Lanka begin with BW. To regain trust and business from Sri Lankan customers, please look into banning this company and employing a more reliable shipping service on the platform.

Regarding PO [redacted][redacted], I requested a full refund as I did not receive any notification about its arrival, causing the goods to be sent back to the seller. Despite my objection, AE only offered a partial refund. After contacting the logistics company in Finland (Matkahuolto), I discovered that the email address on the shipment, [redacted], was incorrect. My correct email is [redacted] The seller's mistake in providing the wrong address should not result in me being penalized. I have discussed this issue with the seller, who proposed two options: allowing the AE process to proceed or offering a discount on my next purchase. I prefer the former but cannot file a claim as AE has closed the case. My credit card company advised initiating a formal process within two months of the payment date, which is approaching. Therefore, I urge AE to promptly confirm within 72 hours that I will receive an additional refund to cover the missing amount from the initial refund.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from AliExpress regarding my recent dispute over the Dragon's Blood powder I purchased. The product I received does not match the description or the picture provided. I submitted five photos as evidence, but the AliExpress team claimed I did not provide any. I ordered a powder but received a solid product, which is clearly not what was described. I even attached evidence showing stones in the bag instead of the powder. I want to bring to your attention a recent issue with the delivery service that myself and others have encountered. I have been a loyal customer of AliExpress for many years, and have always had my orders successfully delivered to my address in Spain. However, recently there has been a change in the delivery company used in my region to Manipulae or Hispapost, based in Fuengirola. Despite ordering three items with order numbers [redacted][redacted], [redacted][redacted], and [redacted][redacted], they were unable to be delivered claiming they were too big for my mailbox, despite being small items like mobile phone covers and a toothbrush. When I visited their office in Fuengirola, I realized that many others were facing the same issue, with the delivery company not having enough staff to handle the volume of AliExpress orders. This new arrangement has caused unnecessary inconvenience for customers like me, who now have to travel to pick up their items. As a long-time supporter of AliExpress, I hope you can address this delivery chain problem swiftly, as the service is only as strong as its weakest link, which, in this case, seems to be Manipulae or Hispapost.

I ordered from this company and unfortunately, the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. The company then requested a 5-star review in exchange for a refund, which I found unfair but still complied. When I raised a dispute about the missing item, they asked me to close and reopen it, insisting that the delivery was successful. Despite their promises, they never processed the refund. It seems like they misled me to obtain positive feedback for a product I never received. I am requesting a full refund for the item I paid for but never got.
