Hello, I have ordered shock absorbers for the 3rd time now and received the wrong ones. They are described differently than what I received. I would like to request a free return label since I am not at fault for the supplier delivering the wrong product, and I am unwilling to pay for the return myself. Despite the lengthy wait, the seller has not been willing to refund me for the undelivered item. The package did not reach me nor has it been processed by my local post office. After visiting the Post Office multiple times, the package was not found, and the tracking information indicates delivery failure. The general post office has confirmed that the package is being sent back to the seller. I have documentation to support these claims. Al rastrearlo en correos, indica que el número de envío es inválido y no puedo encontrar el paquete. ¿Hay alguna forma de confirmar si el vendedor realmente lo envió? I'm quite frustrated as I believe I haven't done anything wrong. I believe my account was blocked because I occasionally raised disputes when items didn't arrive or were damaged. I thought this was allowed. Could you guide me on how to restore my account to normal status?

I consistently receive the following message indicating that my account has been deactivated due to alleged abuse of the buyer protection programs. Despite sending numerous emails, I have yet to receive a single response from AliExpress. I believe my account was blocked due to my occasional contact with customer service regarding undelivered or damaged items, which I understood to be an acceptable practice. I am growing increasingly frustrated as I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue without success. I seek guidance on how to appeal for reactivation and restore my account to its normal status.

I purchased a Boss DR-01S Rhythm Partner from an AliExpress affiliate, Cindy Music Store, with order number #[redacted][redacted] on April 21. My bank account was charged $[redacted].41 for the order. Subsequently, I received an email with a tracking button which now states the order does not exist. Upon reaching out to Cindy Music Store, their proposed resolution was to open a dispute. Sadly, since there is no trace of my order, I am unable to find the button to initiate a dispute. Regrettably, AliExpress customer service seems to be unavailable to assist in this situation.

Hello Aliexpress support, I am having an issue with a closed dispute regarding a tracking number provided by the seller. Initially, the seller gave me tracking number LP[redacted][redacted], but when the order arrived in my country, Global Cainiao updated it to RR[redacted]00TO. However, I have been unable to track my order with this new number. The post office is not able to locate the package either. When I try to track the item on the post office website using the new tracking number, there are no search results. I have tried contacting the seller without success, and I have not received any assistance or refund from Aliexpress. Can you please help me with this issue as I do not know what else to do? I ordered a pair of shoes on May 4th, and the seller was supposed to send the package by June 2nd. Instead, I received a small envelope with the same tracking number. It's impossible for shoes to fit in such a small package. The seller marked the order as delivered, but all I got was a nurse mask in the envelope. I opened a claim, and the seller offered me nothing but disappointment with the mask. I'm frustrated with this and want my money back. The store is now closed, but I have all the evidence with videos and pictures. The tracking number LP[redacted][redacted] shows as delivered, but I have only received a mask in a small envelope. I paid $34 for shoes, not a mask. I've tried to contact them at 1[redacted], but no response. My claim ID is [redacted][redacted].

I have encountered a frustrating issue where multiple orders, nine in total, have been consistently delivered to the wrong address despite having the correct information on my account. It appears the shipper might have altered the address to what they believe is the best option, but it does not meet the requirements of the US Postal Service. The parcels are not returned to the sender, potentially someone named Hou W. in KY. Every order consists of various items, complicating the process of disputing and seeking refunds. I have informed each seller to verify the address, yet the issue persists. I am looking for a way to have the shipper update their computer system with the correct address. Additionally, I have additional items in my cart that I wish to purchase once the address matter is rectified. Unfortunately, my local post office has indicated they cannot assist without a US tracking number.

My order # [redacted][redacted] is overdue, and the seller did not honor the AliExpress On-Time Delivery guarantee. The order was placed on 5/11/21, with an expected delivery by 05/17. After contacting the seller on 5/20 for the order status and DHL tracking number, I was informed that the order was lost in transit, and the hair was out of stock and would take 5 business days to restock. I requested to cancel the order as I needed the hair for my high school graduation on 5/28 and require it by 05/27. Despite my multiple requests to cancel and the urgency of the situation, the seller shipped the hair on 5/26 and is now refusing to provide a refund. I have tried reaching out through various channels with no response. Please assist.

I placed an order for an "ear stud" at a store. The initial order came with free shipping, so I placed another order for the same product because the seller claimed the "ear stud" didn't come in pairs. However, I was charged $84 for shipping the second time, even though the item only costs around $0.90. I noticed the deduction on my account and immediately canceled the order. The seller asked me to select a different reason for canceling, and I complied, but now they are refusing to cancel the order and claim it has been shipped, even though it still shows as not shipped on my account. I have tried to cancel multiple times, but the seller is uncooperative. This situation feels like a deception to me. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Hello, I purchased an item that was shipped to me in Greece through AliExpress Premium Shipping with FedEx. FedEx handed over the package to a private company requesting a [redacted] euro customs fee for an item worth 80 dollars instead of transferring it to the national post office. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve the item. I have raised a dispute, but the customer support team is unresponsive, failing to address my concerns, read my emails, or consider the evidence I provide. The whole reason for shopping on AliExpress is to find affordable products, but due to the chosen shipping method, I now have to pay triple the item's cost. This situation lacks reason and is not conducive to good business practices. The order number associated with this issue is [redacted][redacted]. I am requesting a refund or for you to cover the fees owed to the FedEx partner to facilitate the item's release for delivery.
