I would like to request a rerouting to make it in time for my appointment in Bali. I have scheduled a trip from Jakarta to Phuket with a single booking reference that includes two flights, Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Phuket. The Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur flight has been rescheduled, and I can either accept, change, or cancel it. I have discovered better flight options for the entire journey. When attempting to cancel, it is unclear whether the cancellation applies to the entire booking or just the first leg. The automated chat support (Bo) is not providing clear answers regardless of the information I provide. I would like to cancel the entire booking so I can rebook from scratch.

I need to modify my return flight from Auckland, New Zealand to Sydney, Australia. My booking number is XBCVNH. I have spoken to four different representatives from Booking.com, all of whom have escalated my request to Airasia. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates. Currently, I am unable to reach Booking.com as my calls get disconnected. Can someone please assist me? I originally planned to return from Auckland on 19/04/23, but I would like to reschedule it to 23/03/23 or a later date. Thank you for your help.

Subject: Concern Regarding Booking Z96JHA I need your urgent assistance with a matter regarding booking Z96JHA. Due to health reasons, I had to return to France on February 21st. My husband and I did not utilize the two tickets booked for me from HCM to KL and then from KL to Colombo on February 26th. To facilitate my insurance reimbursement, I require a document from you confirming that I did not show up for these flights and that there will be no ticket refund. Despite my multiple requests, I have not received this document yet. Additionally, since we were no-shows for the flights, I believe that Air Asia should refund the airport taxes for these tickets. Hello, I need assistance with my flight booking from Caticlan to Clark scheduled for 29 April [redacted]. Originally, my flight Z2922 was set to depart at 12:10, but it has been rescheduled to 8:45, which is too early for me due to medical reasons. I usually cannot do much before 10am each day. Since I noticed there are no later flights to Clark, I am willing to switch to the 12:25 flight to Manila instead. I will then organize a taxi to take me from Manila to the Clark area. I have recently booked tickets for my wife and myself for a trip to Thailand. After receiving the tickets, I noticed that I mistakenly entered my wife's birth month incorrectly. I have been attempting to obtain the airline's phone number for seven hours without success. Our airline is AirAsia for the flight from Thailand back to Perth. I am currently traveling from Chicago to Delhi with a connecting flight to Surat, which was supposed to be with Air India. However, due to the cancellation of my Air India connecting flight, I have been rebooked on an Air Asia flight. The issue is that the Air Asia flight departs before I even arrive in Delhi. Air India is directing me to contact Air Asia for a resolution, but I am unable to reach Air Asia from the US. The chat service I tried also didn't connect me to a real person, leaving me unable to explain this unique and challenging situation.

I encountered an issue with using my AirAsia credit to purchase flight tickets through their website. Despite expecting an option to apply the credit during the payment process, I did not find any such option available. As a result, I was charged $[redacted] by Kiwi and lost my $[redacted] credit. When I contacted Kiwi, they informed me the booking was already made and could not assist further. AirAsia does not provide a contact number to resolve this matter and credit my account. I specifically booked through their website to prevent this exact issue, only to discover they are using a third party to process transactions on their own platform.

I have received an email about rescheduling my flight from Bangkok to Phuket. However, the timing between my first sector arriving in Bangkok and the second sector departing from the domestic airport is only one hour, which is not sufficient to complete all the necessary steps in time, including landing, transferring airports, and boarding. I kindly request that the company consider these time constraints before making changes to flight schedules. Please provide me with a prompt response as I may need to cancel my flight with you and seek alternative options if this issue cannot be resolved. I've booked flight FD4110 for 3/7/[redacted] (Q9LURN - ELIAS) departing at 12:15. I received an email about rescheduling the flight to 10:15 the same day, which won't work for me as I'll be arriving in Thailand in the morning and won't have enough time for immigration and luggage. AirAsia doesn't have another flight before late afternoon, and I would like to cancel and get a refund for my flight. I've tried reaching out multiple times through your chat-bot, but it doesn't seem to help me with the refund. I simply want my money back as I can't accept the rescheduling. Thank you.

Hello, there seems to have been an error in the booking for the Krabi-Bali flight through Singapore on January 26, [redacted], with booking code HD77HK. The Scoot flight TR687 actually departed at 16:30 and arrived in Singapore at 19:30 instead of the originally scheduled times. This caused us to miss our connection due to a 30-minute transfer between terminals 2 and 4. As a result, we had to purchase new tickets, endure a 14-hour wait at the airport, and lost our hotel reservation in Kuta. My flight has been rescheduled, but I haven't received the updated itinerary when I needed it. The chatbot is not understanding my query and keeps directing me to the wrong information, resulting in wasted time. The human support is slow to respond and only answers after multiple follow-up messages, which is not very helpful. Additionally, an air stewardess threw my soft hand carry bag with a laptop inside, displaying a bad attitude when I informed her about the laptop without any apology. Despite being a budget airline, the air stewardesses should handle luggage more carefully and provide better customer service. In comparison to other budget airlines, the service provided is subpar, and this has been a recurring issue during my travels. If my laptop gets damaged due to this mishandling, whom should I contact for assistance?

Hello, I am looking for assistance with a refund situation. In January [redacted], I discovered a duplicate booking charge from Air Asia. After reviewing my credit card transactions, I found that the booking made on 5th January [redacted] had been double-charged. I contacted my bank, who confirmed the duplicate charge from Air Asia. I promptly requested a refund through customer support via chat. However, today I noticed that the case has been closed without a refund being issued. I recently returned from Malaysia and upon reviewing my bank statements, I noticed that I was billed twice for a trip to Langkawi from February 20th to 22nd. The booking reference N2PY9P MY was the one we used for travel, but there is another booking reference MALT6DB2G MY on the statement that we did not make or use. We definitely did not take two trips on the same dates. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with obtaining a refund for the duplicate charge. I have made flight reservations for four individuals from Gold Coast to Kuala Lumpur on June 22nd, returning on July 7th. The passengers are Jay-Mien Phang, Jenni Phang, Jordella Phang, and Jediah Phang. The total charge of $[redacted] was processed on my credit card on April 1, [redacted].
