Order ID: [redacted][redacted] - Men's Shoes I recently received my order of shoes, but unfortunately, they turned out to be too small even though I followed the seller's sizing instructions based on my foot measurement of 26.5cm. I contacted the seller, who suggested I either resell the shoes or return them for a refund. I opted to return the shoes and shipped them back to the seller. However, the seller now requires a return tracking number, which I did not provide initially as it was not requested and was cost-prohibitive at the time. I only have the postal office receipt as proof of return. I'm concerned about the additional expenses incurred due to the return process and seek assistance in resolving this issue.

I am experiencing an issue with a seller regarding a thermometer I purchased in October [redacted] with a two-year warranty. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. Despite trying multiple new batteries from different manufacturers, the thermometer keeps showing a low battery message. After much back and forth with the seller, they are only offering a refund of $4 via PayPal, which I do not have. Instead, I am requesting a replacement thermometer as per the warranty terms. I have documented our entire conversation and even posted a video on YouTube demonstrating the faulty thermometer, as requested by the seller. I made a purchase on Aliexpress from the Good+ Ironware Machinery Store for €[redacted].42. The order ID is [redacted][redacted]. The package was on its way but got stuck at PostNL. PostNL contacted me for a tax payment of €30.25, which I paid. However, after months of waiting and contacting them, PostNL claimed the package is lost. They advised me to contact the seller to resolve the issue. I feel frustrated as I paid for the product but never received it. PostNL's responses have been vague, and now I am unsure how to proceed since I waited too long to dispute the charge or request a refund.

Dear team, I wanted to let you know that the item I ordered, the Mdf Kit Fast Adhesive with Order Number: [redacted][redacted], has safely arrived at its destination country. Unfortunately, the parcel is currently held up at customs because the necessary lOSS-number is missing in the payment and dispatch information. I have contacted the seller about this issue, and they have not been able to provide the required lOSS-number, insisting that I should handle it myself at customs. Hello, I made a purchase from Happy-Toy Store for 4 Alloy Rc 1/10 Adjustable Shock Absorbers 55mm for Tamiya M-06 Tt-02 M-05 Tt-02d Z9O2. The total amount I paid was $17.56, which included the product price, taxes, and customs clearance. Unfortunately, I only received 2 pieces instead of 4, rendering them unusable. After disputing with AliExpress, the seller offered a $9 refund, which I accepted. However, the seller requested to cancel the dispute before refunding the amount. It has been 3 days, and I have not received the refund or any response regarding it. The seller is now offering to refund only $5 instead of the agreed $9. I raised a new dispute asking for the $9 due to the additional costs I incurred to purchase the missing shocks. Despite ordering 4 shocks again, the seller deleted my second order. I am in a dilemma as the seller is pressuring me to accept 8 shocks instead of the 4 I originally paid for. I feel manipulated and deceived by their actions. Hello Aliexpress team, I am reaching out regarding order number [redacted][redacted]. I received new cells with 300Ah instead of the advertised 150Ah used cells. A dispute was opened, and I requested a full refund, which the seller agreed to. However, I later learned that shipping batteries from Germany to China is expensive and complicated. I asked the seller for a partial refund instead of returning the batteries. The seller is now asking me to return the batteries for a full refund, which I believe is unfair. I am experiencing issues with a seller who has engaged in fraudulent behavior. The seller has failed to send me the item I purchased after taking my money. Despite providing a fake tracking number that falsely claims the item was delivered, they later admitted to not sending it due to an alleged failure to extend the delivery time. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but the seller keeps canceling the dispute and providing inconsistent reasons. This situation has been ongoing without a resolution. I simply seek a refund and wish to cease interactions with this seller, opting to purchase from a more reliable source. The urgency arises as I require this item before the arrival of our upcoming child, and I find it frustrating to be entangled in this dispute.

I purchased two pairs of shoes from a questionable seller on AliExpress for a birthday gift. I noticed some red flags when the seller stopped responding after I made the purchase and even increased the shipping cost unexpectedly. I received confirmation emails in Vietnamese for the purchase and shipment on May 20 and 23, [redacted], respectively. Despite this, I am unable to access my account to track the order as I did not receive a phone confirmation code. Recently, I received an email stating my order has expired, giving me 15 days to file a complaint. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties reaching Aliexpress regarding three orders. I purchased a 22-inch highlighted wavy front human hair wig from Carina Wig Store with order number: [redacted][redacted]. However, the wig I received did not match the photos, it's shorter at 18 inches and a different color. The quality is below expectations given the high price of $[redacted]. I purchased two chairs, but they didn't meet my expectations. I have tried to reach out to the seller multiple times, but have not received any response. Every attempt to open a dispute was closed and I was directed to contact the seller again. Despite trying to contact the seller for a refund and return, there has been no reply. When I tried to reopen the dispute, it was closed due to lack of new evidence. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to speak to a representative. I am now left with chairs that do not meet my expectations, an unresponsive seller, and no refund in sight. This experience is disappointing as I have been an online shopper for many years without encountering such poor customer service.

I have filed a dispute on AliExpress for an undelivered order. Since the seller did not respond, AliExpress will be issuing a refund. However, I initially used my father's now closed credit card for the purchase. As the account is closed, we will not receive the refund if it's issued to that card. I need to change the refund method to a different credit card in my name. Could you please provide guidance on how to change the receiving account for the refund? The dispute has been settled, but I cannot find any information on when the refund will be processed. It is crucial that I update the payment method before the refund is finalized. Regarding Order No. [redacted], We have been trying to receive a refund from Aliexpress for 60 days as we did not receive our package. The seller has been uncooperative, insisting the package was delivered and being rude to us. They even accused us of lying. We now have evidence from FedEx confirming that the package never left China and was returned to the seller. Despite this, we have not received our refund. I placed my first order on Ali Express last night for a [redacted] Pcs Big Size Building Blocks City Train Station Set from Duple-19 Store, order id [redacted][redacted]. This morning, the seller informed me that the item is out of stock and asked me to cancel the order. I find it odd that they are requesting me to cancel instead of handling it themselves. I messaged the seller about when the item will be restocked but have not received a response yet. I have not cancelled the order as I still want to receive the item I purchased. This experience has made me reconsider using Ali Express again.
